Arnav kept tapping his feet on the floor nervously as he kept on looking at the entrance, it had been over an hour since he came here, he wondered how long he had to wait until he could finally get to see her.

A few moments later, he saw her walking out of the airport accompanied by Rudra, she looked so beautiful, a huge smile curved up on his face as soon as he saw her.

She looked around for a moment and then smiled as she spotted him and came rushing towards him, Arnav held his arms wide open as she jumped on him and gave him a tight hug.

"I missed you." Arnav said as he twirled her around making her giggle.

"I missed you too." Khushi said as he finally put her back on the ground, she dint break the hug immediately, she held onto him for a while.

"I would kiss you but Rudra will kill the both of us." She whispered in Arnav's ear and then broke the hug as they both tried to suppress their laughter.

"Hi Arnav." Rudra smiled as he greeted him with a handshake. After the greetings he lead them towards the parking where he had parked the car, coincidentally, both Arjun and Prem had to attend a very important meeting at the office so he got the chance to come pick them up, they even gave him their car to drive to the airport.

Actually, in the past two years, Arnav made sure to visit them quite often and with Arjun it was always easy but with time even Prem had started trusting him which was quite some progress, since the beginning he was so against their relationship and he had lost all hopes of Prem ever being okay with him but with time he was starting to be okay with it, which was a big deal.

"So where are Arjun and Prem?" Rudra asked.

"They had this important meeting which neither of them could skip, they really wanted to come receive you at the airport but they couldn't so they sent me." Arnav replied.

"Good to know they are taking the business seriously." Rudra laughed.

"Wait until I start working, you'll be proud of me too." Khushi smirked.

"Oh... are you thinking about joining the office?" Rudra asked, Arnav looked at her from the mirror curiously wondering whether she was going to join work immediately, he had thought after she came back, they would spend a bit time together then start working, they had stayed apart for two years so they did need some time together.

"No... I'll apply for jobs in other places, I don't wish to join our company just like that, I want to work for it, to be good enough for it."

"Aww, that makes me so proud of you." Rudra smiled.

"Me too." Arnav said and then regretted it immediately as soon as Rudra looked at him, he had no idea when he was going to be perfectly comfortable around her brothers, they were just so scary.

"I'm glad you fought for him, I don't think you would have found anyone better" Rudra looked at Khushi and smiled to which Khushi blushed.

After everything they had gone through together, with the whole long distance and then Saira and Jake, they stood by each other's side, no matter what so her brother was right, she couldn't have found anyone better than Arnav.

Arnav parked the car outside the mansion as they all stepped out, the servants came rushing so they could get the luggage out of the car and take it to their respective rooms.

"I'll freshen up and then go to the office to see Arjun and Prem, do you want to come along or you'll wait for them to come home?" Rudra asked Khushi.

"I think I'll stay, Arnav is here and I want to spend some time with him, we'll wait for you guys to get home, I'll also get some dinner prepared for us meanwhile." Khushi said.

"Okay, no problem." Rudra smiled as he rushed to his room to freshen up leaving the two love birds alone.

"Come, let's go to my room, I need to take a shower first but then we can chill there." Khushi smiled as she grabbed Arnav's hand and pulled him along.

"You sure you want me in your room while you shower?" Arnav smirked.

"Why, what are you going to do?" She smirked back.

"Okay, so two years away from me and you've become bold, I like it." Arnav winked at her making her laugh.

They walked into her room as Arnav settled down on the bed and Khushi went straight to the bathroom, she wanted to take a quick shower first and then sit down with Arnav and talk to him, they had so much to talk about.

"I can't believe this is real, I mean you're back, for good, you won't have to go anywhere now, I'm so happy." Arnav said.

"Me too, I can't wait to go on dates with you already." Khushi replied from the bathroom.

Arnav lied down on her bed as he started going through his phone waiting for her to get done with her shower, something about this situation reminded him of that night he had fallen asleep on Saira's bed. The memory of it still terrified him sometimes, he couldn't believe he had been so stupid to have trusted her blindly.

Anyway, at least after he told her off she left him alone and dint bother him much, at first Suman was so sure that she wouldn't give up so easily, given everything she had done but she actually did, which was good for them. At least after he told her to back off she dint create more drama.

In the past two years, so much had happened, it obviously made their relationship stronger but it was crazy when he thought about it now.

"What are you thinking about?" Khushi asked as she walked out of the bathroom tying the bathrobe, she walked towards her cupboard and started looking around trying to find something to wear.

"You." Arnav smirked as he stepped out of the bed and rushed towards her, hugging her from behind.

"Oh... I can't even tell you how much I missed you, I missed this, us talking, me hanging out in your room, and holding you like this." He said.

"I missed it too, I'm glad that we don't ever have to be that far from each other again." Khushi said as she turned around and looked him into the eyes, she slowly cupped his face and moved closer to him, and then kissed him on the lips.

He immediately grabbed her by the waist pulling her closer, as he continued kissing her back passionately, exploring her mouth with his tongue, and slightly biting her lips to make the kiss sexier.

"Khushi, I'm leaving!" Rudra shouted from downstairs suddenly startling them, they both looked at each other in shock for a moment then started laughing on how scared they got.

"Okay." She shouted back and then looked at Arnav once again.

"I think I should get dressed, we'll continue with this when I'm not tired from a long journey."

"Sure." Arnav nodded as he walked back to lie down on the bed as Khushi figured out on what to wear, she then grabbed some pajamas and started putting them on while Arnav just stared at her.

"Stop staring at me." She giggled nervously.

"What, I am your boyfriend, I can admire your beauty." He smirked.

"Idiot." She giggled as she got dressed quickly and then joined him on the bed, she lied down beside him, resting her head on his arm.

"This feels good." She smiled at him.

"It does, someday in the future, when we get married, this would be us, every day. How beautiful would that be. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you already."

"Aww, me too. But first we need to spend this time together, I am so done staying away from you, from today onwards, we're meeting daily okay?" she pouted.

"As you say, you also have to come to my place sometimes okay, I can't be here always."

"What about your aunt?"

"She knows."

"Really? You told her? When? How did she react? Why didn't you tell me?"

"I told her after the whole Saira thing, when I told Saira we weren't going to be friends anymore, so after a while Padmini aunty started asking about her because she wasn't coming to my place or anything, so I told her everything." He smiled.

"Wow, that's a big step."

"I know, I just figured, we love each other and so the people closest to us should know about it, and we aren't kids anymore, there's no point of playing the hide and seek game right?"

"Right." Khushi smiled happily as she hugged him tight once again.
