Min Yoongi and Park Jimin had ended their relationship a year ago because of their work load. The thing is that Yoongi never really got over Jimin but he did not want to sabotage Jimin's current relationship.

Jimin on the other hand , moved on and is now engaged with his colleague Andrew. They are getting married in 3 weeks. 

The current situation is that Yoongi's and Jimin's companies merged and they were made partners for a new project.

Thankfully they had ended off on good terms and even though it was awkward at first , things got better between them.

Yoongi was headed to Jimin's place to hand him over the final files of their project. He would be lying if he told he did not enjoy working with Jimin. The problem was that , all the feelings and emotions that he had suppressed were re-surfacing. He tried his level best to ignore them , he was a bit successful , or maybe not... 

He knocked on Jimin's apartment and to his utter luck it was Andrew that opened the door. 
"um- could you give these files to Jimin? I am Yoongi." Yoongi said , as he handed over the files to Andrew.

"Oh so you are Yoongi - his EX boyfriend. You are here to take MY Jimin back aren't you ?" , Andrew decided to scratch the surface with Yoongi. "No , as I have specified... I came here to return the files."

"Whatever floats your boat, but remember that in a week Jimin is getting married to ME, NOT YOU. When I come back home from work , he will be waiting for ME , NOT YOU. He will tell how much he loves ME , NOT YOU. He-"

"Ok - ok I get it , You are getting married to him , congratulations and happy married life.." Yoongi replied , not able to tolerate that guy's talks.

"I am not done with you , so I'm giving an anonymous request to fire you from your job." Andrew said. 

"WHAT? what have I done ? You can't do that! " Yoongi replied , clearly losing his cool. However he controlled himself.

Without giving a reply , Andrew slammed the door onto Yoongi's face.

The next day there was a notice on Yoongi's desk telling him to come with reasons why he shouldn't be fired. 

After wrecking his brain with all possible outcomes he came up with an idea , but that would lead to Andrew losing his job. Not that he cared. He also had another way which wouldn't cause Andrew his job , but that guy had done enough pissing him off also the second way would be a probability based decision , with less chances of him staying.

The next day , Yoongi was on his way to his boss's office to use the first way when Jimin stopped him on his tracks. 

"Hyung, please- I know what you are going to do , but just please use some other way , Andrew is going to lose his job." Jimin practically begged.

"But Jimin- what about me ? - won't I lose my job ? " Yoongi argued back. "Hyung I know that you will find another way and would stay - so just please don't use this method to earn your job..." Jimin said.

Yoongi just hummed and went his way to the office , forcing his mind to use the second method. He just couldn't say 'no' to Jimin. fuck his whipped self.

It had been two days since that and Yoongi just heard from his boss that he won't lose his job. He was quite happy to hear the news.

He was returning from office that day , thinking about how pathetic he is to even think he has a chance with Jimin. He was going to try forget about his feelings for him, because he just doesn't want to suffer anymore.

As he reached back home , he saw Jimin standing in front of the gate , looking at him.

"You're welcome Jimin - and no I didn't lose my job - and yeah Happy married life." Yoongi rambled and tried to get past Jimin before he could even utter a word. His emotions were getting the better of him and facing Jimin would lead him to burst. And that would lead to ruining Jimin's relationship or even worse breaking his broken heart even more...

"Hyung-hyung stop- I LOVE YOU HYUNG! " Jimin said trying his level best to stop Yoongi on his tracks.

"What!? but- but - aren't you engaged ? - What about that Andrew guy ?- w-wait are you joking around - no- my heart is already ruined - please if this is a joke , y-you c-ca-can g-go.." Yoongi's emotions burst out but he controlled himself again. 

"No hyung , this is not a joke. I realized that I was just pointing the feelings that I had for you on Andrew. Also , you controlled yourself when he scratched the surface with you , you sacrificed your job , just because I stopped you 2 minutes before the exit interview , you worked with me , without making a fuss , even though we were exes.. And Andrew was way too possessive , so I broke it off with him... you have done everything for me to love you , so hyung , if this is not too much ... I love you ! " 

Yoongi didn't reply but just cupped Jimin's cheeks and kissed him. Jimin happily kissed back. All the emotions that were bottled up for a year came out , everything that couldn't be expressed in words were poured into the kiss, so much love , so much passion. 

To say Yoongi was happy would be an understatement , he was overjoyed. His broken little heart was finally fixed...

-timeskip [2 years later] -

Yoongi was returning back from work , he had worked overtime so he couldn't come back home with Jimin.

A lot had changed during the past 2 years. Yoongi and Jimin got married , they moved in together , they both got promotions , they made 5 friends who they were sure would last with them forever, and Andrew? , well he was fired 2 months after the incident.

Jimin opened the door for Yoongi and immediately gave him a big hug and a peck on the lips. 
"I love you Yoonie.. there is no need of you to work overtime, I missed you." Jimin whined. 

"Love you too minnie , fine no more overtime working." Yoongi complied with Jimin's request as he smiled. 

A distant memory of Andrew came into Yoongi's mind about how they were going to get married and blah blah blah and a small giggle erupted from him. 

"What are giggling about ? " Jimin questioned. "Nothing just some distant memory with someone in your past." Yoongi replied , knowing that Jimin would recognize to whom he was referring to. And just as he guessed , Jimin laughed along...

Andrew is a random name that I gave that person , refers to no one in rel life. You can imagine any random dude.
