The beaver family, after myke made his suggestion, decided that it would be the best thing to do to put El Chip to work along with Myke. The group pf beaver rested up for the next day, Tyke gathered the two together, as to lecture them on what each of them would do.

"Alright Myke, it's high time you and that El Chip guy start contributing to this company. Now Mykel, you know how to plant and chop down trees right? And also to build various items?" Tyke asked his son, to which he nodded. Tyke smiled, before telling Myke to show El Chip around the island so he could do tasks easily.

Before the two beavers could go, Tyke called El Chip back to give him a new and improved guitarron and sombrero thatbhe stole from him last night, so thatbhe could tweak them a bit. Now, whenever El Chips sombrero was thrown, it would turn into sort of a saw like boomerang. This was used to cut down trees. As for the guitarron, when it was strummed, magical music notes that would be used as water would shoot out. It also could retract sharp metal edges like a saw when a special key was tuned. El Chip was very grateful for his new weap- I MEAN tools.

Right now, El Chips main task would be to collect fruit, acorns, twigs, bugs, and other things that would considered food from the high points of trees. Soon enough, Myke and El Chip were outta the house and on their journey! They walked down a trail from their house that lead towards the forest. There, Myke gave El Chip his orders, as Myke himself started to plant, water, and chop down trees.

El Chip looked up at his first tree. It was a great oak tree, that grew apples. El Chip would have to climb to obtain the fruit. "O-Okey...here goes nothing!" El Chip uses his animatronic claws and partial squirrel instincts to help him grip onto the trunk of the tree. El Chip smiled, as he slowly climbed up the tree, each grip more secure than the last the higher he went. When it came to the branches, El Chip used his prehentzile beaver tail to help him climb up to the fruit.

El Chip soon came to the level of where fruit was. He picked a few apples and stored them in his sombrero, before feeling that the tree was shaking. Down below, Myke was cutting down the tree, unaware that El Chip was on it. Reacting quick, El Chip skillfully climbs on all fours onto the tree next to his. By doing this, El Chip learned how skillful his climbing was. So he kept collecting fruit, bring each sombrero full down towards the cabin. Near the afternoon time, while El Chip was going up another tree, he spots Myke holding some blueprints and saws.
