There are several legends about a woman that stalks the wildernesses around the world and in each one she has a different purpose. No one knows exactly who started this series of legends, but at least one exists in every country. It is said in some cultures that she is a remnant of a warrior society that the world has forgotten. In other cultures she is described as otherworldly and yet kind. She is said to be as quiet as death, as beautiful as life, and as untraceable as a ghost. There is no proof of her existence, it's a fairy tale meant to teach different lessons and warn people of the dangers of the forests. She is called many things, but her most popular name is, The Warrior of the Wood. In some places though, she is simply known as Asha.

There was no proof of her existence, until now.

The Winter Soldier was a ghost story that frightened and inspired many a spy and assassin. He was a killing machine that followed the orders of his masters and completed every mission. Underneath the legend of death is a man who was taken against his will, experimented on, tortured, mind wiped, and turned into a tool. His name is James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes and his memory and free will are coming back.

The forest of Hoia-Baciu in Romania is currently home to one ghost story, but soon it will host two. These two legends will come face to face in the forest that is more commonly known as the Bermuda Triangle of Transylvania. Will these two be able to coexist or even become friends? Or will they both turn into just ghost stories?

The tiny little red flower growing at the base of the tree on you right says that it wishes more of its kind were around. The interlopers that usually traipse through here have picked the little flower's family and friends."

"You connect with nature. You can speak to it?"

"That's what I just said. Nature and I, we are closely related. I help the forests and they help me."

5-"Nature doesn't care about the past. It continues to move forward, never ceasing, never looking back. Nature has a terrible memory, but I don't. I remember everything from the color and the direction that the sun set on October 15, 1864 to the exact conversation we had on the day we met. My memory is what gets me in trouble sometimes. I take action against those that have wronged the forests personally. I change the forests around and make them seem ominous and haunted. There are a rare few though that I will help, you are one of them."

"Of course I did. That's the first genuinely kind words I'd heard in a while, and your the one that said them."

Additional Information

•Asha Frey is human (mostly). She is very connected with nature and animals, particularly forests and the animals that inhabit them. She has a symbiotic relationship with nature. Basically, nature/forests keep her alive and young by giving her their life force and for this she protects/avenges them and she nurtures/cares for the forests when they are infected with a disease or when people destroy them.
                  -Asha can share some of her life force with a dying or young forest to help it survive. This ages her though and she need to receive some life force from an older or healthier forest. When Asha receives life force she goes back to her peak age. The sharing of life force is what has kept her alive and young for so long. Asha was born either in the 1600s or the 1700s.
-Because of her relationship with nature if Asha ever meets Groot or Rocket please have her get along swimmingly with them.
•Asha has a home in every main/slightly large forest in the world. Her homes are simple and made by nature with a few modern elements and electronics.
•She loves stargazing and the peacefulness that comes with it.
•Asha has no family except for the forests, and eventually Bucky, Steve, Wanda, Sam, T'Challa, Shuri, and anyone else that you want to add. These were just the main people I thought of that Asha would connect with.
•She is know as The Warrior of the Wood, so make her a warrior. She is not weak. Asha can and does take care of herself and those she cares about. Asha was trained to fight by many different people in several styles that she combines into her own uniquely deadly style.
•She wears a lot of nature related colors.
•Asha goes out into the towns near the forests and interacts with people. Sometimes she will even get a part time job just to socialize and have some money. She doesn't usually buy things and so she has saved up a lot of money. Asha likes people that respect nature, she doesn't care if you like nature or not, you just have to respect it.
•Asha finds Bucky wandering Hoia-Baciu in Romania in a daze with a glazed look in his eyes. She immediately recognizes that he is trained and dangerous, but she approaches him anyways, after she watched him from the shadows for a while. At first he is wary of her and he tries to leave the forest. Asha is having none of that and so she traps him in the forest so that they can have a little chat. Bucky isn't happy with this and he eventually tries to attack her. It is a long fight that ends either in a stalemate or with Asha winning (she is older and more experienced than Bucky). This earns the Winter Soldier's respect and so Bucky backs down, he still doesn't trust her. It takes him a while to trust Asha, but she is persistent and she doesn't allow him to leave until he seems in a better frame of mind.
•The Winter Soldier and Bucky are two different people in one body. Show the disconnect between the two a lot in the beginning and then gradually ease the two into one cohesive person, with the help of Shuri and Asha.
•Asha is a woman that isn't afraid to say what come to her mind. She will give you her opinion whether you like it or not.
•She also can be overly worried about certain things that a normal person wouldn't even notice.
