KHUSHI

I sat opposite him staring at him while he had his conversation on the phone with some client, sitting here just made me realize how much my life had changed since we started dating. Everything was so different, a beautiful kind of different.

With every passing day, Arnav just made me more and more sure about my decision on finally agreeing to be with him, he was so loving, so caring and so passionate about us, he always did so much for me, he would do little things every now and then to keep me happy and anytime we would bump into someone he knew, he would proudly introduce me as his girlfriend, it was so beautiful.

The feeling that someone was just so proud of having you in their life was just something so beautiful, I had never felt all of these in my previous relationship and that was why I was always scared to date anyone else.

But then Arnav came into my life and changed it all, he loved me unconditionally, he was never ashamed or embarrassed to be with me and he always put in so much effort into our relationship and made me realize that relationships aren't usually scary, sometimes we just date the wrong people, but once we meet the right people, it's like a piece of cake.

For a moment I couldn't believe all this was real and that somehow I had managed to find a mad so perfect for me, once upon a time, it was something that seemed impossible to me.

He disconnected the call and looked at me with his cute little smile, oh how I loved that smile of his, it always managed to give me butterflies.

"Sorry babe, that took a while." He finally put his phone aside.

"It's okay, I was just busy appreciating you."

"Yeah I noticed, what's with the staring?" He smirked.

"Nothing, I'm just glad to have you in my life." I smiled.

"So am I. Anyway we can be romantic and cheesy later, let's get done with the work for now?"

"Sure." I nodded as I continued explaining the new marketing strategy I had come up with while he listened to me patiently.

Once we were done with the meeting, we both stood up as I had to head back to my desk and Arnav was leaving for a meeting, before I could open the door, he grabbed my hand and pulled my back and kissed me.

"I'll miss you for the rest of the day now." He pouted as he opened the door and we both walked out, I headed back to my desk while he left for his meeting.

I sat down and all I could think about was him, It had been almost six months since I confessed my feelings to him and I never regretted any of it, giving him a chance, dating him or telling him how much I loved him, it was the best thing I could have ever done in life.

"Where are you going?" Mom asked as soon as I came to the sitting room all dressed up.

"I'm going for dinner with Arnav." I said nervously, it wasn't like mom would ever say no or anything, I was just always too shy to talk to her about him, even though she had met him and she knew we were dating, it was just somehow awkward for me.

"Oh okay, have fun." She smiled.

"Not too much fun though." Piya winked at me.

"What do you mean?" I raised by eyebrows, did she know something? She was always too smart, I'm sure she must have figured things out.

"Just kidding, come on, I'll walk you outside and say hi to your boyfriend." She smiled as she walked towards me, grabbed my hand and pulled me along with her while I looked at her in confusion, she was being overly nice, she wasn't this nice usually.

"Umm, so... have fun but not too much fun and also have too much fun but put an effort at hiding your pills." She giggled.

"What pills?"

"Birth control? I was looking for something Indian to wear from your cupboard for a wedding and let's say I stumbled upon the pills. Next time do a better job at hiding them."

"Okay this is awkward." I looked everywhere else but at her, whatever that was happening between Arnav and I was supposed to be our secret, no one was supposed to know about it, yet somehow Piya knew, it was so freaking awkward.

Not that she would judge me for it or anything, besides if I remember well, she had put the idea of the so called 'fun' in my mind that time when Arnav came home and mom wasn't around.

"It doesn't have to be, I'm just glad you're being safe. Also how is he?" She winked at me.

"Piya!" I gave her a strict look and pushed her away, this girl was too much sometimes.

"What, I'm curious." She laughed trying to tease me.

"Go inside and mind your own business."

"Hey, be nice to me or I'll tell mom what's actually happening on these dinner dates which are happening too often I think, why don't you guys just get married, then you won't need dinner excuses."

"I'll kill you, leave me alone." I rolled my eyes at her. Her idea about us getting married wasn't so stupid though... I could see Arnav and I getting married actually, but I wasn't sure if he had thought about it...

I should leave it upon him, whenever he was ready he would propose, right?

"Kidding. Have fun though, and if you feel like telling me all about it, I'll be awake." She laughed as she headed back inside leaving me blushing and being so awkward, I never thought I'd discuss my sex life with my younger sister.

Where was Arnav anyway? Why wasn't he here?

I saw his car pull up as soon as I wondered where he was, he rushed out immediately and came towards me.

"I'm so sorry, I got stuck in traffic." He apologized.

"It's okay, I just came out, anyway, where are you taking me?" I asked as we both headed towards the car.

"You know where we are going babe." He smirked as he started the car.

"I mean after... for dinner." I laughed.

Arnav and I had made this a routine, most of the times we would go for dinner dates, at first our stop was at the new house and then afterwards we would go for the dinner actually. Usually on normal dates, people would have dinner first then get home for the intimate stuff, with us it was the opposite, I don't know but we both had fun this way.

"So... Piya found my birth control pills." I told Arnav who looked at me and just started laughing like it wasn't even surprising to him.

"That must have been an interesting conversation between you two." He laughed.

"It was awkward, I don't like her knowing whatever that's happening." I said shyly.

"It's okay, it's a normal thing, relax." He smiled at me, I knew that but it was just going to be so awkward around her now, she would never stop teasing me about it.

After a while, we arrived at the house, Arnav parked the car and we both stepped out, he unlocked it and we both headed inside.

"It's high time you tell your mom about this house, how long will you keep it a secret?" I asked, trying to give him the hint that I was ready, I dint even know if he would actually get it but after Piya suggested it, I realized I was ready to get married to him, we had dated for a while now, and everything felt so perfect I felt like I just wanted to get married to him now.

"I will, when we stop needing it, wait, or is that what you mean?" He asked looking at me curiously.

"What?" I tried to act confused.

"Nothing, I'll tell her about it someday. Anyway come here now, you look too sexy for me to be able to resist you any longer." He pulled me closer ad he wrapped his arm around my waist and smashed his lips against mine immediately.

Oh so passionate as always Arnav. He started undressing me immediately as if that's what he had been wanting to do all this while, anyway that's what we were here for right?

He picked me up in his arms and started walking, I didn't even know where he was taking me as I was busy kissing him until he placed me down and I finally looked around, I was sitting on a table. He pulled apart and smirked at me as he parted my legs and held them wide open.

He went down on his knees and buried his face in between my legs while I tugged on his hair as soon as his tongue touched me.

A while later, he stood up, unzipped his pants and pulled them down as he positioned himself between my legs, I was still sitting in the same position, he moved closer and started rubbing himself against me, he was such a tease.

He bent over and looked into my eyes for a moment before he kissed me once again and then he pushed himself inside me, oh the pleasure, he continued kissing me deeper and deeper and I wouldn't have wanted it otherwise, this right here was so intimate, so deep and so perfect.
