Katelyn pov

     I was sitting down with Jackson. I can't believe I was so straightforward!  I can't ask him out though even if I really wanted to. I have a boyfriend! I know he's at collage and I haven't seen him in months but, that doesn't mean he is not there. Anyway, if there is a new kid in school I should invite him over for lunch. It's the right thing to do.  Right?

( La magical time skip.)

    I have swim practice after school every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Today is Monday so, I am about to get in the pool. Then, I see him. Standing there in a very wet Speedo. I blush wildly and look away. I dive into the deserted pool. Somehow with him being there make me feel at home in the water. I always come an hour early to warm up and have some time for myself. I don't know why Jackson came too but, for some reason it makes me happy. I start swimming laps. Going as fast and efficient as possible. I feel something inside of me snap! This pool being the state meet pool it has a hundred meter length. I count the seconds to see how far I am from the wall. It usually takes me thirty seconds to reach the other side. I count 8, 9, 10,wam! I hit the wall! That's impossible! How did I third my time over night? I look at Jackson and take advantage. 

  "Hey! Do you want to race?" I shout

 " Are you shore you won't hurt yourself again? " he yelled back I roll my eyes.

 "What are you chicken?" I challenge

 " Oh! Now it's on! " he answers

He walks over and gets on the diving block. I get on mine. 

 "On your mark! Get set!" I wait a second hoping to catch him off guard, " Go! " I jump off the block and dive in. I can't swim! I try to swim but, fail! I know I'm underwater and I gasp for air. I inhale oxygen! I look around. I am in a bubble of air! I scream. Jackson walks inside. Walks! What's going on? 

"Well it looks like I was right you are a water. " he says calmly

 "What is going on?" I demand. He doesn't answer. "What's going on?" I say with more authority . He still doesn't answer and looks like he is thinking. " WHAT'S GOING ON! " I yell in a demonic voice. I can't stand this anymore! I feel the same snap as before. Then, he looks at me wide eyed. 

 " K-K-K-Katelyn! How? " he shudders I don't understand " How can you be a fire you're manipulating water? " I look at my hands and see two very large fireballs in my hands! I scream! The smoke isn't helping with the limited oxygen. I can't breath. I feel a snap! Oh no! Then th wind comes rushing in. I am petrified. We both scream. Snap, Snap,Snap,Snap. Oh God this can't be good! I ride on of the water! Electricity circling around my fireballs. Metal is circling the electricity in sharp spikes. I see ice forming in more spikes around it and tornados circle me . I continue screaming. Objects start building a wall around me with the tornados outside. Big boulders circle me inside the wall. I don't know what to do!
