°~° Zane's POV°~°

I just stood there and watched Laurence flirting with his crush, Aphmau.

Aphmau was my closest friend. She had silky black hair that stopped in the middle of her back, tanned skin, and an amazing smiled. Now, I don't like her, she was just very close to me. The key words were was.

Aphmau and I have just.. Drifted apart. "Hey Aphmau," Laurence smiled, "If I rated you out of ten, I would rate you a 9 because im the 1 you need." Aphmau giggled as she playfully punched his arm.

<·> 5 Months Later <·>

Laurence and I have been living together for a while, and I honestly enjoyed the moments with him. But now, he just invites Aphmau over and ignores me. I heard that they were dating for about 2 weeks now. It hurts, it really does. I just... I thought, looking over at them from the living room door, I wish Laurence would love me more than her..

<°> A Year And A Half Later <°>

"Zane, come on!" Laurence called for me from downstairs. "Coming!" I yelled back, quickly rolling down my sleeves to hide the cuts I did to myself.

I quickly got out of the bathroom, going downstairs. "We're going to be late to meet Aphmau at the park!" Laurence quickly exited the house as I follow him.

He seemed to be excited about something. "Laurence, what are you so happy about?" I asked, curious. "Oh! You'll see!~" He sang, a bright smiled printed across his beautiful tanned face.

°~° Third Person POV °~°

Zane stared at the scene in front of him, heartbroken. Laurence down on one knee in front of Aphmau. The words "Will you marry me?" flew out of his house.

Tears slowly began to slide down his fave as Aphmau squealed, saying, "Of course Laurence!".

Without another thought, Zane turned around and ran. 'Was he mocking me?' 'Does he even care about me?' 'Does he know that I love him?' Thoughts ran through Zane's mind.

°~° Zane's POV °~°

I ran home. I didn't know what else to do besides to run home. I made up my mind. I ran up to my room before pulling out and old backpack that I used for Love~Love Paradise. I quickly started packing stuff into it. Who needs food? My mind told me Who needs any water? Nobody will miss you.

I slowly put a bloody raserblade in my pocket with a sigh. I stepped out side after leaving a note on the couch.

A small tear slide down my cheek as I began to walk away from everything I had.  My brothers. They hate you. Aphmau. She just felt pity for you. And most importantly, the of my life, Laurence. He never loved you.

<°> Laurence's POV <°>

I was walking home after Zane left. I don't really know why, but he must have gotten sun burnt or something. Reaching home, I unlocked the door, heading inside. As I shut the wooden door behind me, I saw a piece of paper on the couch cushion. Being the curious person I am, walked over and picked it up.

Dear Laurence, I left. I ran away. Im probably long gone now and there's something I always wanted to say. I love you, Laurence! I always have, but you never noticed me. I had it. I'll be dead when you find me. I hope you habe a good life with Aphmau.

The person you ignored, Zane

Tears slowly hit the paper. "Z-Zane's gone..?" I whisper, "B-But it was all supposed to be a prank.. Oh my Irene.. It was just a.. Long p-prank..."
