Hugs, Hugs And More Hugs {Chapter 5}
~~Akiko~~
I woke up still cuddling Kek, he was so warm. It was 5:30am which meant I had enough time to get changed, drop Raven off at her nursery, called the Little Ducklings, and then wake Kek up.
I got changed into normal clothes, since we were having magic lessons we wouldnt need school clothes now would we? Realizing the only clothes I had were my pjs, school clothes and what I wore last night, I decided to just put them on. I fixed my hair from it's homeless state. I woke Raven up, who began to get changed and walked downstairs, starting her breakfast. I heared Raven's little shoes on the wooden floor as she jumped off the bottom step. She was always excited for school.
"Hehe, Kekky is still sleeepy." She said giggling as she walked into the kitchen. "Can Kicko do the light thing again? Pleaassssee?" Giggling at her attemot to say 'Akiko', I picked her up and sat her on the side. I cupped my hands together producing a little ball of light. I'd have made it bigger if I wasn't so tired.
"Beep!... Beep!" I was alerted by the microwave that Raven's porridge was done. She has the same thing everyday for breakfast since her first day at The Little Ducklings. The ball of lifht vanished. I took the bowl out and placed it on a tray.
"Now what topping are we having today ma'am? We have the magnificent granulated sugar or the sweet sticky syrup." Acting like a waiter, I got a spoon, the syrup and a new bag of sugar out. Raven giggled and pointed at the syrup. I got a tea spoonful and dripped it on the porridge in a spiral shape. I took her off the side and handed her the tray, the spoon ready with it. I put the syrup and the unopened, sugar away.
Raven sat on the couch eating her porridge, I checked on the two fairies and they were still, both asleep.
Once Raven had finished her breakfast, was ready and had kissed Kek on the forehead goodbye, I put on my shoes. Taking a hold of her little hand and stepped out the door, gently closing it behind me.
When I got back from dropping Raven off at nursery, I found Kek dressed, putting away a blanket. I just stood in the doorway with my mouth wide open. When Kk saw me he chuckled.
"Thought you needed a break." He smiled, rubbing the back of his neck. I walked over to him and flung my arms around his torso. I cuddled into him, whispering a thank you. I could tell his was smiling as he wrapped round me.
It felt like we was cuddling for five minutes but it was comforting. When we broke away he was beaming and for an unknown reason, I blushed, but smiled.
~~Kek~~
She blushed, and gave me those sweet eyes. I looked away, I could feel myself blushing too.
"How 'bout we leave early? Get sushi and sit in the cave while we wait for the others?" I suggested.
"Sounds great!" She grinned, "Someone's in a good mood, huh?" He just smiled and put his shoes on. On the way out the door he grabbed his wallet and locked up.
"Wait, where's Shadow?!"
"Chill, as we was hugging they left to the cave." I slowly raised my head before making it level with hers Again as though I was saying 'ohhhhh'.
Once we'd bought out favorite sushi we headed down into the forest. As we neared the tree, I asked Akiko something. "You dont happen to have a thing for uh..." I hesitated, "Blayze, d-do you?" If she did then I'd have no chance of being able to call her mine. I began to panic until she burst out laughing.
"Oh. My. God," she managed between breaths, "who do you think I am?" She laughed more. I began to blush hard. "Of course not! Gawwd no, awe is lil Kekky poo jealous?" Somehow... I felt myself blush harder.
"Whatever" I rolled my eyes so hard I'm sure they could've disappeared into my skull. As we finally reached the door I opened it up and held it for her, taking the bag of sushi she insisted she carried here. "I dont want you to fall down the stairs, so I'll keep all this sushi." I grinned.
"Such a gentleman," she giggled and bowed. I laughed too.
All the fairies were over by the opening where we first found this cave, they was talking so we left them to it and minded our own business.
We still had 20 minutes until others arrived. We walked across the bridge, Akiko sat on one of the sofas made by Ela. Soft too.
As I sat down at the other side of the sofa, not far away, Akiko shuffled down the couch and sat on my lap. She spun her legs round and rested them across the empty end of the sofa, wrapping her arms around my neck. She cuddled into me and instinctively I wrapped my arms round her small waist and rested my head on her shoulder.
She was so warm, if only I could bring myself to tell her I loved her, instead of being friend-zoned.
Hearing someone walk down the staircase, I tightened my grip on her waist.
(A/N cliff hanger!!! Hehehehehehehhehhe. Cya :3 )
