Adam, Bree, Chase, Leo and Harper enter the room.

"It was so cool to hang out the five of us again, like old times!" Leo says "I missed it so much" Harper says.

"Yeah, I barely remember when was the last time we all went to the movies together" Bree sits on the couch "it's been a long time, because it was when Harper and Chase were dating behind the scenes from us" Adam says.

"How do you remember that then?" Chase says "because I remember she let you touch her hand, and when I tried she threatened to stick popcorn kernels up my nose" Adam says, Harper laughs "yeah I remember that" Harper says.

"um why did you try to take her hand?" Chase says slightly uncomfortable "Relax, I just wanted to test because I was already suspicious about you" Adam says.

"you know this movie today about parallel universes with different possibilities, it left me thinking what would have happened if Harper had agreed to date with Adam" Bree chuckles "Eeeww!!" Harper and Adam say with disgust.

"that would never work" Adam says "yup not even in a parallel universe" Harper says.

"Well I think it was clear from the first moment that Harper would be the perfect girl for ME" Chase says hugging Harper "yup I already had a crush on Chase before everything so" Harper says.

"Uhg now more than ever I wouldn't date Harper because it would be the same as dating Chase" Adam says, Chase makes a disgusted face.

"That's enough, Chase and I are made for each other no metter what right sweetheart?" Harper smiles "yes, I love you in every universe" Chase says and kisses her.

"You know I've already traveled to another universe" Leo says "Ahg!" Adam, Bree and Chase roll their eyes.

"wait what?" Harper says "It's just a story that Leo insists happened but it was just his fertile imagination" Bree says "It wasn't, it was real!" Leo says.

"really!?" Harper smiles "yeah!" Leo says "and what was this parallel universe like?" Harper says.

"Well firstly I was bionic, the only bionic, because my mother was a billionaire and a technology genius and Big D was her employee Chase was an annoying jock, Bree was a stuck-up rich mall addict, and Adam was an introspective and philosophical poet" Leo says.

"Chase a jock!? That's really what you only see in a parallel universe and I'm not even going to say anything about the philosophical Adam" Harper laughs.

"Leo, this could just be a dream of yours" Chase says "Yeah I've had dreams where you were a jock" Harper bites her lip, Chase frowns.

"did you?" Chase says, Harper smiles "yeah! That's not such a bad style on you" Harper says.

"I can't believe you still think it was my delusion" Leo says irritated "Sounds interesting, what would I be like in this universe?" Harper says "a twisted and bizarre version just like the rest of us" Bree laughs.

"I'm not going back there to find out" Leo says "because there's no way to go back to a place you've never been" Chase laughs

"come to think of it, you guys aren't that different from the Handersons" Leo says irritated, everyone frowns in confusion "wait Who?" Adam ask.

Adam, Bree and Chase Handerson They recently graduated from Mission Creek High School, and now they are in college living the life of normal teenagers, Adam studies literature, Bree studies fashion, and Chase is captain of the college football team.

In one of the dorms at MC State College, but specific to Adam and Chase's dorm, Bree Handerson is sitting on one of the room's beds texting, Chase Handerson walks in.

"Hey Bree! I want watch the game later so if you don't mind taking your sour face and women's perfume smell out of here I'd be very grateful" Chase says, Bree pops a ball of gum and looks at him.

"and who said I want to stay here listening to your stupid voice in this disgusting room" Bree says "guys! guys! calm down!" Adam walks in.

"Why war when we have love?" Adam takes the notebook and writes it down.

"I think I'll go to the mall with the Girls today" Bree says "and do you happen to know how to do anything else?" Chase says turning on the laptop to a football game.

"Oh and do you know anything other than this football game" Bree says "yes, other types of games" Chase says "they're all stupid" Bree says "just like your face" Chase says.

"Stop! Don't you see...hate is a hungry creature that feeds on anger!" Adam says, they frown at him, someone knocks on the door.

The door opens revealing Harper "Hi guys" Harper says in a soft tone, she is wearing glasses, a ponytail and a baby blue dress.

"Hi sweetheart" Harper enters and Adam goes to her "hi Love...You look beautiful today" Adam says holding her face and he kisses her gently, Chase looks at the two and roll his eyes.

"Harper wanna to go to the mall?" Bree grabs a bag "uh thanks but I don't like shopping" Harper fixes her glasses "Uhg We'll never understand each other if you insist on this" Bree rolls her eyes and leaves.

Adam writes in his notebook "Uh Adam, I saw that there was an exhibition about one of the guys who talks about complicated things that you like..." Harper says, Adam takes a deep breath.

"They are contemporary philosophers! How many times do I need to tell you this my love!" Adam says, She sighs.

"sure, whatever....well we could go, I know it's something you like and I wanted to spend time with you" Harper smiles gently "Sorry my love, I have a meeting with the book club today so..." Adam says.

"can I go with you?" Harper says "did you read the book?" Adam asks "uh no" Harper says "I told you to read it if you want to come with me" Adam says.

"I tried but, you know, there are a lot of words and in the middle of the page I get lost and..." Harper says "I know, I know you prefer your songs and that's ok..." Adam says.

"And What if we go to that consert i told you about?" Harper says "I'm sorry, love, but I'm busy and I can't reschedule" Adam says.

"Okay I think it's all here" Adam says putting books in a bag "uh here don't forget your notebook" Harper hands it to him.

"you know I'm not going anywhere without this" Adam says, Harper smiles gently "Seriously? Nowhere?" Chase chuckles, Adam glares at him "Immature" Adam says "weirdo" Chase says.

"Will it take you a long time to get back?" Harper asks, tugging at the sleeve of her coat "no actually, if you want to wait here, we can go get ice cream when I get back" Adam smiles.

"okay, that sounds cool" Harper says, Kaz opens the bedroom door "Adam! We're going to be late, I received a message that they are already discussing page 112!" Kaz says.

"No! It's the best part! Sorry Love but I promise I will make it up to you but now I have to go!" Adam says and kisses her quickly and leaves.

"Yeah, you always say that" Harper tells herself, Chase looks at her as she lets out a sigh watching the door close.

Harper sits on Adam's bed and looks at a book, Chase sits on the other bed watching the game on the computer, Chase is drinking a juice straight from the bottle.

During the game break he puts the computer on the bed and looks at Harper, she is focused trying to read Adam's book.

Chase gets distracted by looking at her for a while "Are you okay, Doll?" Chase smirk "uh what?" Harper looks at him.

"relax I just asked if you're okay" Chase says "I am, why?" Harper says "you look upset" Chase says "oh well...I'm fine" Harper gets up,and starts walking to the door.

Chase looks at her "hey!" Chase says, she stops.

"do you like football?" Chase asks "uh not really" Harper says "You don't like it or you don't understand?" Chase says, Harper shrug and tucks her hair behind her ear.

"Do you want me to teach you?" Chase bites his lip "why?" Harper says "Do you have anything better to do?" Chase says, Harper looks at him and takes a deep breath.

"uh, I don't think so..." Harper says "come on! sit here" Chase says going over to the side and picking up the computer.

"I don't know" Harper says shyly "relax, I don't bite" Chase smiles, Harper thinks.

"you're going to lose the second half of the game" Chase says " 'kay" Harper says, she sits on the edge of the bed and starts watching the game with him.

Chase explains to her everything he knows about football, Harper watches him explain.

"are you understanding or are you just nodding at me so I'll shut up" Chase says "I understand!" Harper smiles.

"Really?" Chase says "yeah!" Harper says "I understand, if you don't, not everyone..." "you can keep on, I... I like it" Harper interrupts him, Chase looks at her.

"but you don't even like football" Chase says "Oh but, I... it's cool to see you explain" Harper says shyly looking at the game, Chase smirk "Cool" Chase say.

They continue watching the game, Chase starts looking at her, she feels his gaze "what?" Harper asks "You are so quiet" Chase smiles.

Harper smiles back "I just... I have nothing to say" Harper hugs her knees, she is leaning against the wall with her feet on the bed.

"okay, you're shy, I get it" Chase says "yeah...I mean, you shouldn't understand since you're..." "popular" Chase says convinced "yes kinda" Harper plays with her own hair.

Chase keeps looking at her "you don't need to be shy with me" Chase sits a little closer "Well, it's not like I can control it but...I can try" Harper says.

Chase smiles they look at each other for a second "uh...you're going to miss a touchdown" Harper points to the laptop, Chase sees It "yeah! you learned" Chase smiles.

"maybe I'm starting to like it" Harper smiles "me too" Chase says looking at her "But I thought you already liked football?" Harper says, Chase realizes "oh! Yeah that's what I meant" Chase laughs nervously, Harper smiles.

She watches the game and Chase sits a little closer, he discreetly puts his arm around her but resting it on the headboard, not directly touching her.

Harper notices, she blushes and feels a littlle uncomfortable.

Chase smiles to himself like he's close to getting something he wanted for a while, he slowly runs his thumb down her neck, behind her ear.

Harper takes a deep breath and looks at him with a look that says "what are you doing?" But she doesn't have the courage to stop him, or maybe she just doesn't want him to stop, Chase looks her in the eyes.

"Um...I...I need to go!" Harper says getting up "Why?" Chase says "because I... have an appointment" Harper says "Seriously!?" Chase raises his eyebrow and stands up.

"uhum!" Harper says, Chase approaches and Harper moves away "but...it was nice spending time with you" Harper adjusts her glasses, looking away.

"true, every second with you is worth it, doll" Chase smirks, Harper looks at him confused, Chase wets his lips as he looks at her "see you" Harper says quickly leaving the room, Chase sighs, running a hand through his hair.

The other day Chase meets up with Oliver who in this universe is also a jock and plays on the same team as Chase in college, they are talking and laughing.

"You know man, I'm thinking about breaking up with Skylar" Oliver says "why?" Chase asks "she's really clingy and creepy sometimes" Oliver says, Chase frowns.

"but tell me what you did yesterday?" Oliver says opening the locker door "Oh man, I stayed in the dorm to watch the game and ended up spending the afternoon with Harper..." Chase says.

"your brother's nerdy and shy girlfriend?" Oliver asks "yes, she watched the game with me" Chase says.

"I've never seen that girl say a word, how is she like?" Oliver says "she is... hot!" Chase says with a distant tone and smiles remembering, Oliver abruptly closes the locker door and looks seriously at Chase.

"Bro, you didn't say that!" Oliver says "that what?" Chase says "you said she's hot" Oliver says "yeah!" Chase says, Oliver smacks the back of Chase's head.

"Owch! What's that for?" Chase says "she's your brother's girlfriend, asshole!" Oliver says "huh?" Chase says with his hand on the back of his head.

"you have a crush on your brother's girlfriend!" Oliver says, Chase thinks, he widens his eyes "Oh Damn it!" Chase says frustrated.

"Get that idea out of your head!" Oliver says "I don't have any ideas" Chase says "oh you do, there are millions of ideas and none of them are good" Oliver says.

"well it depends on your point of view" Chase smirk "you're ridiculous!" Oliver says "No calm down!" Chase says, he takes a deep breath.

"She's different and honestly she and Adam have nothing to do with each other" Chase says "and you and her have?" Oliver says.

"well...You weren't there to see to feel what I was feeling..." Chase says "oh it must have been very tempting" Oliver says sarcastically, Chase rolls his eyes.

"You don't understand man, I don't want to just hook up with her, I think....I really like her, I've had a crush on her for two years actually" Chase says.

"Well It doesn't matter man! She's with Adam" Oliver says, Chase sighs "She's different from everyone else" Chase says "man stop it!" Oliver says and leaves, Chase sighs.

Later in the college cafeteria, Harper is sitting with Grace at one of the tables, Grace is sitting at the table, she is wearing a leather jacket and army green joggers, and Harper is doing homework.

"How come you still don't understand this is basic calculus!" Grace says "where is this basic!?" Harper says "you're impossible!" Grace says.

"I know, I just want to go to my dorm and listen to music" Harper says "Harper, life isn't just about music" Grace says, Harper sighs.

Chase, Oliver and the rest of the football team enter the cafeteria, Oliver has his arm around Skylar

"Hey Grace, Rock Balboa wants his pants back" Oliver laughs, Grace smiles sarcastically "Get lost idiot!" Grace says.

"Hey don't talk about him like that, he's my cute Olive" Skylar says kissing his cheek, Oliver smiles awkwardly.

Chase approaches the table "Hi Harper" Chase says calmly and flirty with a slight smile, Harper looks at him and ends up knocking her pencils off the table nervously.

"Hi Chase!" Harper says almost like a sigh, Grace frowns at her.

"Hey Handerson!" Grace interrupts the exchange of looks between the two "Sup" Chase responds quickly and picks up the pencil from the floor and hands it to Harper.

"I think you dropped that, Doll" Chase smirk, Harper takes the pencil and Chase lightly touches the tip of her nose and leaves.

Harper follows him with her eyes breathing rapidly, Grace's eyes widen and she goes over the table to sit closer to Harper.

"what was that!?" Grace says "what?" Harper says "oh my god you and Chase Handerson!" Grace says "No!" Harper says worriedly.

"oh come on? He called you doll...He was hitting on you" Grace says "He has called me that several times....and no, of course not" Harper says.

She gets up from the table and tidies up her things "he's super into you" Grace laughs "don't be silly he is....he's Chase, he's a jock, popular and confident, he would never notice an insecure and shy music nerd like me" Harper adjusts her glasses.

"Seriously? So why is he eating you with his eyes right now?" Grace says "He what?" Harper says "don't believe me look for yourself" Grace says.

Harper discreetly looks back and her eyes meet Chase's on the other side of the cafeteria.

He keeps looking at her up and down and just smiles, Harper looks at him confused and returns her gaze to Grace.

"I told you!" Grace says "No, he.. no! He's my boyfriend's brother!" Harper says "I know but he likes you there's nothing you can do" Grace says starting to leave.

"But..." Harper says, Grace comes back "Oh! Yes, you're into him too" Grace chuckles "I can't" Harper says.

"I remember before you dated Adam you said Chase was cute...You always felt something for him" Grace says "It doesn't matter, I'm with Adam now" Harper says, Grace thinks.

"Okay...I know that" Grace says in a slightly upset tone "but maybe you and Chase..." "keep it down!" Harper says.

"maybe you and Chase have more in common" Grace says "I find it difficult" Harper says with her hands in her pockets.

"okay, who knows" Grace shrugs "it's wrong!" Harper says nervously.

"Harper sometimes people make mistakes of being with the wrong person, it's never too late to fix it.." Grace puts her hand on Harper's shoulder.

"what do you mean by that?" Harper says "Maybe Adam isn't the right guy for you" Grace says "but I like him" Harper thinks.

"maybe there's someone who likes him more.." Grace says quietly to herself "what?" Harper says.

"Look, I know you like him, but you can't deny that part of you wanted something with Chase ever since you met him" Grace says, Harper sighs.

"it's too late now, and I'm happy as I am.." Harper says but in a tone of uncertainty "Fine, but something tells me he won't stop until he gets what he wants" Grace laughs and leaves.

The next night they go to a party on campus, a typical frat party, loud music everyone dancing drinking, Bree and Grace are in a corner thinking the party is boring.

Harper and Adam are talking to the literature group, Kaz is talking to them.

"Oh there that's the guy I was talking about!" Kaz says and points to Leo, who in this universe is just an ordinary student in the eyes of others but who hides a bionic secret,he naturally acts like he's just another student.

"Leo Dooley!? Why were you talking about him?" Harper asks "Kaz has an unhealthy habit of creating erroneous conspiracy theories he sees on the internet and applying them to ordinary students" Adam says with his arm around Harper.

"they are not erroneous, they are true and based on facts collected by myself" Kaz says convinced "Oh what would be the theory about Leo?" Harper says.

"don't aks that Love, it's just immature and what's the right word for wasting time?" Adam says, Harper frowns "I really want to know it sounds cool" Harper smiles.

"my theory is that he's some kind of bionic super human" Kaz says, Adam rolls his eyes and Harper smiles in awe "Bionic people!?" Harper says.

"yes, I've seen him do things with his mind and I'm almost sure he can teleport or run super fast" Kaz says "I said it's ridiculous..." Adam says.

"I thought it was interesting and in fact it might be true" Harper says "bionic people, or rather that guy being bionic, spare me!" Adam says.

"I see the cameras in the hallway of his dorm watching him, sometimes he leaves at random times" Kaz says "Do you spy on him?" Harper asks "yes I can show you.." Kaz says.

Harper frowns and scratches the back of her head "uh no thanks Kaz, I'm going to get something to drink, do you want?" Harper says "No but I'll wait here" Adam says, Harper goes to the drinks table,l.

Oliver and Chase are watching two guys arm wrestling in the other room they are betting, Chase sees Harper at the drinks table.

"I'll be right back" Chase says, Oliver sees Harper "What are you going to do?" Oliver says "Nothing, I'm just going to talk to her!" Chase says.

"That's a bad idea, Chase!" Oliver says "I don't care about your opinion, I know what I'm doing" Chase says.

"you're going to get into a fight with your brother man and I'm not going to help you with that" Oliver says, Chase rolls his eyes.

"Look, I've been trying to ignore her for long enough, and it seems like the more I avoid her, the more I fall in love with her, I can't do it anymore." Chase walks away.

"You'll be damned if you do that!" Oliver says and upon hearing this Chase just raises the middle finger to Oliver without looking back, Oliver rolls his eyes.

Harper puts juice in a glass and starts drinking, Chase slowly approaches.

"Cool party right?" Chase says, Harper swallows the juice quickly "yeah" Harper looks away.

"You don't look like you're having much fun" Chase says, tilting his head "I'm, I'm happy, I'm just not....showing it but I'm feeling it" Harper smiles.

"you should smile more, you have a beautiful smile" Chase smirk, Harper's smile disappears shyly.

"Uh...I watched your game today, you were great" Harper drinks the juice "I saw you were there I confess I was surprised" Chase leans on the table.

"why?" Harper says "because you don't like football" Chase says "But I've never missed a game of yours" Harper says, Chase frowns.

"never?" Chase asks, Harper smiles awkwardly "Ohh! You lied to me!" Chase laughs "what?" Harper says "you like football! I spent an entire afternoon explaining football to a girl who clearly understands everything" Chase says.

"Not everything, just the basics" Harper says "why did you say you didn't like it?" Chase says "I don't know.." Harper says shyly.

"what ? Are you afraid of having something in common with me?" Chase says "No, I like it" Harper says quietly.

"What do you think we get out of here?" Chase gets a little closer "i don't know" Harper says.

"I just want to show you something" Chase says "but Adam..." "he won't even notice" Chase says they both look at Adam who is laughing with his friends.

"Where do you want to go?" Harper asks, Chase smirks he holds her hand "relax, just somewhere calmer" Chase says, Harper looks at their hands.

"I don't know Chase" Harper says "I told you, I don't bite" Chase laughs, Harper laughs lightly "come on!" Chase smiles, he takes her out of there.

Meanwhile Grace approaches Adam "Hi Notebook!" Grace smiles "don't call me that" Adam says.

"why not?" Grace says "I'm more than just this notebook" Adam says "relax, it's just a nickname I like call You" Grace says.

"Why?" Adam asks "because I think it's cute!" Grace smiles and approaches, Adam looks at her in surprise.

"cute?" Adam asks shyly "yup!" Grace smirk, Adam looks away.

"but tell me what's in that notebook of yours?" Grace says "oh reflections, poems, and things like that" Adam says "oh like the things I write on my Twitter?" Grace laughs.

"Yes, in fact you are very talented, when looking at you it is difficult to say that you are reflective like that" Adam adjusts his glasses.

"I would say that I am more openly sincere than reflective" Grace adjusts her collar "Wow" Adam smiles.

"But do you just leave these works in your notebook?" Grace says "yes, I would like to share them someday but...I don't know" Adam says.

"quote something for me!" Grace says "what?" Adam says "and with intonation no quick reading, You are going to go on stage..." Grace says.

"it's a table" Adam says "it doesn't matter you will climb on it" Grace gets on the table "and quote something to me!" Grace smiles extending her hand to him.

"here in front of everyone?" Adam ask "yes! don't be afraid I'm sure it's amazing, And I'll punch anyone who tries to criticize you!" Grace smiles, Adam laughs.

"you're...a peculiar lady!" Adam says "I just want to have fun, it's a party after all, isn't it!?" Grace smiles and Adam accepts the challenge.

Chase takes Harper to the campus court, he takes a basketball from the storage room and turns on the lights.

"This place is closed, I don't think we can stay here" Harper says "Don't worry" Chase throws the ball to her, she holds it in fright.

"you're very straight laced!" Chase smiles going towards her "you're the one who's crazy" Harper laughs gently.

"I think that's really cute, but you know princess, some rules can be broken" Chase says "That's not what I was taught" Harper throws the ball back to him.

"That's because no one ever taught you how to have fun" Chase says "Hey I'm fun!" Harper says "show me" Chase says, Harper smiles.

"have you ever played basketball?" Chase bounces the ball "well.." "don't lie to me!" Chase laughs "I've played but I'm not good" Harper says.

"Come on let's play a one on one game" Chase says "oh I.." Harper hesitates "stop worrying so much it's just a game, and I'll go easy on you" Chase says "Thanks" Harper says.

Chase and Harper start to play a game,Harper doesn't follow him, she gets embarrassed "try to catch the ball" Chase says bouncing the ball, Harper tries but fails.

"I said I'm bad at this" Harper says "well I'm not leaving here without you knowing how to even make a basket" Chase says passing the ball to her, she takes it and tries to throw it into the basket, she misses.

Chase chuckles "You suck" Chase says, Harper looks down "Hey, I'm just messing with you" Chase says, he approaches her.

"hold on!" Chase hands her the ball "I'll help you" Chase says, he stands behind her, and holds her hands helping her aim at the basket.

Harper looks at him from the corner of her eye "look at the basket not at me" Chase smirk "oh of course" Harper says nervously, she feels his breath near her.

"okay, now you throw it...like this" Chase helps her throw the ball that goes straight into the basket.

"I got it!" Harper says "yeah!" Chase says, Harpe goes to get the ball, Chase smiles at her.

"watch this!" Harper says excitedly, she makes another basket "Boom!" Harper laughs excitedly, Chase catches the ball "you're not bad just a little practice" Chase bounces the ball.

Harper tries to catch it but he dodges it "try again" Chase says, when Harper tries to catch the ball again, Chase switches hands.

Harper ends up slightly tripping, Chase holds her, they both look into each other's eyes "Sorry" Harper says, Chase smiles and tucks her hair behind her ear.

Harper smiles she walks away a little, they hear someone approaching, It's Leo, Chase frowns.

"Leo? Leo Dooley?" Harper asks "yes!" Leo says.

"I'm Chase and this is Harper, what are you doing here? you look lost" Chase ask "no, I'm just trying to get away from a guy who was following me" Leo looks back.

Harper chuckles "relax it's just Kaz, he's a friend of ours" Harper smiles "oh yeah, he's just a weird guy but he won't hurt you" Chase says.

"Oh he wouldn't even be able to" Leo says "why not?" Harper asks "not at all, it was bad to interrupt, I need to go" Leo says nervously and leaves.

Harper and Chase watch him leave "This guy seems cool, I think we should ask him out one day" Chase says "I know I feel like we would be friends with him" Harper says "me too" Chase says.

The next day Harper It's in her locker, she opens it and sees a letter, she frowns and opens the letter and sees two tickets to a show that was going on that night, from her favorite band.

Harper smiles when she reads the letter.

The letter says "you and me, tonight, I know what you're going to say but I know you want it, signed C.H".

Harper smiles and looks across the hall in a corner Chase looking at her, he smiles biting his lip.

Harper looks at the letter and at him, she moves her lips saying "Thank you" Harper says.

Chase does the same saying "I'll wait for you" Chase says and leaves.

Harper smiles wrinkling her nose, but she thinks better of it and just sighs regretfully, leaning her head against the locker.

Later Harper is in her dorm, Bree who was her roommate had left.

Harper was writing a song when Chase knocks on her window, Harper gets scared but goes there.

"what are you doing?" Harper opens the window "just so Adam doesn't see you leaving" Chase says.

"what? No, you're crazy!" Harper says "you're going to waste two tickets? They were expensive!" Chase says.

"I appreciate your intention but I..." Harper thinks "I love this band too!" Chase says "what?" Harper says.

"I was going to buy the ticket just for myself, but I know how much do you love music so" Chase says "oh, so I like football and you like music" Harper says.

"I think we have more in common than we though" Chase smiles, Harper smiles.

"I don't understand what you're getting at?" Harper says "nowhere, I'm not thinking about anything except getting out of this window" Chase says, extending his hand to her.

Harper laughs, she sighs and takes his hand, and the tickets, and they both sneak off to the show.....
