Elizabeth's POV:

I walked down the stairs to see Varian talking with his dad and my parents in the parlor.

He noticed me.

"Oh Honey, there you are! Come here!"

I walked over and sat down in one of the chairs.

I was a little nervous.

"I'm sure you're all wondering why we called you here today" Varian said.

"Var, you're making it sound like we're hosting a meeting" i said.

"Oh, anyway, we called you all here for a very exciting reason"

"Is this just a way to show us all a new thing you made, son?" Quirin asked.

"Uh, well" Varian said.

I held back a laugh.

"Funny you should mention that dad....yes and no" he said.

"Now i'm confused" my dad said.

"Tell me about it" my mom said.

"Ok, on the count of three" i said.

Varian nodded.

I held up three fingers and slowly put them down.

We both took a deep breath as i put the last finger down.

"We're having a baby!" We announced.

Ruddiger and Athena were jumping around excitedly.

Quirin had a suprised smile on his face.

My dad was staring in shock.

And my mom, seemed to be giving Varian a death glare.

"I told you your mom was gonna kill me" Varian said nervously.

"You'll be fine, she may seem intimidating but she's really not after a while" i said.

"Do i need to remind you she trapped my mom in the eternal library? She's capable of alot!" Varian whispered where mom couldn't hear.

I patted him on the shoulder.

"You'll be okay" i reassured him.

Later

"Hey Varian, what's the occasion that you called us here for?" Hector asked, as he climbed off the back of his rhino.

Adira looked at us waiting for a response as Hector began to lead the rhino inside.

I stopped him.

"Sorry Hector" i said "the house is small and i don't want your rhino knocking anything over, we just cleaned this morning."

"Right, got it" Hector said sadly.

We led him and Adira inside and had them sit down.

"So, why exactly did you send that letter, Varian?" Adira asked.

"We just thought we should let you know that..." Varian trailed off.

"We're having a baby" i finished.

"Wow, that's exciting" Adira said.

Hector ran up and gave us both a tight hug, letting go quickly.

"Sorry! Sorry!" He said "probably shouldn't be doing that!"
