No one's p.o.v.

  It was a sunny day and (Y/n) was about to start her journey of course with company but not a human a dragon "mom I got to go"

(Y/n) said as she grabbed every she needed and put it in a backpack "I still don't see why you have to leave today" "because mom if I don't today I probably never will, I know you" (y/n) grabbed the last thing she needed and ran for the door but was stopped by her mom

"mom" "before you go promise you'll be safe" "umm in case you haven't noticed I'll be traveling with a Dragon, I'll be fine" "ok then go on be safe" "I will bye" (Y/n) ran out the door and into the little barn they had it was for there dragon because it was to big to fit in the house.

(Y/n) opened the barn door "come on flare, let's go" (Y/n) called to the dragon. Soon the dragon picked up its head and started to wag it tail a little.

(Y/n) p.o.v.

  Today was the day I was going to finally start my journey. My mom's worried about my safety yet I have a pet dragon that's coming with me. Me and Flare basically grow up together when I was five me and my mom went out for a walk in the woods. We heard a sound come from the bushes. I went to check it out and I found a baby dragon I named it Flare and we've been best friends ever since I never go anywhere without Flare shes always by my side she's my protector. After I got Flare out of the barn I started my journey.
