A mighty struggle took place . . . well, not really. Sarah tried grabbing Elf, he overpowered her and while sitting on her back made her an offer she couldn't refuse. He would give her the key to his chest of flars that were in the ocean with the Titanic wreck.

She would take her gang and go now. Elf said he would meet her later. Outside, Gus had finished customizing the Ford in preparation for the gang's getaway and was calling for Elf to hurry.  With a slight cough, Elf allowed as how some negotiations took time; he would be there as soon as he could.
