It took me forever to come with words that could manage to describe how I was feeling at the moment, trust me when I say this, it is impossible to explain the feeling in words, no matter how many words you use, they would never do justice to the feeling.

I felt so much in love, I wanted to dance around on beautiful love songs, I wanted to sing the song out loudly even though I knew I was a terrible singer, I felt this giddy kind of feeling inside my heart, I felt like crying because I was that happy.

Crying when you are sad is okay, but crying when you are happy is just another level of happiness and that's what I was feeling currently, overwhelmed by happiness because the girl I had loved for so long was finally with me.

"What are you thinking about?" She asked with a beautiful smile on her face.

"Just how happy I am. I don't remember the last time I was this happy and I hope someday I'll be able to make you feel like this, only then you would know how happy you've made me." I smiled at her as she kept running her hand through my hair, it felt so good.

"I'll wait for that day then." She smiled.

For the next few moments, we shared a beautiful eye lock, just looking into each other's eyes and feeling all these new feelings that were making us happy and giddy and what not.

"I think we should get going." Khushi said as she looked at her watch.

"But I don't feel like leaving yet." I pouted, I liked being here with her, lying on her lap, looking into her eyes, it just felt so good I wanted to stay here forever.

"But we have to, we have to get to work tomorrow and also, my mom warned me to be back early, I wouldn't want to face her wrath." She giggled.

"Hmm... if you say so." I sighed as I sat up and looked around, this was the best first date ever, I was going to remember it for the rest of my life and thanks to Khushi, without her, it wouldn't really be possible.

I helped her pack everything up and the we arranged everything in the car and left for home, I kept on driving slowly just so I could get more time with her even though I knew I was going to get to see her again at work tomorrow. I was crazily in love with her wasn't I?

As it was pretty late, the ride back home was smooth, I dropped Khushi home first and helped her with all the things she had carried for the picnic as we took it back inside her house and then I drove myself back home and headed straight to my room.

I lied down on the bed staring at the ceiling, smiling alone like an idiot, I just couldn't stop thinking about the date and each and every moment I shared with her today, it was like watching a romantic movie where Khushi and I were the lead actors.

I dint sleep much at night, everything was so exciting to me that I couldn't stop imagining fake scenarios about it in my mind and being happy about it.

I got ready quickly in the morning so I could get to work and get to see Khushi, oh why was I acting like a teenager in love?

I grabbed my car keys and rushed out of the house as mom came running behind me.

"Arnav! Arnav wait."

"I'm really getting late mom, if it's not important, can it wait till evening?" I asked as I turned to look at her.

"It's not even time yet, what are you getting late for?" She looked at me curiously.

"I... I just have a lot of work today." I shrugged.

"You have whole day to do it, I am not letting you leave without eating breakfast, now come on." She grabbed my arm and pulled me back inside the house.

Moms I tell you, no matter the world turns upside down, they would never let you leave without eating. All I wanted was to get to work so I can get to see Khushi but now I had to eat, this was the first ever time I was angry that I had to eat.

"Where were you running to?" Anjali asked as I joined her at the table.

"Work duh." I rolled my eyes.

"Work or a girl?" She smirked, I immediately gave a look and she giggled.

"Is there a girl?" mom asked.

"See, now she will start with the whole song, it's your age, you should be married right now or at least have a girlfriend." I frowned.

"No mom, there's no girl. Please let's eat so I can get to work?"

"Okay." She sighed as she sat down and we all had our breakfast together. I had no idea how Anjali always managed to figure out what was going on in my life even when I tried so hard to hide it, she must be having some special superpowers.

Poor Manav, she's always going to be able to read his mind. That reminded me that Manav's proposal was yet pending, I couldn't believe that if Anjali said yes, they would be getting married soon.

I ate as quick as possible so I could run away before Anjali caught me and started asking me questions, but by the time I was done, she was too.

"Okay mom, see you in the evening." I said goodbye to mom as I tried to run away.

"I'll escort you outside." Anjali said as she followed me. Here we go.

"Okay Arnav, let it out. I know there's a girl, I can say from the way your face is glowing and you definitely dint get a facial so that's out of question." She smirked.

"How do you always know?" I asked.

"Because I've grown up with you, I know things you also don't know." She said proudly.

"I also know things you don't know about yourself." I said remembering the proposal that we have to plan.

"I am not getting into that, just tell me who she is and I'll let you go see her. Is she from work?" She smirked.

"Fine. Yes, she is from work and you know her, it's Khushi, it's always been her, now let me go."

"Wait. You know it was one sided, please don't hurt yourself again by thinking it would change."

"I am not thinking it would change Anjali, it had changed. She asked me out on a date, we went yesterday and it was so beautiful." That stupid smile on my face again. Argh!

"Seriously?" Anjali looked at me in shock.

"That was me a few days back, enjoy." I smirked as I ran away before she stopped me with more questions, I quickly got into my car and drove off.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived to work and dint see Khushi there, I don't know why but I thought she would be here which was pretty stupid of me, because I was the one that came early, it dint have to mean that she should also be early right?

Deciding to sit in my office and wait for her to arrive, I headed towards my cabin and pushed the door open, I couldn't wait to see her already, I wished she would arrive soon.

As I got closer to the chair, suddenly it turned around and there she was, sitting on my chair grinning, I didn't even notice her because the chair was facing the opposite side and I couldn't even see her head, she did a pretty good job hiding there.

"Surprise." She smiled brightly.

"I am actually surprised, I was disappointed when I didn't see you at your desk, I thought you hadn't arrived yet and I was so excited to see you." I pouted.

"I knew, I felt the same way, so I decided to hide here in your cabin and surprise you, I hope that's okay." She bit her lip nervously.

"Of course it's okay, you can come here anytime you want." I smiled as she stood up and walked towards me, she was dressed in pink today, as usual with a matching pink bindi on her forehead, I just stared at her admiring her.

"I guess I should get back to work now." She giggled as she tried to walk away but I had been dying to see her again since last night, it wasn't like I was going to let her go so easily, I grabbed her arm before she could leave and pulled her back, I pushed the door that she had opened partially so it closed and pinned her against it.
