Elisa headed home for the night after her training session. Her body had bruises in places, it shouldn't have bruises. She'd been really overworking herself lately trying to learn her hand to hand combat. She needed to learn to protect herself. Her scream just wasn't enough. When she got home she filled the tub with warm water and Epsom salt and grabbed a little alcohol her parents had left in the house. They were still gone from their "business trip". She fixed herself a frozen dinner and made her way to the bathroom. She changed out of her clothes and softly slid down into the warm water. "God it feels good". She said feeling the warmth on her sore muscles. She tried to eat a few bites in between the groans from her sore muscles. Least the warm water helped. And the next day she had off because of school. So she could rest.

She knew the training was killing her body. She wasn't ready for it but she pushed on. She needed to eventually get to where she could control her scream. If she didn't. She could kill everyone, it was dangerous.
