"I knew who she was,  but not what she was."  - Andrew

     For all the kids who failed his history project or enough assignments to fail his class,  Boulis is giving a special  year long remedial class to significantly boost their grades.

    "Alright class,  since you all failed my class in the years behind,  you have to take this remedial course.  You will have to do assignments given to you in order to pass,  just like an other class."

     "Isn't that the whole point of remedial, Mr. Boulis?" a boy asks timidly from the back of class.

     "Yes it is, but this isn't just some class for you to pass for your transcript. This class isn't run by the school." He stares quietly among the scared and confused faces it an evil grin. 

     "This particular class is run by ME, so you will only have one project,  no homework or tests,  just one simple project to do. This is literally a  sink or swim class. Meet me after class to receive your project guidelines.  Good luck and have fun my little guppies. "

     Boulis smiles widely at the uneasy crowd. "Class dismissed."

     After class,  everyone shuffles to his desk to grab their doomed-to-earth project guidelines and hurry to their next class. The boy from the back of class goes to get his paper,  but Boulis refuses to give it to him.

     "I have a very special project for you. First question,  what is your name?"Boulis kindly asks.

     "Andrew", he answers "I was the kid that you flunked for not being able to turn in last year's history project because I was in a coma." Andrew answers gaining confidence.

     "Well Andrew,  it's not every day that someone makes up the excuse that a clam bit them and dragged them out to sea." Boulis rebuttals knowing he failed him for the fun of it.

     "Here is your assignment.  Find this girl named Ruby Sky and monitor her for the year.  You will befriend her and report to me everything that goes on with her and around her."

     "She's 5'4, has red hair, wears this dingy green leather jacket all the time with band shirts and jeans. She's in my freshman class,  the one you failed last year,  and you are welcome to sit in her class next period." Boulis explains to a disgusted Andrew.

     "What if I don't want to follow some girl around like a creepy pedophile and take notes on her?  I can report you for this because it's majorly against the law and creepy."Andrew defends.

     "It would be creepy only if I were to follow her and who would you report me to?",  Boulis arrogantly replies. "The school board and higher ups already know what I'm doing and they approved."

     "You have to do it if you don't want to get expelled for failing too many classes in one year.  I've seen your pitiful excuse for a transcript. Have fun making friends." Boulis says with a conniving smile and then heads to his next class.

--At lunch

Andrew goes to look for this girl that Boulis cares so much about. After passing a few tables,  he  saw that none of the people fit the description.  They were either blonde, male,  brunette, too tall, too short or dark hair.  He passes a few more tables and finally spots Ruby sitting on the other side of the cafeteria in a booth stretched out.

     He sits two booths down from her and catches her when she is leaving for class.

     "Hi,  I'm Andrew and I would love to take you shopping for some better clothes." Andrew introduces himself to Ruby, eyeing her up and down.

     "Hi,  I'm Ruby and I would love to punch you in the face." replies Ruby sarcastically.
