"Good news, ladies. I'm about to teach my first class of superhero school" Mr Davenport says "I'm out" Bree says "Right behind you" Skylar says They leave

"Oh this is going to be fun, I really need to laugh at something" Harper says smile "Okay guys. I will be your instructor and Chase will be my apprentice" Mr Davenport says.

"What? Why am I the apprentice?" Chase ask "Because you don't know anything about superheroes" Mr Davenport says "Oh, and you do?" Chase says

"Hello, I am Donald Davenport" Mr Davenport says "Just because you wear disturbingly tight unitards, doesn't make you a superhero" Chase says "Have you ever triedfitting in them?" Mr Davenport says "No one should" Harper says.

"oh here, Harper understands superheroes and combat training she will oversee" Mr Davenport says, Harper stands up.

Mr Davenport takes box of bottles from Chase "Yes it does. Okay, Kaz, let's start your training by giving your fire grenades another go. I want you to use your grenade to hit the bottle in the middle and leave the others untouched" Mr Davenport says "Got it" Kaz says.

"You might wanna back up. When it comes to learning, Kaz doesn't" Oliver tells Chase, Grenade comes out of Kaz's mouth and hits middle bottle.

"You did it" Mr Davenport says "Yeah, I mean, if our enemies are 16 ounces bottles of water, I think I'm ready" Kaz says.

"wow!" Harper says "Impressed!?" Kaz says "Don't Push it!" Harper says.

"Great job. Okay, Oliver, you're up. Now, since you have water and iced based abilities, I want you to use your Cryo Blast to freeze the bottle on the left" Mr Davenport says.

"No problemo, teach" Oliver says Tries using blast and ice a cube falls from hand.

"Is that an ice cube?" Mr Davenport says "I don't know what that was" Oliver says "Tiny little ice cubes, that's what it was...wow!" Harper says.

"Let me try again. Okay, yeah, that was an ice cube" Oliver says.

"I don't get it. It worked fine when you froze Roman and Riker's black swarm. Try to focus!" Chase says "I am focusing!" Oliver says "Well, focus harder!" Chase says "How about you go stand over there harder?!" Oliver says.

He Tries again and multiple ice cubes fall onto floor "Oh, come on!" Oliver says "Oh that's sad" Harper says.

"I don't know whether to train him or call the refrigerator repairman" Chase says "Chase!" Harper says "sorry but I know you thought the same thing" Chase says "yeah, I thought more of a cold drink" Harper tells Chase.

"It's okay, Oliver. We'll fix it. Uh, Kaz, why don't we see how your fire grenades handle rapid fire?" Mr Davenport says "I mean, I really haven't tried it before, but I imagine it goes something like this" Kaz says.

Grenades come out rapidly and hits all bottles "Wow! Kaz, you're a natural! And Oliver, you're leaking all over my floor" Mr Davenport says.

In the penthouse.

Chase is fiddling with a laptop on the table, Harper comes downstairs with a box and puts it on the table in front of Chase.

"here it is!" Harper says "what's that Harp!?" Chase ask "My comic books, my collection actually!" Harper says.

"you want me to read it? You're not going to give up on me starting to understand superheroes, are you?" Chase says "nope!" Harper smiles "oh babe you are so nerdy!...i love that!" Chase smiles.

Harper smiles with her nose wrinkling, she tucks her hair behind her ear.

Oliver comes downstairs.

"Uh, hey, Chase. Uh, can we talk? Smart guy to smart guy?" Oliver says, Harper crosses her arms "Well, we can talk smart guy to smartest guy" Chase smiles.

"Harper, mind?, I wanted to talk to Chase" Oliver says "why can't you talk to me too? From smart guy to girl smarter than him!" Harper says smiling.

"because honestly you scare me a bit" Oliver says "Eh Understandable" Harper says "okay fine!" Oliver says.

"what's up?" Chase ask "I'm just... not getting this whole superhero thing" Oliver says "Yeah, me neither. We've mean over this. Magic witch pebble, woooooo!" Chase says.

Harper stares at him, opens the box and takes a comic and throws it at him, Chase looks at her holding a smile.

"No. I mean, when I used my Cryo Blast to freeze the black swarm, it worked perfectly. But, earlier today, I was.." Oliver says.

"A dud?" Chase says "I was gonna say..""Shameful?" Harper says "No I would say..""A failure?" Chase interrupts him "No. I was thinking..""A disaster!?" Chase and Harper interrupt him together.

"Would you two let me finish?! It's weird. I mean, in school, I always picked up things quickly, but for some reason, I just.. I can't figure these powers. Something's off" Oliver says.

"I think I know what's off. Your world is upside down because you're usually the 'A' student and Kaz is the 'F' student. It's psyching you out that he's better at this than you" Chase says.

"What? No, that's crazy. He is not better than me, despite all the overwhelming evidence that he says otherwise" Oliver says.

"Indeed. no one is better than anyone, the thing is practice, and your self control, I know whatit's like to deal with skills you don't know or understand" Harper says "really?" Oliver says.

"Yes, when I became bionic it took me a while to get control of my abilities, not to mention if I pushed them too hard they would glitch" Harper says.

"and what did you do?" Oliver ask "I practiced,but you need to focus on not letting your emotions get in the way" Harper says "I don't know how I... I just need your help" Oliver says.

"Okay. you just need some practice. Or we can focus on one of your other powers. It might be easier for you" Chase says.

"Yes. That...That's a great idea. Ohh, I have another superpower that shoots a water vortex from my hand. I call it
Cyclone Fingers" Oliver says "Okay, we'll help you with...that" Harper says.

"Wait. You dispense ice and water?" Chase Smirks "Do you also have a vegetable crisper?" Chase says holding back a laugh.

Harper smacks him on the arm also holding back a laugh, Oliver glares at them.

On the terrace.

"You're doing great, Oliver. Maybe I was wrong about Kaz getting into your head" Chase says "Or maybe it's Kaz' disturbed presence that does that to him" Harper says.

"Let's try it again" Chase says,Vortex appears from Oliver's hand "see! You going great!" Harper says "Okay, that's good. We're good. I said we're good!" Chase says, then Vortex disappears.

"This is amazing. Guys, I..I can't thank you enough" Oliver says "no need!" Harper smiles "Well, there's always money!" Chase says.

Kaz and Mr Davenport enter "Hey guys" Kaz says "Oh, hey, Kaz. What a coincidence. We were just not thinking about you" Oliver says.

"What are you guys doing out here?" Mr Davenport says "Nothing much. Just perfecting this super cool new power. Check it out: Cyclone Fingers" Oliver says "Name wasn't completely chosen" Harper says.

Cyclone comes out of Oliver's hand. It slowly gets out of control "Uh, Oliver?" Chase says "Don't worry. I got this." Oliver says "Are you sure?" Harper says "Not much!" Oliver says.

Mr Davenport gets sucked in vortex and launched off terrace.

"Mr Davenport!!" Harper says "That was really good, bud... up until that last part" Kaz says "Mr. Davenport, are you okay?" Chase ask "Help! I'm hanging on by a hair! My luscious, full bodied hair!" Mr Davenport says.

he is hanging from a statue of his head that is attached to the building "Help me!" Mr Davenport says

"Hang on, Mr. Davenport! Speaking of which, what is he hanging onto?" Kaz says "Uh, that would be a Daven-head" Chase says.

"He put a giant bust of his own head on the building?" Oliver ask "Don't be ridiculous!" Harper says.

"yeah, The Daven-head came first. He built the tower to support it" Chase says.

"I knew he had a big head, but I never thought it would save his life" Kaz says "I heard that, new guy!" Mr Davenport says.

"Hey, Oliver, I think that we should
change the name of your Cyclone Fingers to Irresponsible Wind of Doom" Kaz says "I thought it was perfected and so did them!" Oliver says.

"Whoa, don't rope us into this. I'm still trying to figure out you super freaks" Chase says.

"And I told you Kaz's disturbing presence was the problem!" Harper says "Yeah I'm famous for breaking people's concentration" Kaz says.

"I hate to interrupt, but could one of you heroes get down here and save me?!" Mr Davenport says "Can you pull yourself to the top of the head?" Chase ask "I can't get a foot hold. It's too slippery. My face is too perfect." Mr Davenport says.

"Seriously, you can't stop being an
annoying narcissist at a time like this!?" Harper says.

"Okay, I'll be right down, Wait, what am I saying? You two can fly. Get down there and save him. On second thought, why don't you go?" Chase says, he Points to Kaz.

"Why not me?" Oliver says "Who threw him there in the first place?" Harper says "It was an accident!" Oliver says.

"Well,No offense, but I don't trust you with your own life. But if Mr. Davenport needs a cold beverage, you'll be the first person I call" Chase says

"I got this" Kaz says "No. I got this" Oliver says.

"Actually, I can still hear you and my vote's on Kaz, if not Harper, or Chase even though he can't fly" Mr Davenport says "Don't worry, Mr. Davenport! I'm coming to save you!" Oliver says he Hops over terrace and flies down.

He Lands on Daven-head "Sorry. Still working on the landings. You know what's weird? You bothlook equally disappointed in me" Oliver says "We are!" Mr Davenport says "yeah,I'm gonna miss them" Harper says.

Kaz, Harper and Chase peer over terrace.

"Why isn't Oliver saving him?" Kaz says.

"okay I'll walk over there and get them" Harper climbs onto the balcony "what? You walk on walls!?" Kaz ask "yeah, It's cool isn't it!" Harper says

She gets ready to go down "no! you don't have the strength to pull them" Chase holds her.

"All right, well, then I better fly down there and get him" Kaz says "Wait, don't!" Chase says "Ah. You inherit the old man's building and bank account if he splats? Say no more" Kaz says.

Harper climbs down from the balcony wall "No. Oliver needs to save Mr. Davenport himself. The reason he's having trouble with his powers is because he's insecure. You're outshining him and it's getting into his head" Chase says "I that makes sense" Harper says.

"Wait. Okay, so he's intimidated because I'm so good at it?" Kaz ask "Yes." Chase says.

"Oh. Well, you know, I hate to say it, but I may need another superpower just to rain in all this awesome" Kaz says "ugh you are unbelievable" Harper shakes her head.

"The more you succeed, the more it shines a light on the fact that Oliver is struggling. And the only way for him to get over that is to make him feel like he can do it. So we're gonna let him save Mr. Davenport" Chase says.

"Well, alrighty then. Let's go make some popcorn and see how this trainwreck turns out" Kaz says "Can we throw him off the building later?" Harper says.

At the counter Kaz and Chase are eating popcorn and watching Oliver and Mr Davenport from above,Harper walks up to them.

"I can't believe you guys actually made popcorn in this situation!" Harper says.

"what else can we do?" Chase says "Really Chase?" Harper says "you
got a better idea?" Chase says, Harper thinks.

"join us, believe me it's even a little funny to see Oliver's face. We can bet how long it will take a bird to land on them" Kaz smiles.

Chase makes room for Harper to sit between his legs on the balcony, she rolls her eyes and sits down, taking a
handful of popcorn.

"Oh, I know exactly what to do.Kaz! Help!" Oliver says, Kaz Looks down from sitting on terrace edge.

"I'm sorry, buddy. There's no way I could carry both of you" Kaz says "Nice. That excuse sounds pretty believable" Chase
says.

"Actually, it's the truth. I just realized Oliver's the only one with super strength" Kaz says "Wait what!?" Harper says.

"I couldn't save him if I wanted to" Kaz says, slightly startled Chase leans forward holding Harper.

"Wait, so Mr. Davenport's life is really in Oliver's hands?" Chase ask "Yeah. His wet, slippery, ice cubey hands" Kaz laughs, Chase and Harper look at each other scared.

Harper hugs the popcorn bucket, and Chase holds Harper tighter taking a big handful of popcorn.

On Daven-head.

"What are we gonna do?" Oliver says "I'm sure Chase and Harper will come up with something" Mr Davenport says.

"And what if they don't?" Oliver says "Well then, I guess we're gonna die!" Mr Davenport says, Daven-head cracks more.

"I'm too young to die!" Mr Davenport says "I'm too young to die. You're just about the right age" Oliver says Daven- head cracks more.

"Ohh, we're running out of time. Oliver, you have to do something. You're the only one who can save us" Mr Davenport says "You're right" Oliver Looks down.

He falls off head "Oliver!" Mr Davenport Falls off head too, Oliver flys up, gripping Mr Davenport by his belt

"I'm flying! Yeah!" Mr Davenport says, Oliver flies up and both land on terrace.

"Hey, I did it! I'm a hero!" Oliver says "Hey Oliver you did it congrats!" Harper says putting her hand on his shoulder.

"Yeah, but, uh, next time you save a guy, pick a better hand hold" Mr Davenport says "Sorry. It was tough to get a grip with all your shifting shapes" Oliver says.

"I can't believe he came through" kaz says "Hey!" Oliver says "Oh, sorry. I mean, uh... yeah, I can't believe you
came through" Kaz says.

"Just out of curiosity, what was your backup plan in case Oliver here didn't save me?" Mr Davenport says "Preserve your real Daven-head in the name of science" Chase says.

"I was, uh, I was gonna get a spatula and meet you down at the sidewalk" Kaz says

"Hilarious. I'm leaving everything to Bree" Mr Davenport says.

"Oh don't be so dramatic, I had a plan all figured out" Harper says "oh yeah what was it?" Mr Davenport ask "Oh, you we won't need it anymore, you unfortunately will never know" Harper shrugs.

Mr Davenport shakes his Head, Leaves to go inside.

"I'm proud of you, Oliver" Chase says "As I said, practice and controlling your emotions equals success" Harper says.

"Thanks. Yeah you were right. Once I stopped worrying about Kaz and started believing in myself, everything came together" Oliver says.

"Hey, you really stepped up when it mattered... and that's part of being a hero no one can teach. Well, except me!" Chase smile.

Harper pretends to clear her throat to get Chase's attention "What's up baby, want a glass of water or something?" Chase ask Harper glares at him and sighs.

"No. That's not what I had in mind but since you mention it, Oliver ice water?" Harper says Oliver glares at her.

Everyone decides to go out and buy a drink, Bree walks downstairs.

"oh hey did Bree solve your problem with Skylar's friendly violence?" Kaz ask "yeah I talked to her and we worked it out" Bree says

"Oh that's good" Kaz says "yeah but I figured she was having fun with all the punching and bone cracking, I felt bad for her so I solved the problem for her" Bree smiles "how!?" Chase ask.

They hear screams coming from the terrace suddenly Skylar is pushed
through the door

She straightens her hair "is that all you have? Sis!" Skylar says smiling, Harper appears running through the door "Oh you bet I got a lot more where that came from!" Harper says.

She holds Skylar's arm and hits her making her fall to the ground, Harper puts her foot on Skylar.

"Give up! Huh?" Harper says smiling "I'm just getting started!" Skylar says pulling harper's foot and making her fall to the ground

Skylar gets up and starts to run "come back here sis!" Harper climbs over the couch and chases Skylar out of the penthouse.

Bree smiles, the boys look confused "they get along great!" Kaz smiles "uh..well I'm glad to see Harper finally has a friend on her level" Chase says.

"And I worry that I'm the most normal girl in here" Bree leaves and the rest follow.
