"Whatever you do, don't look behind you!" Seokjin shout, dragging Aurora down the shadowed and damp street of the alleyway. Their feet pounded heavily against the pavement below them, echoing off the tall encaging walls as they ran desperately for their lives. 

Hearing the monstrous sounds of a creature chasing after them, Aurora lifted her head in confusion needing to ascertain what the hell was making that noise. Straining her neck, Aurora turned her head over her shoulder, jaw falling slack at the sight. 

She saw a thing, heard its snapping and whining. Two wolf like creatures towered over both her and Seokjin's form, "What is that thing!?" she exclaimed, picking up her pace to the point where she was almost running side by side with Seokjin. 

The male rolled his eyes, "What do you not understand about the words 'don't look behind you'!?"

The monsters advanced on them, their physiques hardly discernible in the shadowy light of the alley. With each step forwards the monster gained speed, drool dripping from their mouths as their jagged teeth came into view with each growl. The creature's tails thrashed in fury, bright golden eyes swivelling wildly, following Seokjin's form with rapid motion. 

Aurora couldn't help but shiver at the sight, "Why do you have crazy beasts after you!?" she exclaimed, legs still flying as fast as they could as the pair finally neared the end of the alleyway "Yoongi and Hoseok only had people!"

"Probably because I'm a lot stronger then the both of them" Seokjin replied, breathing laboured as he strained his voice through his heavy breaths, "Not to mention, I have one of the stones." he finished, tightening his hold around Aurora's wrist as he picked up his pace, hearing the heavy footfalls of the wolves gaining quickly on the both of them. 

Aurora's lip twisted into a frown, "I guess you're right-"

"Look out!" Seokjin announced, eyes shooting open as one of the monstrous creatures gained ground. With clenched teeth, Seokjin watched as the wolf let out a wild howl, leaping out from the shadows of the alleyway. As Seokjin and Aurora stumbled out onto the busy city streets, the wolf followed with murderous intent, forcing the pair to dash out onto the bustling road. 

The headlights of oncoming cars frightened the pair as they dashed across the road, a chorus of honking car horns blaring in their path as Aurora apologised under her breath. Quickly reaching the other side of the street, Seokjin paused, turning on his heels as he watched one of the wolves stumble out onto the road. 

The wolf bared its monstrous teeth, a howl at the drifting moon sending the traffic into a fit of disbelief as people leapt from their cars, fleeing the streets in a hurry. Without wasting a second, Seokjin removed his hold on Aurora's wrist, instead bringing his fingers to brush lightly along the marking on his arm.

As his hair blew softly in the wind, the hands of the clock began to glow brightly as he aimed his hand towards a truck parked on the road. With the trace of a finger, the blonde male brought the hand of the clock back by two seconds causing nothing but the large truck to shudder in time. Aurora watched on in amusement as the truck's time was reversed, flying back up the road and ploughing straight into one of the wolves. The truck hit the monster's flesh, the cracking of bones loud and clear as it was sent to the floor, a trail of blood following suit. 

"Bloody hell that was close." Seokjin breathed, chest rising and falling heavily as his arm dropped back to his side, marking loosing its glow as he took ahold of Aurora's hand once again, spinning her on her feet as they broke back into a fast sprint. 

Still in shock, Aurora parted her lips to speak, "Where are we going exactly?" she exclaimed, momentarily glancing over her shoulder, watching as the other wolf continued in its pursuit, teeth drawn as it practically radiated bloodlust. 

Rounding the corner of a city street, Seokjin continued to pick up his pace, "The park! It's open and spacious, nothing much should be damaged." he replied, sweat beginning to litter his forehead as he advanced. 

With speed, the pair entered the park. A slight breeze rustled the leaves making them fall to the solid ground one by one. The air was cold, faint beams of moonlight glowing against their skin. Flowers were vast, and they concealed the freshly cut green grass. The pathway they ran down however was nothing more then dirt littered with random rocks, causing their steps to falter every so often as the two raging beasts behind them gained their ground. The only thing Aurora could be thankful for was the fact that it was the middle of the night, no children would be out to play and witness such a monstrosity. 

With the wind tangling itself through her dark raven hair, Aurora's deep purple eyes widened at the sound of a low growl coming up from beside her, "Seokjin to the right!" she bellowed, watching as one of the wolves leapt forwards with great speed, now running on par with the pair. 

Stern eyes widening in surprise, Jin tugged Aurora behind him, "Ela gamoto!" he cursed, earning a raised brow from Aurora at the foreign language. 

With the wolf ready to pounce on the pair Jin was quick to raise his arm, the marking on his wrist glowing brightly through the darkness of the night. The silvery light illuminated his soft skin, features stern as he wound the clock back by a second or two. Leaves that had fallen in the soft breeze rose to their original positions, the wolves running backwards as the barer of time sent them back to the entrance of the park. 

Aurora's lips parted in awe, "What did you just do?"

Letting his arm drop back down by his side, Jin's lip twitched into a small grin, "I manipulated time by a couple seconds." he explained, rolling the sleeves of his hoodie up even further, "Now I've got time to think of a plan."

Aurora gulped, "You mean five seconds!?" she exclaimed, pointing a shaky finger towards the wolves who were already sprinting back towards their cornered forms. The black furred beasts were almost invisible underneath the shroud of night, the only features visible being their long fangs and piercing golden eyes as they pounced. Fearfully, Aurora cowered behind Jin's taller form, head peeking out from behind the male as he prepared for battle. 

Raising an arm, Jin let out a pulse wave of energy as everything in sight froze. All except for Aurora, himself, and the two bloodthirsty wolves in front of them. Cracking his neck and rolling his shoulders, Jin's usually stern expression was quick to be replaced by a cocky smirk, "It's been a couple of decades since I last had a good fight." he chuckled lowly, the sweetness in his voice evaporating into something deep and intimidating. With narrowed eyes, Jin positioned himself in a sprinting position, "Bring it." Aurora flinched as Seokjin abruptly sprint forwards, and not at a normal speed, but something superhuman. 

Seokjin had sped up his own time.

He ran like the winter breeze colliding with inanimate objects and crashing waves hitting the shore line. Like eagles soaring across indigo skies and a herd of cheetahs racing through verdant meadows. His bright blonde locks whipped around as he flung himself forwards through the park, straight towards the beasts that waited for him. 

Retracting his razor sharp claws, the first wolf pounced, teeth on full display as he leapt towards Seokjin's form. With one swift movement, Jin fell to his knees, skidding against the dirt floor of the park as he skid underneath the beast's leaping form, back bent backwards to avoid the collision. And just as fast as he had dodged, Jin pulled out a single silver dagger from his boot, pinching it between two fingers as he narrowed his eyes. 

With absolute precision, Jin sent the dagger flying forwards as it reached the wolf. It stabbed straight through flesh and bone, digging in deep as it sent the beast crumbling to the ground, skidding to a sudden stop right in front of Aurora's trembling form. She couldn't help but stumble backwards as the wolf almost triple her size fell silent, deep crimson blood seeping from its chest, painting the grass red. 

She gulped, "I didn't know you had a circus trick like that."

Seokjin rolled his eyes, "I need to be on the offence somehow or-" cutting off his own sentence, Jin let out a scream in agony as he was roughly tugged backwards. Eyes snapping over to his arm, Jin couldn't help but clench his teeth at the sight of the other wolf digging his fangs deep into his skin. 

The wolf's fangs, long and sharp had a lock on Jin's arm, tugging the male backwards as an attempt to wrestle him to the ground. With blood slowly beginning to drip from his arm, Jin slipped another dagger out from his belt, raising the polished silver object in the light of the moon and ploughing it straight into the wolf's golden eye. The wolf immediately retracted its teeth as it let out a howl in agony allowing for Jin to advance, sending his dagger straight into the wolf's chest. Aurora was at a loss for words, hands covering her mouth in shock as the creature fell to the floor in a defeated heap. 

Standing by the fallen creature, Jin let out a low chuckle, bending down as he ripped the dagger out from the wolf's chest, blood staining his hands before he slipped the dagger back into his belt. From afar, Aurora could tell by the way Seokjin stood tall and proud that this man was a trained killer. The sweetness in his voice, the kindness in his eyes and the gentleness of his features now almost seemed like a sickening facade as he hid the true monster inside of him. 

The male's silhouetted form stepped out from the darkness of the shadows and into the soft moonlight. Blood speckled his heated skin as he rose an arm, the marking of the clock on his wrist glowing brightly as he hovered it over his injury. Aurora watched on in awe as the deep, fleshy teeth marks in his arm began to disappear, almost as if he'd turned back the clock on his own body. 

"Woah," she gaped, watching as the now healed man stopped in front of her, "your ability sure is something."

He chuckled,

"That's time for you."
