You always made me smile when my current partner couldn't, and you still do.

You showed me that friends can be soulmates
Even if not in a loving way, but in a platonic kinda way.

You gave me the kind of love I never knew I needed, but still I felt a little over exaggerated, when I called you my friend.

We had lots of fights, but yet we're still holding into eachother with trembling hands and fear.

I often thought that you're the worst human being, maybe because you have your own problems, but maybe because your heart had always belonged to someone else.

But so does mine so now I'm asking "Who am I to judge?" if even I don't know if my heart is the one to trust.

Maybe we're not soulmates in a loving way, maybe not in a platonic one, maybe we're just meant to be friends.

Maybe we weren't meant to be anything at all.
