It was Monday, and I was standing near the parking stop leaning against my bike waiting for Khushi to arrive. I wasn't usually the Monday person, I slept till late and then got late for college, but today, here I was, earlier than everyone else just waiting to see her.

Never in my life had I done such stupid things just to see a girl, I mean whether I came early or late, she was going to be in college so I was going to get to see her anyway but nope, I woke up early, came here early and now I was waiting for her impatiently.

What had happened to me so suddenly?

Every time someone would walk out of the parking, I would hope it was her but I ended up being disappointed. I was behaving like a teenager, waiting for a girl in the parking lot. I felt like laughing at myself.

After almost half an hour later, she finally showed up. Oh God, why was this girl always so gorgeous? Today she was dressed in red, the usually type of Patiala suits she wore, but the top was red and the bottom was black, her veil was black too and she had a black bindi on her forehead today.

She had her hair perfectly straightened and left open hanging till her waist, instead of the usual pink tint, today she had put on red lipstick.

"Who are you always waiting for here?" She asked as she stopped in front of me. I wanted to answer her immediately, but I couldn't stop staring at those red lips, they were doing something to me.

"Hello." She waved her hand in front of my face.

"Sorry, I was just... admiring your beauty." I smirked.

"I asked a question." She frowned. What? Didn't this girl like getting compliments or what? Why was she frowning over everything I did or said?

"I usually wait for Manav and Ansh, then we go to class, we like to meet before we go to our classes, we've been doing that since forever." I said.

It was true, we usually waited for each other, but today I wasn't really waiting for them but her.

"I see." She sighed as she started looking around while I kept on looking at her. No matter how hard I would try not to look at her, my eyes would just end up deceiving me.

"I love your earrings Bindiya." I smirked as I touched her long black earrings with my finger making them tinkle, she frowned at me once again. She really liked frowning at me didn't she?

"Who is Bindiya?" She rolled her eyes and walked away leaving me laughing at her. This girl was so beautiful, I think I was falling for her.

Was it possible to fall for someone so fast and so easily? I mean I dint even know her well yet, it was just her beauty and simplicity that I was attracted to.

"Look who's early today. Something is fishy." Ansh said as he walked towards me and looked at me suspiciously.

"Yes there's a lot fishy stuff going on." I laughed.

"Then tell me about the fishy stuff." He looked at me curiously. I wasn't the type of person to usually keep anything to myself, I always like sharing it with my friends, it always helped.

"Okay right now I don't really know exactly what I feel but there's just this attraction I have toward Bindiya... I mean Khushi. Whenever she's around I can't stop staring at her, when she isn't around, I can't stop thinking about her or wanting to see her. I even came here early today because I just this urge of wanting to see her.

I mean it's been like a week or so, and I feel so attracted towards her. What is really happening to me? Why is she making me feel this way? I've been acting so stupid since the day I met her." I said to Ansh.

"Dude, you are totally whipped." Ansh laughed at me, I slapped him on the arms lightly and rolled my eyes at him as I started walking away.

"Hey, wait for me now. I was joking." He ran behind me trying to catch up with me.

"Look it's totally cool, at this age everyone feels attracted to someone, you are attracted to her, it's normal. You can't do much about it, just let it be." He said as he caught up with me.

"So it isn't something weird or stupid?"

"No... it's normal to feel that way. Just let things go with the flow, with time you will understand everything better and know how to act accordingly too. So, chill." He patted on my shoulders, I nodded as we both walked inside our class.

I settled down and tried to divert my mind with studies so I wouldn't overthink about Khushi that much, these feelings were escalating too quickly, which I wasn't ready for.

Our lunch time routine was as usual, Manav, Ansh and I were seated in the empty canteen with our food on our table. I don't know why everyone always decided to eat lunch outside of the canteen when we could get same food here and much cheaper.

"Did you hear the news dude?" Ansh said to Manav.

"What news?" Manav asked, I also looked at him curiously wondering what news he was talking about.

"Our bro here is in love." Ansh laughed, I slapped his arms as soon as those words left his mouth. Now that they knew, they were always going to sing a song about it. Obviously, I was secretly going to love all the teasing but I had to pretend that I dint like it.

Why did we do those things though? If we liked someone and we were teased, we all knew deep down we liked all the teasing, yet we would act like we didn't.

"It's not Love." I looked at him seriously.

"Who is our Bhabhi?" Manav looked at me excitedly. Typical Indian boys behavior, every time I guy liked a girl, she became a Bhabhi (sister-in-law) for all his friends.

"Our cute little Bindiya." Ansh laughed. Idiot! I was the only one supposed to call her Bindiya.

"Stop it you two. I am attracted to her, she isn't. Also I am the only person that calls her Bindiya, for the rest of you it's Khushi" I said.

"Oh... overprotective Arnav, I like it." Manav teased making me smile.

Khushi walked in and headed to get some food, she looked at us while she waited for her food, as soon as our eyes met, she smiled at me.

"Come sit with us." I offered and I could literally see Ansh and Manav exchange some stupid expressions. Idiots!

She nodded as she walked towards our table, Ansh immediately stood up and rushed to sit with Manav so that Khushi would have to sit beside me, I liked that he did that, I secretly wanted to sit with her.

"Hey." She smiled and greeted Ansh and Manav who greeted her back.

"That's Manav and he's Ansh, they are my best friend." I introduced them, they all nodded at each other.

"You can share from my plate until your food comes." I said as I pushed my plate towards her, I noticed Ansh and Manav exchange some stupid smirks and expressions once again.

This was going to be an everyday thing now, anytime Khushi would be around they were going to tease me, I just hoped they weren't going to make it so obvious for her to notice.

She grabbed a few fries and started eating them while I admired her. Was I ever going to stop looking at her like this?

"So Khushi, tell us something about you." Ansh started the conversation.

"Like what?"

"Anything.... Introduce yourself or so..."

"Okay, you already know my name, it's Khushi, not Bindiya." She looked at me seriously and then turned to look at Ansh and Manav again as I just laughed at how much it bothered her whenever I would call her Bindiya instead of Khushi.

"I have a small family, mom dad and a little sister... I want to study a lot and do something big in life. That's it, I don't have much to say." She smiled.

"Interesting. So, do you have a boyfriend?" Manav asked, I gave him an angry glare immediately. These guys were going to make her uncomfortable.

"What? No!" Khushi laughed, thank God she didn't get offended by the question.

"Why not? You are so beautiful, I can't keep my eyes off you." Ansh said as he looked at me, I knew he was referring to me, idiot!

"I am just not looking for a relationship right now... maybe in the future after I've done the things that I have planned to do, I might give it a thought, but right now I'm happy like this."

"Well it's really an old saying but love is always unplanned isn't it?" Manav said.

"I guess so... well it will happen when it has to, and if it does, I'll go with the flow, but I'm not really interested in it right now."

"Your food is ready, I'll get it for you." I said as I stood up and headed to get it for her. I liked knowing that she was single but well she wasn't looking for something right now and I had to control the feelings I had been having towards her.

I walked back, placed her plate in front of her as she started eating immediately and like the idiot I was, I kept on staring at her while Manav and Ansh just looked at me in a teasing way.
