Everything seemed normal in life to her.

Elisa was just getting control of her life again. She had been training for about a year now with The Justice League and learning to control her scream. She had the same powers as The Black Canary, Dinah (The Canary's real name).

Elisa also learned how to fight and protect herself. ... She knew if she never learnt control that she could seriously hurt someone. Especially damaging someone's eardrums with her voice. She could scream for miles and miles, breaking and shattering everything in site, some people even think that she scream could match Dinah's, with its power.

Her emotions have to be under check, if she gets angry, the scream could worsen.
