In the penthouse, everyone is decorating the house for Christmas, Harper, Leo and Kaz are putting the decorations on the tree in the living room.

Oliver comes in with a box "Look, I found some of my grandmother's decorations that she left for me, it would be cool for us to use them" Oliver says.

He drops the box and raises dust, which makes Harper sneeze, when she sneezes it blows out all the lights on the Christmas tree due to her bionics.

Kaz and Leo glares at her "Sorry, I'll buy others" Harper says, Grace and Bree are making Christmas arrangements to put on the table.

"This is so cool, I love the idea of these vases with flowers and bows for Christmas" Bree says "I know, my aunt and I used to do that every year to decorate her studio" Grace says.

"It's beautiful, maybe we can make more of these and give them to people as Christmas gifts" Skylar says "Oh that's a great idea!" Grace says.

Melody enters "happy holidays everyone" Melody says, everyone waves "wow everything is so beautiful, I can't wait to spend my first Christmas with my daughter" Melody says walking towards Harper.

"I'm looking forward to it too Melody" Harper says "I dreamed about this day so much, there are so many family Christmas traditions that I would love to share with you" Melody says excitedly.

"Really?" Harper says "yes! Your grandmother had the perfect Christmas cookie recipe that I need to teach you!" Melody says, Harper smiles "it would be an honor" Harper says.

"who knows, maybe you can teach these recipes to your kids one day!" Melody says "Haha take it easy Dr Stone, I'm not there yet" Harper laughs awkwardly, Melody waves and walks away a little.

Adam and Chase come in with bags "hey what took you so long?" Leo asks "Adam insisted on talking to every Santa Claus that crossed our path" Chase says irritated.

"Hey, I haven't won my golden rocket yet, and until I do I'm not going to give up" Adam says "yeah but asking to sit on his lap was to much" Chase says.

"That's how you ask him for gifts" Adam says "in your case the only gift you'll get is a prison saddle" Chase says, Adam rolls his eyes.

Chase goes to Melody "Dr Stone! Good to see you here, Merry Christmas" Chase says "Merry Christmas Chase" Melody greets him.

"I heard you're playing in the symphony on Christmas Eve" Chase says "wow really?" Leo says.

"yeah Melody is a musician too" Harper says "is there anything this woman won't do?" Chase says "calm down" Harper says "okay" Chase says.

"I'd love for you guys to come see me" Melody says "we'd love to" Harper says "yeah!" Chase says.

"yeah Dr. M, we'd love to come and cheer your fans!" Leo raises his hands "I'd be very happy with that Leo, I will ask you to put your names on the list" Melody says.

"And could you uh... invite Douglas?" Melody says fiddling with her fingers "I don't know" Chase says Harper nudges him with her elbow "I'm absolutely sure he won't miss this" Harper says, Melody goes to the kitchen.

"so...I left today because I needed a few things for your Christmas present" Chase teases "Oh my Christmas present! Of course" Harper says nervously.

"Yup, and I'm sure you'll love it and it will even surpass last year's, Baam! You're going down Chase from last year!" Chave says excitedly, Harper smiles.

"I'm sure I'll love it...uh but not as much as you'll love my gift for you" Harper laughs nervously "Really?" Chase says.

"Yup..yup you're going to love the gift that I definitely already know what it is and I already have it for you" Harper says nervously "Well, I can't wait then" Chase says he kisses Harper quickly and goes to the HyperLift.

"yes me too" Harper says laughing nervously "ahg!" Harper says frustrated.

"What's wrong?" Leo asks "Chase's gift! It's almost Christmas Eve and I don't have anything for him" Harper says upset.

"but you just.." "I lied Leo, that's what I just did!" Harper says "wow Harper, lying at Christmas, you weren't a good girl this year" Leo shakes his head, Harper looks at him irritated.

"Just go to the mall and buy him something!" Leo says "It's not that simple" Harper says "of course it is, when the holidays arrive, I go with Janelle to the mall, see what she's interested in and buy it, simple like that" Leo says.

"simple like that?" Harper questions "she also makes me a list but that's beside the point" Leo says.

Grace approaches Adam "so you brought it?" Grace asks excitedly "as you asked, colorful and shiny ribbons!" Adam says taking ribbons out of a bag.

"Yey!! You're awesome!" Grace says excitedly.

She gives Adam a kiss on the cheek, he is surprised "why did you do that?" Adams smiles and blushes.

"uh!" Grace points up showing that the two were under a Christmas mistletoe "Oh!" Adam says, Grace laughs and leaves.

Later Harper and Leo are in Harper and Chase's room, Harper takes a box and puts it on the couch in the room.

"That's my problem!" Harper says "what's all this?" Leo asks.

"Since we started dating, Chase has showered me with the perfect gifts, they always like to make gifts instead of buying which makes everything even cuter" Harper says, Leo looks at the box.

"see this is the harp pendant necklace he made" Harper points to the necklace on her neck.

"This is the mini alarm clock he made when we were secretly dating so I would know when our dates were going to be" Harper shows the alarm.

"This is the bracelet he gave me on our first date, These are letters that he wrote to me, each one accompanied by a different flower that he picked himself, and gave to me just for the sake of it" Harper says.

"And what is this?" Leo takes out a stack of pages "Uh...this is a...thank you letter he wrote to me the first time I slept with him" Harper says scratching the back of her head.

Leo look at the letter in surprise "Eleven pages!" Leo says "front and back, yeah" Harper says.

"okay...And where are the gifts you gave him?" Leo says "Well, he carries one on his key every day" Harper smiles "that keychain!?" Leo says.

"it's a flash drive too!" Harper says, Leo raises his eyebrow, Harper sighs upset and sits on the couch "I know, I'm terrible at this, I'm the worst girlfriend ever!" Harper says.

"Eh maybe you made up for it the day he wrote that letter" Leo says, still leafing through the letter, Harper takes it out of his hand irritated.

"Relax Harper, I'm sure Chase understands that you're not a good gift person" Leo says "Okay, but I wanted to give him a good gift to make me feel good, he does so much for me and often I feel like I can't to repay him" Harper says.

"you jumped off a cliff for him...What else can you do for this guy!?" Leo says, Harper rolls her eyes "Leo, what do I do!?" Harper says.

"I don't know, you know him better than me, just give him anything that's better than a pair of socks and you will be fine" Leo says, Harper stays silent.

"oh my god you gave him a pair of socks didn't you?" Leo says "but it was from his favorite TV show, I had to buy it!" Harper says.

"oh then okay!" Leo says "really?" Harper frowns "No!! they're still socks and you're still his girlfriend!... which I confess I'm impressed that you still are after so many bad gifts" Leo says "you're not helping!" Harper says.

"You're a genius, how come you're bad at giving gifts!?" Leo says "because I'm a genius trying to give a gift to the smartest man in the world, see how complex that is!" Harper says.

"Relax, you have until tomorrow to find something" Leo says, Harper sighs.

Harper and Bree go to the mall to try to find something for Chase.

"so you're having trouble finding a gift for Chase huh" Bree says "Yeah I have no idea what to get him I wanted something special" Harper says.

"Don't be demanding so much, you've already given him the impossible...being his girlfriend" Bree laughs, Harper looks at her offended.

"and who are YOU going to spend Christmas with, again?" Harper says, Bree glares at her "It's not funny" Bree says.

"Christmas is another time of year when it sucks to be single, I wish I was having trouble finding a gift for my boyfriend, that would mean he exists" Bree says frustrated "It's also a good time to meet people, and people are really charitable this time of year" Harper laughs, Bree chuckles.

"Yeah, I know that's why I have a date tonight, if it goes well I'll have company for Christmas Eve" Bree says "who with?" Harper asks.

"a guy I met online he's really cool" Bree says "online huh?" Harper says "yeah, but don't tell Chase otherwise he'll go on a rant about which I don't even care to hear" Bree says "Okay Fine" Harper laughs.

"So, Why don't you buy him a leather jacket that matches yours?" Bree suggests "he already has one, he wears it on special occasions" Harper smirks.

"oh, how about a chain?" Bree suggests pointing to a jewelry store "that's a good idea!" Harper says, she pulls Bree to the jewelry store, they go in and start to see some chains.

"they're all cool" Harper says "that's the problem none of them match Chase" Bree says.

"Stop, He'd look good wearing a chain" Harper says "Uuh this one says "I love you"" Bree tries on a chain with an exaggerated heart pendant "no way, it's ridiculous" Harper says.

The two approach and laugh discreetly, a saleswoman approaches "can I help you?" She says "We are fine" Harper says, but Bree approaches the saleswoman.

"We're looking for a chain, something not too fancy but a cute and romantic Christmas gift" Bree says, Harper smiles.

"Ooh Is this a gift for your girlfriend?" The woman points at Harper, she smiles pressing her lips together, Bree laughs "No!!" Bree laughs nervously.

Harper crosses her arms "We're not.. No, we're friends, she's my brother's girlfriend!" Bree says, Harper frowns "oh sorry" the woman says.

Harper walks over and puts her arm around Bree "Relax, it happens all the time, but the gift would be for my boyfriend...Her brother" Harper says, Bree frowns "I'm going to see what we have" the woman left.

"wow you seemed very offended huh, what's wrong? I'm not enough for you?" Harper says "we're not going to discuss this again" Bree rolls her eyes.

"You'd be so lucky if you had me as your girlfriend" Harper says "Harper!" Bree says.

"don't you think we'd be great together?" Harper says, Bree laughs "Aw Of course we would be!" Bree hugs Harper, she laughs.

"Okay, don't get excited, it was just a moment, I'm still your brother's" Harper says letting go of Bree who laughs.

"But i'm happy we've reached this point of friendship" Bree says "Yup, that's what they say if they never called you and your best friend a couple, your friendship is wrong" Harper says hugging Bree again and the two go to the counter.

Harper buys Chase a chain, hoping it would be a good gift since Christmas Eve was running out of time.

Harper is on the couch putting a mini Christmas bonnet on Newton.

"Aw look at you, you're going to be my Christmas card this year" Harper hugs the cat.

"Hi Darling...And Newton" Chase says, Harper looks at him and sees that he is wearing a chain.

"Uh...Chase...is that a chain?" Harper asks "yeah, when I went to the mall with Adam yesterday, I thought it was cool, I bought it for myself, a Christmas present for myself" Chase chuckles, Harper smiles with her mouth closed.

"What? didn't you like?" Chase asks "I like it, it looks perfect on you...that's the problem" Harper tells herself.

"What?" Chase approaches, Harper takes a deep breath and tries to accept that she failed with the present once again, she decides to pay attention to how excited Chase seemed.

"You look really hot whit this chain" Harper says gently, Chase smiles and goes over to her, leaning in for a soft and delicate kiss.

Chase leaves the room, Harper sighs and Newton on her lap meows "yeah I know buddy, I suck at presents" Harper says.

Later Harper is on the terrace with a music notebook she has, scribbling down some notes, Melody walks in.

"Hi daughter" Melody says "Oh hey!" Harper says "What's wrong, you seem bothered by something" Melody sits next to her.

"It's nothing, I just haven't finished all my Christmas preparations yet" Harper says "oh I see, I understand this time of year is very busy" Melody says "yeah" Harper says.

"What is that? Songs?" Melody picks up some papers that were in the bunch that Harper is sitting on "yes, I like to sketch songs sometimes, I've always liked that" Harper says.

"Do you like music" Melody ask "I love music" Harper smiles "It's not a coincidence, you know?" Melody smiles "yes because you are a musician, I get It" Harper says.

"Actually, music has been linked in our family for generations, my father was a conductor, in the same orchestra I'm playing tomorrow" Melody says.

"wait, my grandfather was a conductor, really?" Harper says "he was one of the best he taught me everything I know about music, he loved all instruments and stuff" Melody says.

"Were you and your father close?" Harper asks "I wish we had been more, when I married Krane I ended up moving away from him for obvious reasons but..." Melody smiles.

"When he died I promised I would name my children after him" Melody says, Harper tilts her head "What was his name?" Harper asks "Finn" Melody smiles "Oh! It makes sense," Harper says.

"but guess which of all the instruments he knew, which one he most admired and appreciated?" Melody says, Harper thinks and chuckles.

"you kidding?" Harper says, Melody nods "a harp!" Melody says "Oh my God, so I was right in thinking that my name wasn't a coincidence all these years" Harper says.

"yeah, it wasn't chosen with great care, in honor of your grandfather, He said it was a divine instrument, it was the heart of the orchestra for him" Melody says "Wow" Harper laughs.

"you have a lot of him, you would love to meet him" Melody says "well, I already feel like I know him" Harper says showing the song notebook, Melody looks at the songs.

"you have some really interesting stuff here, I'd love to play some one day" Melody says, Harper smiles.

"and what is this one?" Melody picks up a piece of paper "this is just a song I wrote for..." Harper thinks, Melody looks at her.

"Melody, could you do me a favor?" Harper says "sure, why?" Melody asks.

"it's just, I think I know what to give Chase for Christmas" Harper smiles.

The other day everyone went to the orchestra to see Melody perform, Harper and Chase are still in the penthouse.

Chase is in the living room waiting for Harper to get ready "Harper we're going to be late!" Chase says "I'm coming!" Harper says walking down the stairs, she's wearing a black dress with sequins, and a loose bun with gold hoop earrings.

Chase turns to her "Wow! You look really beautiful" Chase says, Harper smiles "well, it's Christmas so I tried to look good" Harper says.

"You look stunning" Chase approaches her "Thank you" Harper blushes.

"oh before we go I want to give you your gift" Chase says "Chase we won't be late?" Harper says "Relax I can't wait any longer to see your reaction" Chase says, Harper smiles.

Chase takes out a gift box and hands it to her "Aw" Harper says "care is a delicate, very delicate thing" Chase says, Harper frowns "okay then" Harper takes the box and starts to open it.

She opens the box and sees some kind of device, but she recognizes it right away "Is that what I think it is!?" Harper says impressed, Chase shrugs convinced "I don't know?" Chase smiles proud of himself.

Harper gasps of excitement "I can't believe it, it's a lightsaber!" Harper takes the device, Chase smiles "Not just a lightsaber, but a functional lightsaber, an exact replica of the one in the movie, i mean, the replica as far as possible" Chase says.

Harper turns on the lightsaber, the laser beam that comes out of it is practically the same as in the movie "Woah!!" Harper says.

"I used my laser bo technology as a basis for It, and hours and hours of watching the movies to understand how it works" Chase says, Harper turns off the lightsaber "I can't believe you did that!" Harper says in amazement.

"Well, I know how much you love this movie and how you've always thought lightsabers and things like that were amazing, and I say that this is the most faithful lightsaber then any kind of collector's item....Did you like it?" Chase asks "if I liked it? I loved it, it's amazing!" Harper says, she puts the lightsaber back in the box.

She goes to him and kisses his cheek "thank you, I loved it!" Harper says "Merry Chr....""wait! wait until you see my gift for you" Harper puts her hand over his mouth.

"your gift?" Chase smirk "yup! Let's go" Harper takes his hand and the two go out to the symphony.

The rest of the team is already in the symphony stands, Harper and Chase arrive, Melody is on stage she looks at the stands waiting for something.

The orchestra starts to play a song "Do you hear that?" Harper tells Chase "yeah, I've never heard that song before, it's beautiful" Chase says "Do you think so?" Harper smiles "yeah" Chase says.

"cool because...look at the name of the song" Harper says handing him the orchestra brochure, Chase reads, he quickly looks at Harper in disbelief.

""Chase composed by Harper Davenport"" Chase says "yup!" Harper smiles proudly.

"Harper I..." Chase looks at the stage and smiles "You wrote a song for me and you made a whole orchestra play it!" Chase says "Melody did me a favor for Christmas" Harper says.

Chase listens to his song "It's amazing" Chase says "I've been working on this song for a long time, and I know how you like this kind of music so.." Harper says.

Melody waves to them and they wave back, she seemed anxious about something, suddenly the back door opens and Douglas, Mr Davenport and Tasha holding Naomi enter, Melody smiles and straightens up, starting to play the violin with more effort.

Harper looks at Chase "Thank you, this is the most amazing thing anyone has ever done for me, definitely the best Christmas present I've ever gotten!" Chase says "Really!?" Harper says excitedly "Sure!! Look at this!" Chase says.

Harper sighs with relief that she finally gets to give Chase a good Christmas present.

He holds her hand and kisses it "But it doesn't compare to the best gift I ever got in my life...You!" Chase says, Harper smiles putting your hair behind her ear, Chase hugs her and kisses her cheek.

"Merry Christmas Sweetheart!" Harper says "Merry Christmas Darling" Chase says, Harper lightly pulls his tie so he can kiss her, a firm and soft kiss.

Harper breaks the kiss and sighs, relaxing, laying her head on his shoulder.

"Your mom is a great violinist!" Chase says, Harper rolls her eyes "yeah I know I say that about everything she does, but she's good!" Chase says.

"She is.." Harper says she notes that at a framed photo on the theater wall with a picture of her grandfather orchestrating, Harper smiles "She's good like her father was" Harper points to the photo showing Chase, he smiles and looks at her.

Melody leaves the stage after the performance and everyone goes to greet her.

Melody goes to Harper and Chase "You were great Dr Stone, merry Christmas" Chase extends his hand to her, Melody ignores him and ends up hugging him.

"Merry Christmas my dear" Melody says, Chase is surprised, Melody puts her hands on his face.

"Know that you are family to me now okay" Melody says, Chase smiles "Thank you" Chase says, Harper approaches.

"Thank you for everything, I really appreciate you making them agree to play my music" Harper says "It was a great pleasure for us...come here" Melody hugs Harper.

"Merry Christmas my baby" Melody says, Harper closes her eyes as she hugs Melody "Merry Christmas...mom" Harper says, Melody is surprised to hear Harper call her mom, for the first time.

Melody breaks the hug "You called me mom!" Melody says "It feels right" Harper says "aw I waited 19 years for this... thank you best Christmas present I could ask for, my daughter" Melody hugs her again, Harper smiles.

Finn comes running to hug Melody too, Harper lets the two talk and goes to Chase.

Later Melody sees Douglas on the theater balcony drinking wine and she goes to him.

"You came!" Melody says not knowing if she crosses or leaves her arms loose "Of course, you didn't want me to come?" Douglas says "of course I did" Melody approaches.

"You were amazing there" Douglas says "I made a missed some notes" Melody says "if you made mistakes then you managed to improve the song even more" Douglas says, Melody laughs.

"It was really cool to include Harper's song" Douglas says "it was my Christmas present to her" Melody says.

"uh...speaking of gifts I really wish I had bought you something, in fact I looked everywhere and...""No need, seriously, but I appreciate your effort" Melody says.

"Are you sure?" Douglas says "yes" Melody says "but I feel like I need to give you something to remember our first Christmas together" Douglas says.

"Douglas, seriously I'm fine, I have an edetic memory, I'll remember" Melody says looking at the city from the balcony.

Douglas takes off one of the metal bracelets he always wears from his arm "Here" Douglas says handing her the bracelet, Melody frowns.

Douglas holds her wrist gently and puts the bracelet on her "Merry Christmas" Douglas says "I can't accept it" Melody says, Douglas holds her hand.

"of course you can it's a gift,and look, I have millions of those" Douglas says, Melody smiles looking into his eyes "thank you" Melody says.

"it doesn't go with that dress at all, but it's... interesting... it suits you tho" Melody says "Oh so you think I'm interesting!?" Douglas smirk, Melody rolls her eyes.

Douglas looks at the city, Melody sighs and looks at him, she quickly leans over and gives him a quick, delicate kiss on the cheek, he looks at her.

"calm down, just because it's Christmas" Melody smiles, Douglas smiles "Merry Christmas" Melody says leaving, Douglas straightens up, taking a deep breath.

"Happy holidays Dr Stone" Douglas says, she leaves and he puts his hand on his cheek remembering, and Melody looks at his bracelet on her wrist and wrinkles her nose with a smile.

Douglas looks back and sees Chase staring at him at the door with a disapproving look, Douglas just rolls his eyes at him "Can't you relax!? It's Christmas!" Douglas says, Chase shrugs.

Douglas shakes his head and watches Melody talk to Mr Davenport and Tasha on the other side of the room with a smile.
