"I just...Okay I wrote her a song" Oliver says "a song!?" Chase says "yeah, don't judge me, don't even tell her" Oliver says, Chase smiles.

"relax" Chase says "I know it's cheesy but..""I get it" Chase says "do you?" Oliver says.

"sure, love makes us do cheesy things...I'd even say that's part of the fun" Chase says "Yeah... maybe so" Oliver says.

"By the way, where's Harper?" Oliver says "she and Kaz went to get parts at Mr Davenport's base downtown" Chase says.

"Harper and Kaz? Are you sure it's safe...for Kaz in case" Oliver says "Amazingly Harper is learning to just be verbally aggressive with him" Chase laughs.

"Great someone came to save me from this" Chase goes to the door, Bree and Skylar go downstairs.

Douglas enters "I got the message...ooh look, that. there's actually a boy over there!" Douglas says.

"hey I'm Finn!" Finn says "Douglas, So you're Harper's brother right" Douglas says "yes!" Finn says.

"I'm sorry, but how does Harper have a brother?" Bree ask "I remember when we went with Douglas to look for her parents, Harper found out that her mother had a son..." Chase says.

"Wait, so Melody is your mother?" Douglas ask "yes, do you know her?" Finn ask "by name only" Douglas says.

"So Finn what brings you here?" Skylar ask "my mom and I moved here last year, now I decided I want to meet my sister, after all these years" Finn says.

"Chase!" Douglas pulls Chase aside "Does Harper already know about this!?" Douglas ask "No! I thought about texting her but I don't know how to explain that the brother she doesn't even know is sitting in our living room!" Chase says.

"I know, she's going to freak out!... my goodness what if her mother wants to see her too" Douglas says "okay let's take it easy, Let's try to deal with the most important first which is breaking this news to her lightly" Chase says.

"Okay I break the news to her" Douglas says "no I will!" Chase says "why you!?" Douglas ask.

"you know how to keep her calm!?" Chase says "and you know!?" Douglas says "i keep her calm just by myself!" Chase brags.

"That's ridiculous, she'll take it more seriously if it comes from me" Douglas says.

"No! I'm her boyfriend I'm the guy who supports her in times of crisis it's my duty!" Chase says "As her boyfriend you should be the reason for the crises" Douglas says.

"but I'm not, and you're not her father either, you really want to give her news that reminds her of that!" Chase says "You have a point" Douglas says.

Kaz and Harper walk in with bags.

"hey Guys!" Kaz says "Hey!" Harper says she put the bags on the table.

Chase runs to the door "Heeey Harp!" Chase says nervously "Hi sweetheart!" Harper smiles bringing her face closer to his, he holds her arms, sort of taking her to the corner and giving her a kiss.

"what's going on? Who's the little guy?" Kaz asks the rest "Harper's brother" Oliver says.

"I didn't know Harper had a brother" Kaz says "neither do we" Bree says "Ooh! Well this is going to be interesting" kaz smiles and sits down on the couch.

"Chase,What's going on?" Harper ask "honey, we got a tricky situation here" Chase tries to say it as delicate as possible.

"What a situation, who's that kid?" Harper ask "well he... is your brother, he says he's your brother" Chase says.

"what!?" Harper says "calm down!" Chase takes her shoulders.

"He just wants to get to know you, I know it's a lot to take in but, breathe and be nice, he's just a boy who wants to meet what an amazing sister he has, show him" Chase says in a soft tone, he strokes her face and neck gently, she smiles.

Douglas watches and shakes his head disapprovingly.

"Uh..okay!" Harper says, she goes into the living room, after taking a deep breath, Chase looks at Douglas.

"What?" Chase says "I don't like you touching her like that" Douglas says "Seriously? Are you going to play the jealous father again!?" Chase says angryly "Would you let the girl breathe for a moment?" Douglas says, Chase rolls his eyes.

Harper goes into the living room, Finn stands up.

"uh hey! I'm Harper" Harper says "I know I'm Finn" Finn says, Everyone is silent for a moment "well this is an awkward situation" Oliver says.

"So, Finn,Are you really... my brother?" Harper ask "yes I...it's complicated but yes I'm your brother" Finn says.

"Is your mother Melody Stone?" Harper ask "yes! That's her!" Finn says "okay so you really are my brother!" Harper says.

"Yeah, me and my mom moved to this town a year ago, that's when she saw you were...alive!" Finn says "what do you mean?" Harper says.

"she didn't know where you were, She didn't even know if you was alive, so when we saw about the bionic people it was such a relief that you were with them, and I needed to come meet you I mean...I have a bionic sister!" Finn says excitedly.

"oh this isn't as cool as it sounds" Chase says, Bree smacks him on the arm.

"Wow well It's nice nice to meet you too" Harper smiles.

"How old are you kid!?" Douglas ask "15" Finn says "Uh...Can I ask about your mother?" Harper says "she didn't come because she thought you weren't sure you wanted to see her" Finn says.

"well...I heard she and your dad got divorced right?" Harper ask "No, my... my dad died a year after I was born" Finn says, everyone looks at Harper with pity.

"oh! I'm so sorry.." Harper says upset, "Thanks but...well..you know...my dad isn't your dad right?" Finn asks with
hesitation.

"What!?" Harper ask, Finn sighs "oh boy, my mom was hoping you already knew that" Finn says "that what!?" Chase ask "yeah?" Harper says.

"Harper...Victor Krane was your real father" Finn says, Harper makes a scared face, as does everyone else.

"No! No I..I was adopted! I have the documents, he can't..." Harper says "It's complicated but, That's true" Finn
says "impossible!" Harper says in disbelief.

"how was Krane her father?" Douglas ask "My mother asked me to tell you if you didn't know...." Finn takes a paper from his backpack.

"here's your birth certificate" Finn hands the paper, Harper She looks at the paper and with an incredulous look she hands it to Chase, he sees the paper.

"it says the names of the two... it's true" Chase says "yeah, my mom and Krane were married, she took in his kids and everything, but she demanded a divorce when she found out about his crazy plans, when you were born she ran away, But she knew you wouldn't be safe from Krane with her, so she sent you to an orphanage so you could find a better family" Finn says.

"Yeah but that didn't happen!..Did you
know about that?" Harper ask Douglas "no, no idea" Douglas says.

"Anyway, my dad was the one who helped her get away from the Krane" Finn says, Harper is silent.

"How did Harper end up with Krane then?" Bree aks "they start studying her IQ at the orphanage and announce it, Krane found the headline and found out where Harper was, I remember we found the headline in her old lab" Chase says.

"why did he let her think she wasn't his daughter then?" Kaz ask "he was a maniac, trapped all his daughters to be his soldiers, probably he did this to make sure she didn't run away and try to figure out where she came from" Douglas says, Harper remains silent.

"Harper, are you okay?" Chase asks, Harper looks at the document again "I didn't mean to upset you, but... Mom was trying to protect you and..""Finn,better not now" Bree says hugging Harper.

"hey you ok!?" Bree ask,"It's okay, just...excuse me!" Harper gets up and goes upstairsupset "Harper" Chase gets up, Douglas stops him.

"No Chase, i'll talk to her..she needs a father now" Douglas says and he goes after her, everyone stays in the room in silence.

"you were wrong with what you said before, now this is an akward situation!" Kaz tells Oliver.

Harper is sitting on the floor at the end of the hall, head down, Douglas slowly approaches.

"Hey girl!" Douglas says, Harper looks at him wiping a tear from her face "hey" Harper says.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Douglas says, Harper looks at him "I kinda knew that already...I just didn't want to believe it" Harper says.

"How?" Douglas ask "When we last faced Krane in the space colony, he implied...but I decided to ignore it" Harper says.

"I understand it must be hard for you to know that" Douglas says "Douglas...what if...I'm just like him!?" Harper says with her eyes full of tears "You're not!" Douglas says.

"but I can be, you don't understand but the feeling of knowing he's actually a part of me... is frightening and devastating" Harper says.

"You will never be like him, look at you all you have become, you are so much more special than Krane could ever be, you are one of us now, you are you and nothing will change that" Douglas walks
over, Harper sighs.

"look I know you're scared of this cause it makes you scared of yourself but... No one has a completely perfect story, your past and where you came from is just a detail,those are the things it took to get you here...whit me" Douglas says, Harper shakes her head.

"yet technically I was just one of the creations of a maniac, whether I wanted to or not I was just another of his soldiers" Harper says.

"So what!? You know I created Adam, Bree and Chase for even worse purposes and look at them now, they're so much more than I could have ever imagined, you too, I'm proud to say that you were the only right thing Krane ever did" Douglas says, Harper smiles.

"And now you are one of my most amazing and perfect creations" Douglas points to the back of his head with a smile, Harper smiles.

"everything would be so much easier if you were my dad" Harper says "I know, can i say, I might have officially adopted you if you didn't insist on dating Chase" Douglas says, Harper laughs.

"Yeah, that's already weird enough without being official" Harper laughs, Douglas sits down next to her.

"since we're rediscovering the past, I want to tell you something" Douglas says "What?" Harper says "Krane told me about you and your sisters when we started working together, and I remember that you were the one with the most potential,he even introduced me to you guys once" Douglas says.

"i don't remember that" Harper says "that's because he showed me you guys in one of the training rooms, i remember you were only 9, and your sisters were a littlle older" Douglas says.

"Anyway, you were the one that fascinated me the most, I was on the wrong side but I still thought that what Krane was doing to you was terrible, and that you didn't deserve it" Douglas says, Harper looks at him.

"there was a night that I invaded Krane's barracks , to rescue you, I was going to take you to a safe place, I ran the risk of ending everything Krane and I were building to save You" Douglas says.

"Wait, Krane changed our location from that barracks to my old house when I was nine, was that because of you!?" Harper says "Yeah luckily I managed to escape before he saw it was me" Douglas says.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Harper says "I've been waiting for the right time" Douglas says "For What?" Harper says.

"To show that no matter what Krane was yours, he was never your father, because I am, since the first time I saw you I already cared for you as if you were my daughter, and now I love you as my daughter!" Douglas says.

Harper and Douglas walk downstairs "hi sorry about that I just...needed to think" Harper smiles.

"I see, how do you think I reacted when I found out I had a sister?" Finn laughs "It must have been a shock" Harper says.

"yeah, but then I found out you were a bionic hero and I thought it was awesome!" Finn says "It's really amazing!" Harper smiles proudly.

"so? Are all of you Bionics?" Finn asks, everyone looks at each other "yeah!" Chase and Bree say "Yes we are!" Skylar and Oliver say.

"After all if we weren't how else would you explain these amazing things we do!" Kaz says nervously "Oh I don't know, superheroes maybe!" Finn laughs and everyone laughs along with him forcefully.

"yeah but unfortunately we don't live in a comic book do we!" Oliver says.

"It would be okay if I spent time with you guys, I don't live too far from here and it would be nice to catch up" Finn says "oh yeah you can come over whenever you want Finn" Harper smiles.

"what about mom? Do you want to see her?" Finn ask, Harper sighs "she wants to see me?" Harper says "Yes! Of course" Finn says.

Douglas puts a hand on Harper's shoulder and nods "well...okay! I think it's time I met her" Harper says with a smile.

"She will be very happy! I'm going to text her now" Finn smiles.

Harper and Finn have spent the afternoon talking and getting to know each other better, Chase and Douglas are in the living room.

"they seem to be getting along" Chase says "Yeah, that's good, so Finn says Harper's mom is going to be here for dinner" Douglas says "oh that's great!"

"Yes, I did some more research on her, she is a remarkable woman apparently, She is a theoretical physicist and was a professor at Harvard with a PhD in physics and astronomy" Douglas says.

"wait her name is Melody right?" Chase says "yeah" Douglas says "Dr. Melody Stone PhD! Oh my god, she's the physicist on the team that's been studying dark matter, and she's had a huge influence on the string theory resolutions!" Chase says excitedly.

"We already know why Harper is a genius she is the daughter of two people with a lot of potential!" Douglas says "I'm a huge fan of Melody's work I can't believe I never noticed that she was Harper's
mother!" Chase says.

"I don't think Harper wanted you to notice, she may be fine with her brother but it's not going to be easy for her to accept her mom after all this time" Douglas says "I know, that's why I asked the rest of the team out to dinner today" Chase says.

"hey guys!" Finn says he and Harper walk in "hey how was your day?" Douglas ask "amazing!" Finn says.

"yeah that was awesome we have a lot in common" Harper puts a hand on finn's shoulder "that's great" Chase smiles

"my mom should be on her way" Finn says "Great" Harper says "come on Finn I want you to help me cook dinner" Douglas says "sure sounds nice" Finn says.

Chase walks over to Harper "why you never told me your mom was one of the greatest physicists from the lasts years!" Chase says "I never thought it mattered, and you stalked her?" Harper says.

"No, it was Douglas" Chase says, Harper rolls her eyes "that's amazing your mom is a genius!" Chase says excitedly.

"why the surprise? I am" Harper says "I know! But...My mother-in-law solved string theory!" Chase says excitedly.

"You mean my mother solved it.." Harper says "No I mean my mother-in-law!" Chase smiles "You don't even know her" Harper says "It doesn't matter! She's still a genius!" Chase says.

"Okay just don't have this fan attack in front of her" Harper says "of course not...what If she invite us over for Sunday lunch at her house,and
then the three of us can discuss and theorize about dark matter while enjoying great home cooking!?" Chase says whit smile, Harper stares at him with wide eyes.

"Chase stop it, you're scaring me!" Harper says "I'm sorry I just got carried away" Chase says, Harper smiles.

"you're so cute" Harper says moving closer, Chase smiles shyly walking over and taking her hand that is on his chest, the doorbell rings, Douglas walks past them and smacks a tea towel in Chase's
face.

"she's here" Douglas says, Chase takes the dish towel off his face with an annoyed look.

"hello! I'm Dr. Melody Stone, and.... I'm Harper's mom" Melody says awkwardly "oh hello...I'm Douglas Davenport, Harper's dad..." Douglas says nervous shaking Melody's hand, she frowns.

"uh guess i would remember if you were" Melody says, Douglas realizes "Oh yeah! I..sorry I didn't mean it it's just...it's nice to meet you Melody" Douglas smiles, Melody smiles.

"okay I get it" Melody says, Douglas continues to shake her hand "You can let go of my hand now!" Melody says with a confused smile "Oh! Sorry!" Douglas says.

Harper approaches next to Finn who hugs her "hi mom!" Finn says "hi Finn, It's everything all right?" Melody says "yeah! Totally, uh..mom this is Harper" Finn says.

"I see, hi!" Melody smiles "hi... Melody" Harper says, Melody walks over.

"oh look at you, you're so grown up, and so beautiful" Melody says, Harper smiles "I dreamed so much about this moment, I hoped you were ok all these years darling!" Melody says, Harper takes a deep breath.

Douglas and Chase look at each other "it's nice to finally meet you" Harper says, Melody opens her arms and hugs Harper tight.

Harper takes a while to get used to the idea she doesn't know what to think, Melody looks across Harper's face for a moment, an emotional and proud.

"You're welcome here!" Harper smiles slightly, Melody nods "so this is where you live?" Melody looks around "Yeah!" Harper says.

"Oh and is that your boyfriend?" Melody asks "yeah, Melody that's..." "I'm Chase, I'm a huge fan of your work, I've followed your theories for a long time and they are remarkable your work is amazing!" Chase says excitedly interrupting Harper and shaking Melody's hand.

"Oh! I see you're interested in physics" Melody says "yes! I know all about...I'm the smartest man in the world!.." Chase brags he looks at Harper who rolls her eyes.

"oh yeah, and I'm dating your daughter! She's a genius too...but I'm smarter" Chase smiles, he tries to stop but he can't.

"okay Chase!I think she already understands!" Harper says, Chase
looks at Melody "I'm your son-in-law!" Chase says quietly with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you Chase, you seem like a nice guy!" Melody says, Chase smiles "he is!" Harper takes Chase's arm.

"great, at least you picked a good Boy, not after me,I think you already noticed I always have a thing for bad guys" Melody laughs "oh Really!?" Douglas smirk, Melody, Harper and Chase frown at him.

"yeah but I'm glad to see my daughter won't make the same mistakes I did" Melody says "sure, Because here Harper is the bad influence on Chase" Douglas says "What?" Harper says.

"don't act so surprised you know you're not that well behaved!" Chase smirk "And I have every right!...look what a mess my life is" Harper adjusts her jacket collar.

"so how did you choose to become bionic!?" Finn ask "Oh I didn't choose I had to because otherwise I would
die" Harper continues eating "I spoke too soon" Melody says.

"Yeah, you know Lara?" Harper aks "yeah I remember her as a kid she was really cute carried a pink teddy bear up and down" Melody smiles.

"yup, her, so she poisoned me and she ruined my leg because she wanted revenge for leaving her under a pile of debris when she and my other sister tried to kill them, and then to save my life, Douglas And his brother created a bionic infrastructure for me" Harper says, Melody and Finn make scared faces.

"Oh!" Melody says "yup, but like you said I'm safe and with a great family...now!" Harper says "Darling, I hope you understand that I did it to protect you." Melody says "well... it didn't work!" Harper says.

"Okay I think we better give you two some privacy" Douglas says, Chase and Douglas leave and take Finn with them, embarrassed.

"I never thought he'd find you" Melody says "but he did, and you weren't there to stop him!" Harper says, Melody looks down.

"Did it ever cross your mind that if you never left me the chance I would have been safe would be much greater" Harper says "Of course I did! But I was young and he was crazy...I panicked" Melody says.

I never went a day without thinking about you, I spent a lot of time trying to track you down in every way, When I got It, Krane found me and threatened me, threatened Finn, But at least he gave me the assurance that you were alive, if you were still fine after all these years I knew you were strong enough to stand up to him but I wasn't, so I decided to take some time off to protect Finn and I who weren't able to defend against someone like him" Melody says, Harper is silent.

"hi" Chase says "hey what took you so long?" Harper ask "Sorry, every time I tried to leave the room, Oliver got up to go to the bathroom, apparently his water powers directly affect his bladder" Chase says, Harper laughs.

"What day, huh?" Chase says, he sits on the bed and takes his shirt off.

"I know! But like it or not, I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders" Harper puts down her hair comb "Oh Has your posture improved because of that?" Chase ask.

"Of course not! I haven't played an online match in over a month, that must have been it" Harper says looking at her posture, Chase bite his lip and walks to her.

"Or maybe it's because you've been more relaxed these days" Chase leans in and hugs her belly, he rests his head on her shoulder from behind her, Harper laughs, Chase runs his fingers lightly over her belly, "don't!" Harper says.

"It tickles! Chase stop!" Harper laughs, Chase laughs "Stop!" Harper takes his hands and turns to him.

"Douglas said to stay three feet away from each other!" Harper says, Chase rolls his eyes "i can't belive he seid that to You" Chase says "yeah He said!" Harper says she hugs his neck "Little does he know...It's too late for that" Chase smirk "Yeah!" Harper smiles.

Chase cups her face and kisses her, Harper rubs his neck, Chase puts his hands on her waist, lifting her shirt slowly, Harper finishes taking off her
shirt, leaving her in just her bra.

Chase takes her to the bed, laying her down and him on top, he kisses her passionately.

"Um Harper..." Chase breaks the kiss by running his fingers across her lips "Can I ask you something?" Chase ask "You just asked!" Harper smirk, Chase smiles and sits down.

"What's up?" Harper sits in front of him with her legs wrapped around him "Just one thing I was wondering... when did you fall in love with me?" Chase ask.

"Oh! This is a tricky question!" Harper says "Why?" Chase ask "It's a matter of interpretation, but when did you fall in love with me?" Harper says.

"well...I remember thinking you were cute but it took me a while to realize,And a little more time to accept that I was into you, but when I think about the moment when it all started...That's when you and your sisters captured us, you were wearing that holographic computer on your wrist, and I already knew you weren't like them, and for some reason I couldn't stop looking at you..." Chase smiles "I remember that...you wouldn't stop, you were even making me embarrassed" Harper says.

"now you know why!" Chase says "cuz u weird!? Yeah I know" Harper laughs

"In that moment I saw how smart and beautiful and amazing you were...I haven't stopped thinking about you ever since" Chase says "Harper smiles.

"you know, I've always seen the term "Fall" in love as something gradual, it
doesn't happen overnight but it's little things that slowly make you fall more and more..." Harper says "Is that what happened to you?" Chase says.

that mission" Harper says "really?" Chase says.

Chase sucks her neck, Harper's jaw drops, Chase sees his excitement and stops.
