I personally think searching for pictures for editing is one of the toughest things in the process of editing. It actually takes hours for me to find the perfect pictures.

1. Pictures for doing blending edits.

Open Pinterest and type anything with aesthetics. Eg. Football aesthetic, ocean aesthetic, etc.

These pictures may look weird or you may think who would use these types of pictures for edits. But believe me, these type of pictures helps to add minor or sometimes major details as well while editing blending type of edits. Let me show you an example.

In this edit, you can see a football in the background. I downloaded the pic from Pinterest after searching as FOOTBALL AESTHETICS.

2. Finding soft pastel pics:

These are one of my fav searches. Cause these pictures blend easily and give the covers something soft look.

3. Pictures for face claims for girls:

It's one of the toughest things. I don't watch too many Hollywood films, so I don't know the names of the actress. So I search on Pinterest as CUTE GIRLS PHOTO.

4. One of the most important things is you should be specific about what type of pictures you need for the edit. You need to search that specific type of pictures otherwise you won't get what you need.

Eg. If you want to do palace edits then you should search as PALACE AESTHETIC or Aesthetic palace. Otherwise, you won't get what you need.

If you feel like you aren't getting what you need. Then you can try searching using wallpaper.

Like - galaxy wallpapers, galaxy art, war wallpapers/ backgrounds, etc.

For some genres like fantasy, you can search as a fantasy background.

5. If you want to do some light fantasy type or a soft type of edits, then you can search as anime background wallpapers.

6. For male face claims:
I don't know many male actors or celebrities. So to find male face claims, I just search as handsome guys photoshoot, cute boys photoshoot, Asian cute boys, etc.

I hope it will help you on how to find pictures. This is the way I struggle to find pictures for edits. Don't lose patience easily. Because the more time you spend on searching pics, the better pics you will find for doing the best edits.
