Ksenia Osirin was taken from her home in London, England at the age of twelve. Ksenia was not taken to some earthly facility, she was taken to one on a planet far away where they twisted her genes and manipulated her blood into something unrecognizable. You see, Ksenia Osirin was from an old family that dated itself back further than the Egyptian pharaohs, a family that was blessed with natural abilities to control the elements. Ksenia was born gifted with control over air, wind, and gas, but that control was tested when she was experimented on.

Years later, Ksenia is wandering the galaxy helping those that are in situations similar to her own, when she comes across a man being kidnapped by a raccoon and a tree man. She lets her morals guide her when she steps in to help him, and in the process she is arrested. This sets her on a journey to be more than just a wandering science experiment trying to make the galaxy a better place one person at a time.

Additional Information

•Ksenia has the abilities of aerokinesis (can manipulate air, wind, and gas), wind generation (can create blasts of air) and dark wind manipulation (can create and control eerie winds). She was born with the ability of aerokinesis, but the other two were added with experimentations from a now extinct alien race.
•Ksenia was human to begin with but since her genetics were played with there is only a small percentage of human left in her. She was taken at the age of twelve from her father and raised in a laboratory setting on a planet that was later destroyed by a meteor. She hated the people that took her because they tried to erase her memories of her home and her family, they didn't succeed. She survived the meteor because she was attempting to escape at the same time, the meteor is why she was able to escape.
•Ksenia Osirin is from an old family that dates itself back further than the Egyptian pharaohs, a family that was blessed with natural abilities to control the elements. Her younger brother has control over the earth. Her father has control over water.
•Ksenia has a younger brother named Thayer. (Her father, Torben Osirin, comes from an old family that loves weird names) Her mother died in a car accident when she was young. She is British and she was able to keep her accent. Ksenia was able to keep her memories of her family through sheer force of will and an immense hatred of the race that took her. The only things that she keeps from them are her new abilities, her control of her abilities, her knowledge of languages, and her ability to fight. Everything else she let go in one ear and out the other.
•She understands some of Peter's references and she knows the words to some of his songs the moment she hears them. They are able to bond because they are both from Earth and they both have memories of their home. This bond eventually leads to a relationship, but try to go slow. They have both been through a lot.
•Ksenia travels around looking for people that are in situations similar to hers. She is kind of like a space private investigator. She will look for missing people and rescue people that have been kidnapped. She has just finished up a case when she sees Peter being assaulted and almost kidnapped by Rocket and Groot. Ksenia steps in and begins to fight for and eventually with Peter, until they all get arrested.
•She has a fear of scientists and doctors because of her childhood. She has compassion for Rocket because of what he went through. They have a bond that is almost like siblings. She can argue with Rocket and trade insults with him, but at the end of the day they are still close. He doesn't try to push her away with cruelty.
•Ksenia eventually wants to go back to Earth and see her family. She doesn't want to stay on Earth, but she does want to visit.
•She is street smart and cunning, but not cruel. Ksenia has seen cruelty and she wants to embody the exact opposite of it. That is part of the reason why she rescues people and works as a space private investigator.
•Ksenia empathizes with Gamora because of what happened to her as a child. She and Gamora eventually become friends because they talk about their childhoods. They realize how similar they actually are. Ksenia just works out her anger in different ways than Gamora.
•She loves children and is great with them.
•She tries to help Drax understand metaphors but it doesn't go well.
•Oddly enough, she can understand Groot from the moment she meets him. This is part of her friendship with Rocket. He likes that someone else finally understands his friend.
