Raf has a tough exterior but under the looks he is extremely caring and would do anything for those he cares about. He loves helping others and teaching about his profession. He's soft in all the right ways, often giving someone the benefit of the doubt the first time around. However, if Rafael feels off about a person he will keep aloof with them until he can trust them, this goes without saying that he isn't naive and trusting right off the bat.

While he will help whenever needed, Raf can be rather harsh and indifferent towards people who deserve this cold side of him. He is willing to do whatever is necessary for his family and those he cares for. Raf isn't one to mess with and not one to break trust with. He's very loyal until betrayed, then all hell can and will break loose.

••Backstory••
Rafael grew up in the south, raised by his parents as an only child. When he was a pup his family was chased from their homes by hunters, his parents didn't make it out alive. After struggling for a few years he was taken in by his now 'pack' and when examined for what he was useful for they found that he was rather good as a medic. So he trained as a healer from then on, becoming one of the top healers. He's very respected in his community and is often the first they call to when teaching new healers. He also shares his first language with those he teaches, spanish.

••Extra••
When he gets angry or stressed he often blurts out words or phrases in Spanish. Rafael wants a family but never settled down enough to start one until now. He does have a bad habit of smoking but is trying to quit.
