High above the fairground, Rowen DeMup witnessed Elf's escape and rode to the rescue. Barbie swooned at the gallant rider's accent and they all waited with baited breathe as he rode down Elf in the bumper car and arrested him.

When he returned they cheered, startled his horse and dumped DeMup on the ground. So much for French heroes, the men cried, jumping in the bumper car and heading for the fairground bar.
