Note from Author: Hello and welcome to book 2 of my Dark Relic Saga! I'm so happy to see you ready for more. I'll be popping in occasionally like this, to see how you're liking the story so far, and hopefully to get to know you better.

This story is very near and dear to my heart. I had planned on having the entire series published and being a best-selling author (every writer's dream haha) by 25. But alas, I found love, then had two tiny loves, and writing slipped away as life took me on a roller coaster ride. My loves are a little older now, and my dreams have turned back to Kota, Connelly, and their mission.

P.S. If you haven't read Ensuing Darkness, please go and do so. This is not a series you can read out of order. Yes there are reminders throughout this book, but not enough to justify skipping ahead. Why? Because you'd miss all of my foreshadowing, lies, and hints of kept secrets, that's why!

For all you guys who've read book 1 and are impatiently waiting for me to stop talking, I only have one more question..... What do you hope happens in this book? Do you have a perfect outcome, or one you hope happens instead of the worst thing you can imagine? I'd love to know! I'll actually put my hopeful ending in the comments, because honestly, I don't know if it will happen.
