Elizabeth's POV:

After a few weeks we were back in Corona.

"Home sweet home" i said.

As we got out of the balloon i walked around the town.

"I've missed this place so much!" I said.

I walked up to some of the shops and waved at the workers working inside.

"This adventure has been fun but i've really missed Corona"

"Remember, it isn't over yet, we still have one more totem to get, we just need to figure out where it is" Varian reminded me.

"I know, i know, but i'm really excited to see our friends again" i said.

"I suppose we could make a pit stop at the castle" Varian said.

"Let's go!" I grabbed his wrist and dragged him towards the castle.

"Wait for us! We don't know our way around!" Hugo called after us.

The five of us reached the throne room and i threw the doors open.

"We're back!" I said.

"Welcome back guys, who are your friends?" Rapunzel asked.

"This is Yong, Nuru, and Hugo" i said.

"Welcome to Corona!" Rapunzel said.

"Rapunzel you don't happen to know where the light totem might be do you?" Varian asked.

"No sorry i don't, but i know who might!" Rapunzel said "Eugene!"

Eugene ran into the room.

"What is it Sunshine?" He asked before noticing us "oh hey Goggles, Pigtails, other new friends, who are they? Anyway! What's the situation!?"

"Varian and Ellie need help finding the last totem" Rapunzel said.

"Totem...hm..." Eugene thought about it "what does it look like?" He asked.

Varian grabbed one of them out of his bag.

"They all look the same" i told him.

"I've seen one of those but i don't remember where, please give me a minute to speak with my partner. Lance!"

Lance ran in followed by Keira(angry) and Catalina(red).

"What's the emergency captain!?" He asked.

"Where have we seen something like that before?" Eugene asked him.

"If i'm remembering correctly it was the Demanitus Chamber, sir" he said.

"The Demanitus Chamber" Eugene repeated to us.

Later

"It's bigger than i thought" Hugo commented.

"Yeah, you get used to it after a while" Varian said.

"Hey guys!?" Yong got our attention "why is there a giant hole in the wall?"

Varian and i looked at eachother, remembering when Varian destroyed his scroll translation.

We laughed a little at how he hadn't thought about his wording when talking to Cass, which was kinda funny looking back at it.

"Long story" we said in unison.

"Hey guys, there's a loose brick in the wall" Hugo pointed out.

We walked over to where he was.

"It just needs to be pushed back in a bit" Nuru said, pushing the brick back into place.

Suddenly the wall opened up, revealing a compartment with the totem and an unfinished portal in it, looking like it was missing seven pieces.

"Huh" i laughed, grabbing the totem and handing it to Varian.

He looked at us with a look of realization in his eyes which were starting to tear up.

"Seven pieces missing, seven totems" he said "they're all here"

He took the others out of his bag.

I turned his head so he would face me.

"Well...what are we waiting for? Let's go save your mom"

I smile spread across his face.

He started crying a little so i wiped the tears away.

We each took one of the totems.

I took dark, Yong took fire, Nuru took air, Hugo took iron, Ruddiger took earth, Athena took water, and Varian took light.

Each spot on the portal was labled with a symbol of one of the kingdoms, matching the ones on the bottom of each totem.

We each put the totems in in the order we got them.

Fire.

Water.

Air.

Earth.

Dark.

Iron.

I looked over at Varian.

He took a few deep breathes before putting the last one in.

Light.

The portal opened.

Our hair started blowing as if it was really windy but it wasn't.

"Ready Varian?" I asked.

He took a few deep breaths again and walked up to the portal then looked back at us.

"As i'll ever be" he said.
