I stretched my aching muscles and looked over at Mist. She was snoring loudly in her cot.

She sounds like a fog hurn. *sigh* She's gonna kill me for waking her up..

I walked over and poked her in the face. She hurled a water ball at me in protest.

"It's morning already?" She said

"Yes, its past morning and Dr. Fenton is gonna be pissed at us if we don't get down there. " I replied. " I have to change now cause you got me all wet!"

"It's your falt for waking me." She joked half-heartedly.

She sat up and got dressed. I looked the other way. If she caught me peeking I would I have to face a tsunami of punishments. (Pun intended.)

She had zip interest in me, and I had no interest in her personality. Besides, she told me she was dating one of the staff members. (I've never met him though.) We were stuck together whether we liked it or not because dumb ass Dr.Fenton decided to put two complete opposites in the same squad. (We were the only squad he had, as far as I was concerned.)

She finally was ready.

"You can look now Forest, come on lets go I thought you wanted to get there in time?" She teased.

"Were already late because of you." I joked back. " Whats the point of trying to get there on time if were already late?

"Shut up, you know what will happen to us if we disapoint him." She said in a serious tone. "Lets go."

"Fine" I replied annoyed by the fact that she was always trying to tell me what to do.

She most have been annoyed too because she plugged in her earbuds and turned up the volume so she couldn't hear me. Classic Mist move.

When we finally met Dr. Fenton in the training room. He looked seriously worried.

"Whats up Dr. Fen? I said.

"No jokes Forest, I need you too heal someone. This person is barely alive, so you'll need all your strength." He warned.

"No problem, but why'd Mist have to come? I asked.

"I can speak for myself." She growled. "Although, I was wondering that too."

"Once this person wakes up I'll take her straight to the training room. I want Mist there in case something goes wrong." He said.

Before I could ask anything else he cut me off and said:

"No more questions please and follow me."

We followed him to the med room. My thoughts going wild.

Whos this person that is so worry some? This is the most upset I've seen Dr. Fenton.

We turned into the med room.

"Heres the patient." He said pointing to nothing.

" Wait were is she?! He yelled panicking.

A melted healing chamber was all that was left.

Dr. Fenton what have you done?
