Part 3

Today, she was dressed in a baby blue Patiala outfit, she had her hair silky straight that fell till her waist, the white dupatta thrown over her neck, hanging on her back. She had white earrings on her neck, and pink lipstick on her lips.

I wanted to bite those juicy lips. She walked towards me in slow-motion as her veil flew with landing on my face, I pulled it off my face but dint let go off it.

She turned around and looked at me with a beautiful smile on her face, she walked closer to me and blinked her eyes in a really cute way.

"Arnav." She whispered my name with her sweet intoxicating voice.

"Yes Bindiya." I smirked at her. Today she dint get mad at me for calling her Bindiya instead of Khushi, she just smiled even more and took another step closer.

She lifted up her hand and trailed her finger on the right side of my face giving me goosebumps, I couldn't stop smiling stupidly.

"Arnav!" I heard mom's voice, she shook me so I could wake up. I sat up on the bed immediately and looked at her in confusion.

"You've slept enough for today, come help me in cooking. And what was that stupid smile you had while you were sleeping?" She looked at me suspiciously.

"Might be a good dream, I can't remember now." I lied. I remembered it perfectly, each and every detail of the dream, how couldn't I. it was such a beautiful dream.

"Okay, take a quick shower and join me in the kitchen." She shrugged as she headed out of my room, I ran my hand through my hair messing them up more.

I mean it had been like two three days since I met this girl and now, I was already dreaming of her. Why was she stuck in my mind like this?

I grabbed my towel and headed inside the bathroom, turned on the shower and stood under it, but Khushi's face wouldn't just get out of my mind. What was happening to me seriously?

I got dressed quickly and rushed to the kitchen to help mom, dad had already left for work so it was just me and mom, and my sister too was getting ready to leave for work.

"Oh here comes the prince charming." My elder sister Anjali said as I passed by the hall.

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes at her and walked into the kitchen where mom was busy preparing breakfast. Dad usually had his breakfast at work, so mom would start cooking later for the three of us, and as I dint have to go to college today, I had to help her.

"Arnav, Manav called while you were sleeping, he said the movie tickets have been book for the three oclock show in the afternoon so you meet him and Ansh at the theatre." Anjali said as she walked in the kitchen.

"And why do you have his number or why does he have your number." I looked at her suspiciously.

"Because being the idiot you are, you switch off you phone while sleeping so they have to find means of contacting you." She rolled her eyes at me.

"I'm telling you mom, this two have something going on." I said.

"He's lying, there's nothing going on." Anjali said in her defense.

"Even if there's something going on, what's the problem. She is a good beautiful girl, she's independent, who wouldn't want to be with her?" Mom said.

"Why is it okay if she has a boyfriend and not okay when I even mention a girl? Where are my equal rights?" I asked in a very dramatic way.

"Stop being a drama queen. It's okay because she isn't irresponsible like you. How many classes have you bunked this week Arnav? It's time for you to get serious. Girls like responsible men, not irresponsible guys like you."

"Hey, I would be responsible when my time would come, even Anjali was irresponsible in college."

"That's why she wasn't allowed to have a boyfriend." Mom said.

"You two are never on my side." I pouted like a baby, they both just rolled their eyes at me. Seriously you could never win with Anjali or mom, I mean never.

As usual, I was always early, even for movies. Ansh and Manav would never be on time for a single thing. I had been standing outside the movie theatre for the past ten minutes waiting for them, the movie was about to begin in five minutes and these guys hadn't showed up yet.

"Sorry dude, traffic." Ansh said as he came from behind me with Manav.

"You came with a bike, just accept you are a lazy idiot that cant be on time." I said.

"And you, what's going on between you and my sister." I looked at Manav accusingly.

"Why don't you ask her yourself." He smirked. Idiot!

"Now let's go before the movie starts, we need popcorns too, I hope there's no line." Ansh said as he headed inside while Manav and I followed him. We got our popcorns and headed inside the theatre.

We looked for our seats and settled down just in time. Thank God we dint miss the beginnings, I never liked watching movies if I'd miss the beginning, I would literally leave and come back later to watch it.

Just as the introduction came, I noticed some settle down on the empty seat beside mine but I dint pay attention as my eyes were stuck on the screen.

After a five minute scene, the names started showing up, I grabbed my popcorn box from the floor as I started eating them, the theatre was pretty much full and while I was looking around I finally noticed the person seated beside me.

I mean was this just a coincidence? If she had been sitting beside me all this while, why didn't she greet me or anything.

"Khushi. I dint know it was you." I looked at her in surprise.

"I'm surprised you finally learnt my name. Don't worry, I don't like it either that my seat is beside you but if there was any other place left, I would rather sit there." She said.

"Hey, you might not know but I am a good company."

"Yeah right." She rolled her eyes, I tried to look on the seat beside her, there was a stranger seated.

"Who is he to you?" I asked.

"I don't know him." She whispered.

"You mean to say you came to watch a movie alone? You could have called me, I wouldn't mind giving you company at all." I laughed.

"I don't need company, I'm happy on my own. Now if you would stop bothering me, can I watch the movie?"

"Fine." I said as I turned to look at the screen once again.

"Can I have some popcorn?" She asked after a few minutes. I looked at her in surprise, this was the first time she had tried to talk to me after the time she asked me about the principal's office.

"I got late, dint have time to buy, plus I dint want to miss the ending. I'll get another one after the interval you can share from that." She suggested.

"Sure Bindiya." I smirked as I handed her my popcorn, I was just happy that she even asked, it meant she no more considered me a stranger at least.

"What would it take for you to stop calling me that?" She asked.

"When you stop putting on this." I said as I touched the bindi on her forehead with my finger, she slapped my hand away immediately making me laugh.

"I'm trying to be nice here because I really want this popcorn, don't make me throw it in your face." She pouted.

"Oh is that so?" I said as I grabbed a few popcorns and threw them at her, she made some faces at me and them grabbed a few and threw them back at me.

Okay, were we really having a popcorn fight in the movie theatre instead of watching the movie and eating popcorns?

"Uff, don't waste food." She said.

"You are the one that suggested it."

"You're just so impossible." She said as she put the popcorn on the other side where I couldn't reach and started eating it all by herself. It was my popcorn that she asked to share and now she wasn't even letting me eat.

Why did that make me like he even more?
