Chapter 6
Hell to Pay

Blaze's POV

I woke up to see that psychopath's face staring at me. I looked over on the ground to see Destiny still passed out laying on the ground with chains tied around her. Unlike me, tied to a chair.

"I see you've woke up, my name is Slate. Do you mind telling me some things?" He said in a pissy voice. "I won't tell you anything!" I yelled in his face. " Then I guess you won't care if Destiny gets hurt will you."

He wouldn't, would he?

He took out a knife and started walking towards Destiny. "How does she use the elements!?" He yelled. I knew how she did it but I didn't want to tell, so I lied. "With her feet? " I said like it was kind of a question and kind of a serious answer. "YOUR LYING!" he yelled at me.

Oh crap. He knows I'm lying.

He stood in front of her with his knife and looked down at her. I was waiting for her to scream in pain, but a guy came towards her and gave her a shots of that drug that removes your powers. Then she suddenly woke up in pain and agony.

Destiny's POV

I woke up in pain to see a guy giving me a shot I tried shooting some fire at them but nothing came. I noticed they gave me that same shot as the other day to make sure I couldn't use my powers. " Well hello there miss stone, I'm glad to see your awake, just in time too." The freak show said to me.

I looked around and saw Blaze chained To a chair looking at me in fear. And then I noticed a knife in the guys hand, I starred at it in fear, thinking of the worst to happen to me. He un-chained me with a flick of his wrist and grabbed my hand and slit open my palm.

He let go of me and I fell to the ground in even more pain. "STOP!" I heard Blaze yell. He was struggling to break free, while blood started to drip from my hand. 2 guys grabbed my wrists and dragged me into another room and then locked me inside. "LET ME OUT OF HERE!" I yelled at them, but they didn't come back.

The shot should have worn off by now, did it? Maybe I can get out of here...

Blaze's POV

"where are they taking her?!" I yelled.

"just in the other room till we finish our little conversation."

"What conversation! I'm not telling you anything! Not until you let her go that is!"

"I've searched months for her!! Do you really think that I'm going to let her go!!"

"And what exactly do you want from her? Money? Knowledge? Power?"

"I'm not telling you! It's doesn't mean s*** to you!" He said.

I was trying to think about a way to get her out of here but with all those guys watching over her there would be no possible way. What the heck does he want?

Slate's POV

I need to get rid of him, but how? Just lock him up in the basement? No, to risky. He's a flamer he'll just burn his way out.

And her, she's so beautiful.

NO I can't fall in love with the victim. I just can't not now, I've got her right where I want her. I can't possibly change sides now! And that guy, I don't even know his name, he's so... protective of her.

Is he a guard? A friend? Or maybe he's, her boyfriend! Crap! I was hoping she was single.

" Ok if your not gonna tell me how she uses the elements then at least tell me who you are." He said impatiently.

" Blaze, Blaze Chantler. I'm Destiny's boyfriend."

Just hearing him say that hurt. I walked away from him and stood in front of the room Destiny was in. I looked at the door and decided to go in. I opened the door and saw her sitting on a chair looking the other way. She turned her head towards me and her eyes changed colors from that neutral color from at the amusement park to red.

Then she stood up and kicked the air and fire blew write at me. Knocking me to the ground.

"tough shit you got there." I said.

" What have you done to Blaze? Have you hurt him?" She said curiously.

"Nothing! I've done nothing to him!"

Her eyes changed back to neutral and she fell to the floor and passed out. I saw that Chester had come through a secret passage and put her to sleep ( made her pass out, stabbed her).

"Are you ok Slate?"

"Just fine" I walked back to Blaze and unchained him he looked at me and then ran up to Destiny. He picked her up and looked at her.

He can't do much damage now can he? I mean his girlfriend is out cold. I'll give him a little time with her...

Blaze's POV

"What the heck did you do to her?!"

" It was just a little stab wound! Nothing more!" He said.

I set her down and looked at Slate, I started punching and kicking and fire went everywhere some hit him some didn't, he got burnt though and fell to the ground and eventually passed out as well.

And that gave me time to grab Destiny and get out of there... Almost all the guys that were in that room started chasing after us. It was like a maze running through the house. Each door leading to another.

I couldn't find an exit. Destiny soon woke up very weak and could barely even speak.

"Where are we? Is he still here?" She said weakly.

I could see she was in pain.

"We are still in the building and no he is not here." I said calmly.

" It hurts, whatever that guy did to me, it really hurts." She said. I set her down on her side and realized there
was a small knife in her back and was bleeding badly.

"We need to get you to the hospital, fast. I picked her up again and ran as fast as I could. I could hear here fading away. I need to act fast, We need to get out of here. I turned to a wall and used my finger as a flamethrower and burned my way out of the building.

I ran to a car with a guy in it and pushed him out then I laid Destiny in the back seat. I got in the car and drove at least 90 miles per hour till we got to the hospital. I opened the car door and grabbed Destiny then ran into the hospital...

Destiny's POV

He wasn't going to make it, I was laid down onto a bed while he checked me in but I was fading fast. My eyes were giving up on me. I guess everyone will have to wait a thousand years for another element princess.

But then I felt a searing pain in my back as they ripped the knife out of my back. Then they stitched me up. I was still alive. Thanks to Blaze. If it wasn't for him I would still be lying on the floor in that stupid building, dying.

---------------1-----hour-----later---------

I was still in the hospital. It was 9:00 at night and I was laying in a hospital bed awake. I heard someone enter the room I looked and it was him the guy who had kidnapped me "how did you find me?!" "I have my ways." He said mysteriously "come on I'm taking you back to my place." "I'm not going anywhere with you!" He then picked me up and took me away, out of the hospital. I was screaming and kicking when---

"Ahhhhhh!" I screamed. "What's the matter!?" I heard Blaze's voice. "Oh thank god, it was just a dream." "More like a nightmare, you were kicking and yelling all night long." "What time is it?" " twelve o clock" he felt my fore head and made a surprised look. "You have a fever let me go get you some water. He then walked out of the room and left me alone in the darkness.
