We had definitely come a long way.

From me rejecting him because I was too afraid because of my past to him proposing me and making me feel like the luckiest girl on earth, it was one hell of a journey.

If there was one thing I had learnt from this, it was that not all relationship are the same, and not men out there are the same. One might be ashamed of you, treat you horribly and be obsessed with you in a bad way and then there was another man out here that would have done all it took to keep me happy, to treat me right and love me for who I was.

I was so glad that I bumped into him a while later and that I gave us a chance, because if I hadn't done that, I wouldn't be here feeling like I was on top of the world.

I grabbed his face and pulled him closer, smashing my lips against his, kissing him deeply to let him know how happy he had made me today, I couldn't have asked for anything better, I couldn't have asked for anyone better, he was so perfect for me, it was crazy how perfect he was.

I pulled apart from the kiss and smiled brightly at him and then looked at my hand, and how it looked so perfect with such a beautiful ring on it. All this was something I had once dreamt of, and now here it was, turning into reality.

"I'm so glad you took the hint, I was kind of disappointed when I thought you didn't." I giggled.

"Are you kidding, I've been dying to marry you, I just wanted you to be ready and when you dropped the hint, I knew it was time. I'm so happy today Khushi, once upon a time, you were like a dream to me, a dream I thought I'd never be able to achieve and now you are here with me as my fiancé and suddenly I believe in miracles. I love you babe."

"I love you too Arnav." And I kissed him again. He had made me so happy I couldn't stop kissing him.

"I can't wait to get married to you and move into our new house with you, we won't have to sneak around anymore." He laughed.

"Same. I can't wait to get home and tell mom about this, she will be so happy."

"She already knows. I asked for her permission before proposing you, dint you notice she was rather excited for our date today?"

"I did but I just thought there must be something that made her happy and she was just projecting the happiness on everything else, now I know why she was acting like that."

"Yeah, I told everyone and made them promise they won't tell you, once we get back home the questions about a date are going to start." He laughed.

"We'll pick one together." I smiled.

I got home pretty late, we went to Arnav's place first and his mom was so excited and happy for us, even Anjali and Manav were there and they were also so happy about it.

We sat together and talked about it for a while, and then finally Arnav decided to drop me back home as it was getting pretty late.

I expected mom and Piya to be asleep by the time I got home but as soon as I walked in through the door, the screamed out of excitement and came to hug me happily it was so chaotic I tell you.

"Show me the ring." Piya said excitedly, I extended my hand forward so she stared at it for a while with her mouth wide open.

"It's gorgeous, but the ring is not what matters, it's the love he has for you that matters." Mom said as she looked at me with moist eyes.

"Oh mom, come on, you don't have to be emotional now... we are supposed to be happy." I pouted.

"I know... it's just that after your past relationship, I knew how scared you were of relationships in general and it really made me worry if you were ever going to move on from that... but then Arnav came along and everything has been so great for you ever since, I am just so happy for you, you deserve all the happiness in the world." She hugged me tight.

"Hey, reserve some of that happiness for me too, I am your daughter too." Piya said making us both laugh, we pulled her into a hug with both of us.

I couldn't wait to see Arnav today, it was just so exciting for me, I couldn't wait to sit down with him, discuss everything and finally pick out a date for our wedding, I was so happy about it all I wanted to dance and scream to the world and just do weird stuff to express my happiness.

As soon as I got to work, I placed my bag on my desk and headed to Arnav's office to see if he had arrived, and luckily he was already there.

"Hey fiancé." He smirked as he stood up and walked towards me, he immediately wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"Hey." I blushed.

"I love it when you blush, you look so cute." He teased.

"Arnav!" I rolled my eyes at him.

"I can't wait to get married to you so you can roll your eyes at me every day." He laughed making me laugh too.

"If you're free we can discuss the date and pick one?"

"Sure, but before that, I need to romance my fiancé a little." He winked at me and then leaned in for a kiss, I kissed him back passionately while he started rubbing his hands on my shoulders and then headed downwards.

He pulled my dress up a little and slid his hands inside touching me, it made me gasp.

"We are at work Arnav, what if someone comes in?"

"No one will." He smirked as he pushed me to the door and pinned me against it, that way if anyone tried to open it, we would know and I would be blocking it so they wouldn't be able to.

"Aren't you a little too adventurous."

"It's good to be adventurous, I mean did you ever imaging you would have sex with you fiancé in his office?"

"No way! That's not happening Arnav." I looked at him in shock.

"I'm kidding, relax babe." He laughed.

"You have plans of getting the both of us fired."

"Not really, but I have a bit of naughty plans." He smirked as he kissed me once again, while his hands worked the magic on me, he was slow at first but then the deeper the kiss got, the faster his hands went.

I held onto him tightly as soon as a started feeling weak on my knees, it felt like my legs weren't going to be able to hold on to me any longer, my legs were trembling, my whole body was trembling while I finished.

He pulled apart from the kiss and went down on his knees, oh God, I was sure he was going to get us both fired today. He pulled down my underwear and buried his face in between my legs, I tugged on his hair trying so hard not to moan.

He then suddenly stood up, pushed the stopped on the door and pushed me towards his table making me lean over and before I knew it, he was inside me.

He just told me he was kidding!

I was going to kill him after this!

Damn it, I couldn't stop him even if I wanted to, because as scary as this was, it was what made it feel so freaking good and intense.

I could hear him moan as he pushed himself in and out, getting faster by every passing second and before we knew it, we both were moaning out each other's names loudly.

He made me face him and smashed his lips against me to give it the final touch, I was just so glad no one even knocked at the door.
