Viren finds Jeevika fallen into the animal trap. He panics and takes her to the hospital. The lady is brutally hurt and blood is oozing out of her wound on her head. Jeevika is taken into the emergency ward and after a brief checkup, the doctor announces that they need blood and that is B positive. Viren immediately turns to Maanvi and asks her to give blood to her sister, but he is shocked, hearing her denial.

"How can you do this? What is the reason?" Viren shouts at Maanvi.

"I can't tell you anything, Jeeju. Main bas Di ko khoon nahi de sakti." Maanvi denies firmly, though her eyes are teary.

"You're impossible Maanvi. Waise toh tum kehti ho ki Jeevika ke bina reh nahi sakti. Toh aaj jab usey sabse zyada tumhari zarurat hai, tab tum peeche kyun hat rahi ho!" Viren shouts at her and Maanvi shivers at his words.

Maanvi denies for another time, and Viren asks her to leave the hospital. He even denies letting her meet Jeevika, at which the girl is shocked. Viraat comforts Viren but he asks her to take Maanvi out of the hospital. Meanwhile, Dr. Manan arranges blood for Jeevika and she is saved. Viren brings Jeevika back to Chandigarh. A nurse also accompanies Jeevika while Viren assures Beeji and family that he will take care of her. The family is happy to see Jeevika fine, but the lady is still unconscious.

Two days later, after getting back home, Jeevika regains consciousness and Viren sighs deeply. He cups her face and kisses her head.

"Thank God! Tum thik ho, Jeevika! Tumne toh meri jaan nikaal di thi." He says as he hugs her carefully.

"Mujhse naatak karke toh aapne meri jaan nikaali thi, Viren ji. I am still angry with you." Jeevika says.

"I am sorry, Jeevika! Mujhe nahi pata tha, mere naatak se ye sab ho jayega. " Viren says, he's truly guilty of what he did with Jeevika.

"I hope, ab aap aisa kuch nahi karenge, kyunki agar aap hi aisa karenge toh main kisi pe kaise vishwas karungi? I am here only because of you!" Jeevika says, boring her eyes in his.

Viren smiles affectionately and promises that he won't do it again. Jeevika then asks about Maanvi, and at the same time, the door of their room opens and Maanvi enters the room. Viren rages seeing her in the room. He takes the food plate from Maanvi's hand and asks her to leave the room. Jeevika is astonished and asks about the reason for Viren's anger towards Maanvi. She asks it and Viren loses his temper, and reveals how Maanvi refused to give blood to her. Jeevika is shocked at the relevation, while Maanvi begins to leave the room but Jeevika holds her hand.

"Mannu! Main sirf sach sunna chahti hoon." Jeevika says.

"Di, wo main aapko nahi bata sakti." Maanvi says.

"Par kyun Mannu!! Aisi kya baat hai jo tu mujhe nahi bata sakti??" Jeevika is shocked as Maanvi has denied telling her the true reason.

"Bola na Di! Main nahi bata sakti." Maanvi shouts at Jeevika and jerks her hand.

"Enough Maanvi! Tumhe kuch nahi batana toh yahan aayi kyun ho!! Rishikesh laut jao. Main Jeevika ka khayal rakh sakta hoon. Leave the room now." Viren says firmly while Maanvi looks at them in shock.

"Jeeju!!" Maanvi looks at her.

Viren turns his face away, while Maanvi looks at Jeevika who asks her to leave the room. Maanvi leaves the room dejectedly while Jeevika sits on the bed. Her eyes are teary, she had never thought that her sister would hide something. She comes out of her trance as Viren keeps his hand on her shoulders.

"Meri Mannu mujhse baatein chupane lagi hain. Maine aisa kabhi nahi socha tha." Jeevika says.

"Relax Jeevika. Main nahi jaanta Maanvi ne aisa kyun kiya! Lekin usne mujhe bahut hurt kiya hai, Jeevika, iske liye main usey kabhi maaf nahi karunga." Viren says firmly.

Meanwhile, his phone rings and he asks Jeevika to rest and leaves the room to talk over the phone.

Jeevika sits back on the bed, recalling Maanvi's words.

"Main aapko kuch nahi bata sakti, Di!!"

"Hai kuch reason. Par main aapko nahi bata sakti."

Tears trickle down Jeevika's eyes. She is hurt that her sister is hiding something from her. She is not willing to tell her anything. Jeevika hugs herself and breaks into tears. She picks up the photoframe from the side table and smears Maanvi's picture.

"Lagta hai tu bahut badi ho gai hai tabhi toh tu mujhse baatein chhupane lagi hai. I won't forgive you for this, Maanvi!!"

She thinks to herself and hugs the picture close to herself.

On the other hand, Viren attends the call and Viraat confronts him. He tells him that Maanvi is suffering from blood cancer and that's the reason she can't give blood to Jeevika. Also, she doesn't want to stress Jeevika. It's the reason that she didn't tell them anything.

Viren suddenly feels guilty and he moves to Maanvi's room. He enters the room and Maanvi is sitting on the floor and crying. Viren's heart flutters to see her crying. He sits beside her on the floor and keeps his hand on her head. Maanvi looks at him with teary eyes and he apologises.

"I am sorry!" He says meekly.

"Nahi jeeju! Aap sorry mat bolo!" Maanvi says.

"Galti toh hui hai na mujhse! Main tumhe galat samajhta raha. I am sorry Maanvi!" Viren apologises while Maanvi hugs him and cries.

"Tum sab kuch bata sakti thi na!tumne nahi bataya, ye galti tumhari hai !" Viren says.

"kaise batati? Aap pareshan they already. Di ko bhi nahi bataya. Wo already takleef mein hai.. Aap promise kijiye aap bhi Di ko kuch nahi batayenge." Maanvi looks at Viren who is thoughtful but agrees to her.

Maanvi smiles while Viren embraces her in his arms. The two have finally patched up and Maanvi is happy about the same.

Next Morning, Jeevika wakes up and gets dressed up. She changes the dressing of her wound herself, when she finds Maanvi entering the room followed by Viren. Jeevika is astonished as she finds them smiling at each other. Until yesterday, Viren was angry at Maanvi and now they are happy and chuckling. Maanvi wishes her for the day and keeps the breakfast tray on the table.

"Good morning Di!!" Maanvi chuckles.

Jeevika smiles and continues to make her hair. Maanvi looks at her.

"I'll make your hair today! Aap na soup piyo!" Maanvi makes her sit.

"Nahi Mannu, rehne de. Main khud kar sakti hoon." Jeevika says.

"Arey! Ab Maanvi keh rahi hai toh karne do na!" Viren says taking Maanvi's side.

"Agar ye mere sawal ka jawab de toh!" Jeevika says firmly.

Maanvi's face fell off. She doesn't want to reveal about her cancer to Jeevika, but she wants to know. Viren looks at Jeevika.

"Jeevika, dekho tum zidd mat karo. Agar Maanvi nahi batana chahti toh..." Viren says but Jeevika cuts him.

"Zidd Maanvi kar rahi hai. Aur aap! Kal tak toh aap Maanvi se bahut naraaz they! Aur aaj dono ek dum thik ho! Aisa kya hai jo mujhe nahi pata ?" Jeevika says angrily.

"Kuch nahi hai, Di. Aap pareshan mat ho!" Maanvi says slowly.

"Kuch baat toh hai, Mannu! Ab ya toh tu apni Di ko is laayak nahi samajhti ki usey apni problem bata sake ya fir tujhe mujhse bhi important log mil gaye hai - - jaise viren ji ya Viraat. Unke pyar ke aage hamara khoon ka rishta feeka pad gaya na!!" Jeevika says firmly and her words shock Maanvi.

" Nahi Di! Aisa nahi hai! Mera sab kuch aapse hi toh hai! " Maanvi says, her eyes are teary.

"Main nahi maanti. Agar aisa hota toh tu mujhe sach batati aur wo toh ab tak tune mujhe bataya nahi. Ab mere samne tabhi aana jab tu mujhe sach bata sake. Leave my room." Jeevika says angrily.

Maanvi tries to talk to her but Jeevika shushes her showing her hand. Maanvi runs out of the room while Jeevika sits on the bed, her eyes are teary as well. Viren looks at her.

" Ye kya kiya tumne? Maanvi ko naraz kar diya na!! " Viren says.

"Han toh! Maine bilkul thik kiya! Aur aap! Aap jaante hai na ki kya hua hai? Toh aap hi bata dijiye!" Jeevika looks at Viren, who sighs.

He remains silent and this hurts Jeevika.

"Thik hai! Aap bhi mat bataiye! Lekin ye zaroor yaad rakhiyega, aapka wo naatak main bhuli nahi hoon. Aapke liye mazaak tha par mere liye nahi. Main ache se jaanti hoon ki aap sach jaante hain. Lekin aap shayad mujhe batana zaroori nahi samajhte. Maanvi bhi toh nahi samajhti toh aapse main kya kahun! "She says firmly and leaves the room.

Viren sighs deeply, he knows Jeevika is hurt badly. But, he doesn't want to stress herself. His phone rings and he gets busy with the call. On the other hand, Jeevika moves to the in house temple and prays for her family. Maanvi's silence is bugging Jeevika and she knows that the girl is hiding something very serious. Maybe, it's because she's hurt, but her sister's silence is hurting her with a greater intensity.

Ever since their parents' death, Jeevika has taken care of Maanvi like her own child. A small scar on Maanvi's body or a tear in her eyes, pains Jeevika like someone has stabbed her straight on her heart. And today, the same girl is choosing to be silent, not telling the truth to her. She's sitting on the floor outside the temple, when she feels a dab on her head. She looks up to find Beeji. She stands up from her place and hugs the lady, breaking into tears. Beeji is surprised, since Jeevika is a strong headed person. Her only weakness is her sister, and her strength at the same time.

"Jeevika! Aise rote nahi hai! Tu toh meri bahadur bachchi hai na!" Beeji pats her back.

"Ye toh aap maanti ho na, Beeji! Maanvi ya Viren ji nahi!" Jeevika says firmly, as her eyes fall on Viren and Maanvi.

"Beta! Tu aisa kyun keh rahi hai? Dekh abhi toh teri tabiyat thik hui hai. Tu zyada stress mat le." Jeevika convinces Maanvi.

"Haan beeji! Vahi toh main keh rahi thi, aap Di ko samjhao." Maanvi clings on Beeji, hoping Jeevika would talking to her.

"Main thik hoon Beeji! Lekin Haan, agar Maanvi ne mujhe sach na bataya toh Shayad thik nahi rahungi." Jeevika says firmly, eyeing her sister.

"Di! Aap thoda rest nahi kar sakti kya? Abhi toh thik hui ho! Kya subah se zidd leke baithi ho! Maine kuch nahi batana aapko. Na khud chain se rehti ho na rehne deti ho! Give me a break! Aapki wajah se jeeju kitne pareshan hai. Wo nahi dikhta na aapko! " Maanvi shouts at her sister.

" Jab mana kar rahe hain, toh maan lo naa! Kyun zidd kar rahi ho? It is for your good!" Maanvi says firmly while Viraat is trying to shush her.

Jeevika is shocked at Maanvi's words. The girl who always rushes to her if she's in any problem, she is shouting at her today. She is refusing to tell her something that is deeply related to both of them. Jeevika looks at Maanvi for a few seconds and then claps her hands.

"Waah Mannu! Tujhe sabki chinta hai na, thodi chinta apni Di ki bhi kar le. Bata kyun nahi deti ki baat kya hai? Ya tujhe ye lagta hai ki teri di samjhegi nahi tujhe! Tujhe bada hote dekha hai maine, Mannu! Teri nas nas se vaakif hoon main." jeevika shouts, losing her cool.

"Waise toh tu kehti hain, behen hoon aapki, khoon ka rishta hai hamara!! Toh ab kya hua? Aisa kya hai jo tu apni sagi behen ko nahi bata sakti lekin viren ji aur Viraat ko bata diya? Aisa kya hai, jo sabko pata hai, mujhe nahi!! Sabse pehle toh mujhe pata hona chahiye na, ya meri shadi hone ke baad mera haq kam hogaya hai tujhpe! Bol na! " Jeevika nudges Maanvi while the latter looks at her.

"Viren ji! Kal tak wo tujhse gussa they, aaj nahi hai. Wo mujhe samjha rahe hain!! Kyun? Main koi bachchi nahi hoon, Maanvi! Jitna dard mujhe is chot pe nahi ho raha hai na, utna is baat se takleef ho rahi hai ki jo baat mujhe sabse pehle pata hona chahiye, wo mujhe abhi tak pata hi nahi hai, mujhse pehle tere jiju aur tera dost important hai na!! Tu mujhe kyun batayegi!! " Jeevika says.

Viren tries to hold Jeevika and calm her, but she jerks him. She looks at him.

"Aap bhi sun lijiye Viren ji! Maine apni behen ke liye kabhi aapki ya aapke parivar ki disrespect nahi ki hai. Main jitna pyar Maanvi se karti hoon, utna hi aapse aur apne parivar se bhi! Mere liye dono zaroori hai, behen bhi aur pati bhi! Kyunki aapse aur Maanvi se hi meri zindagi hai! Lekin aap log toh mujhe kuch batayenge nahi! Hai na! "Jeevika looks at Viren.

" Di, aisa mat bolo! " Maanvi says who is alarmed by Jeevika's sudden outburst.

" Shut up Maanvi! Tu mujhe di keh hi mat. Kyunki tu toh apni di ko sach batana hi nahi chahti, kyunki tujhe lagta hai ki main samajh nahi paungi ya khud ko sambhal na paungi. Agar aisa hota na Mannu, toh main yahan na hoti, aur tu akele hoti, kyunki tujhe pata hai, maut se bada koi darr nahi hota. Agar main kamzor hoti ya khud ko sambhal na pati toh mumma papa ki death ke baad khud bhi marr hi jaati. Haan Mujhe darr lagta hai, kyunki mumma papa se judi aakhiri nishani tu hai! Aur Ma se kia Vaada main tod nahi sakti, lekin shayad tu yahi chahti hai. Tu chahti hai mera Vaada toot jaye! Isliye shant hai tu! " Jeevika says, boring her eyes straight into Maanvi's eyes.

"Pyaar Kabhi kamzor nahi hota Maanvi. Waqt aane par wahi sabse badi taakat ban jaata hai. Aur Jeevika ki, meri taakat tu hai! Lekin shayad tujhe aisa kyun lagega! Kyunki maine tujhe kabhi ye mehsus hi hone na diya ki mujhe bhi takleef hoti hai, Hamesha yahi kaha na tujhse ki tujhe dekh ke meri takleef door ho jaati hai, par aaj!! Aaj tune meri takleef badhai hai, Maanvi! Is chot se zyada dard toh is baat ka hai, ki tu mujhe nahi samjhi aaj tak. Tune apni behen ko hi nahi samjha! I won't forgive you for this, Maanvi. " Jeevika says and turns to go, but Maanvi holds her hand.

Jeevika jerks her hand,

" Tujhe Meri kya zaroorat! Meri takleef se bhi tujhe koi matlab nahi hai na! Tu jaa! Rishikesh wapas laut jaa! Mujhe tujhse koi baat nahi karni. " Jeevika says firmly and moves into her room.

Maanvi stands still. It's true, she thought Jeevika won't be able to digest the news of her cancer and that's why she hid it. But it has other affects. Jeevika is way more strong than she imagined, she just wants her little sister to be fine. Maanvi follows her sister, but Jeevika closes the door on her face. Maanvi can hear her cries, the one who always holds her tears in front of Maanvi, is now crying bitterly, pouring out all her pain in her tears, while Viren and Maanvi are still, they didn't know she will react this way. Viren then persuades Maanvi to tell the truth to Jeevika, it's her right after all, to know every minute detail about her sister.
