(Not me not knowing what to call this chapter 😅)

Elizabeth's POV:

"How exciting is this!?" Nuru said excitedly, helping me with a dress fitting.

"Really exciting!" I said.

"Ok, to tight!" I gasped for air a bit.

"Sorry, sorry" she said, loosening the straps a little bit.

"Varian was my first friend, it's hard to believe that by the end of the week we'll be married" i said, looking down at my ring "i don't know how i got so lucky"

"Really" she said.

I nodded.

There was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I said.

My mom opened the door.

"Hi mom" i said.

"You're growing up to fast my dear" she said.

"I'll give you two a minute" Nuru said, leaving the room.

"If he gives you any trouble let me know" mom said.

"Mom, i'll be fine! Varian wouldn't hurt a fly" i said "not on purpose anyway, sometimes his experiments get kinda out of hand, but that's not my point, i'll be fine"

"If you say so" mom said, obviously joking.

"Hey boss! Fitzherbert says we need to up security! Want me to call in backup!?" Cyrus called into the room.

"Surround the entire chapel if you have to" mom said.

"Oh! I almost forgot!" She handed me a small box.

"What's this?" I asked.

"Quirin wanted me to bring it to you, apparently it belonged to Ulla"

I opened it and held up the long veil that was inside.

"He thought it would complete the look, now i need to go make sure Cyrus dosen't mess something up again" she said, laughing a little as she left.

She closed the door behind her.

I looked in the mirror and put the veil on.

It went down to my knees and had a white flower crown keeping it in place.

It was perfect.

I can't wait for the wedding.
