She stood up and started walking around her room worriedly, she couldn't stop looking at the picture and wondering about what had actually happened and if Arnav told her the truth or covered it up. She trusted him, but seeing this picture was making her doubt things.

Her whole body was trembling, she felt the fear of the possibility of losing him, what if he had actually cheated on her? She would never be able to forgive him nor herself for going against her brothers and fighting for their love.

She tried to take deep breaths so she could calm herself down but it dint seem to be helping, how would it help anyway? There was a possibility that he might have cheated on her and she dint know what to do about that information.

While in school, she had seen so many relationships break because of cheating, it was like cheating had become so normal nowadays, no one really wanted the simple pure love, everyone wanted to have so many partners at one time and it was just so sad.

Was Arnav one of them too? Did he cheat on her? She knew the only way to find out the truth was by talking to him, and that was what they had decided, to talk about their problems, but she didn't even have the energy to call him and talk to him. What was she supposed to do in such a situation?

She paced around her room still taking deep breaths trying to relax and after a few minutes when she finally felt relaxed, she called Arnav.

She stared at the screen nervously, he heart was breaking with each and every passing moment, all she wanted was for this to be a lie, and she really hoped Arnav had an explanation for it.

"Hey babe, what's up?" He smiled as he received the call, all Khushi wondered was how could he be this happy? How does someone cheat on a person that loves them and trusts them blindly and then go on acting like it's normal. There's nothing normal about cheating, it's the most disgusting thing you could do to a person that loves you and trusts you.

"What happened Khushi?" He asked noticing her expressions.

"Whatever you told me about that night at Saira's place, was it the entire truth Arnav?" She asked.

"Yes, why are you asking that Khushi? Don't you believe what I said?"

"I can't believe I have a picture of you and her sleeping on the same freaking bed Arnav!" She almost shouted but she had to be careful too, Rudra was just outside and she dint want him to hear her.

"What picture Khushi?" Arnav asked in confusion having no idea at all what she was talking about.

"I'll send it to you." She said as she immediately forwarded the picture to him and waited for him to explain it.

"babe." Arnav said as he looked at her in shock.

"Please don't call me babe if you're going to break my heart."

"I am not. I swear I dint cheat on you, please believe me Khushi. I would never ever do that to you. I looked at the picture and it is from the same night, remember I told you I fell asleep on her bed, she must have taken it while I was asleep, you can even see I am fully dressed, I promise nothing happened Khushi, please believe me." Arnav tried to explain.

"How do I believe you when you're sleeping on her bed with her Arnav? How do you want me to trust you after all this?"

"Because I love you and you know that, I would never cheat on you Khushi, please trust me when I say this, nothing happened that night, I told you about everything that happened and that was all. I promise I didn't hide any detail about that night from you and if I knew she had taken this picture I would have told you about it, but you can see I am asleep, I have no idea when she took it, I am so sorry, please trust me Khushi please." He looked at her sadly.

How did he mess up so much? How did he end up hurting her this much when all he wanted was to keep her happy always?

"Khushi please say something, I will do anything you want me to do to prove it to you that nothing happened, please believe me please?" He begged her.

"I love you Arnav, and it is because of that love that I trust you. All I ask for in return is, please never ever break that trust." She looked at him sadly.

If he was saying nothing happened then nothing happened, besides it was just a picture and he was sleeping in it, and he had already told her what had happened that night, so she had to trust him, for the sake of their love.

"So are we okay?"

"Yes we are."

"I am so sorry, I never expected for such twists and turns in our simple love story, but just know, none of this changes a thing, I still love you the same, or maybe even more and I always will, nothing will change that."

"I know." She nodded.

"Do you need me to explain anything else? If you still have any questions or doubts you can tell me, we promised to communicate."

"No... I don't have anything else. It's just been too much for me, I need to be alone to process this. I'll talk to you tomorrow?"

"Okay. You sure we are okay Khushi? I don't want to lose you, please." He looked like he was about to cry.

"Yeah, we are good. I just need time, I'll talk to you tomorrow." She smiled faintly.

"Okay, I am really sorry once again, I will never be that stupid again. My intentions were never to hurt you."

"I know Arnav, please stop apologizing, I understand and I trust you and that's what matters."

"Okay, I'll let you rest then. Talk to you tomorrow. Love you."

"Love you too." She disconnected the call and walked back to her bed as she lied down thinking about everything that had been happening between them off late.

Maybe Rudra was right, maybe this was just going to make their relationship stronger, after all relationships had problems right?

Arnav had spent the entire night tossing and turning on his bed worried about his relationship with Khushi and how everything he had done off late had affected it but he knew how he was going to deal with this mess and put an end to it for once and for all.

So the next morning, he texted Saira and told her to meet him as soon as she arrived, he had to deal with her so she would stop coming in between Khushi and him.

He waited for her at his usual spot, where he always sat whenever he was free, he kept on looking around wondering whether she was going to come or not.

A few minutes later, he felt someone hug him from behind and then he heard her voice.

"I knew you would realize that I am the one for you Arnav, took you long enough her?" She asked, he turned around taking off her hands off him as he stepped backwards.

"Did I in any way or form tell you that I was interested in you Saira? You can't just go on imagining things and ruin someone relationship, seriously what the hell is wrong with you? What is your problem?" Arnav shouted at her angrily, a few people that were around looked at them but he didn't care, he had to do this, he had to tell her off so she would stop trying to mess up things.

"You are my problem Arnav, I want you to be with me, look at me Arnav, I lack nothing, I am rich, I am beautiful I am so perfect for you, why can't you just leave Khushi and be with me? I will give you everything and anything you ask for, just dump her already."

"Okay either you're out of your mind or you're just stupid. Look at me Saira, I love Khushi, and nothing will change that okay? Not even you sending some stupid photo to her trying to break us up. I am done being nice to you or being friends to you. I was just being a good person, you seemed lonely and I thought you needed a friend, if I knew this would lead you hear, I would have never talked to you.

Anyway I don't care what I did in the past, I was stupid but I've come to see you for who you really are and I know that I don't want a person like you in my life, not even as a friend. So from today onwards, you will stay away from me, and from Khushi, and leave us alone.

I love her Khushi and I told you that but it seems like you dint hear it properly so here's me telling you again, I love her and even if you do stupid things to break us up, I will still love her, no matter what happens, I am never going to feel the same way about you, so move on and leave us alone! I don't want to see your face ever again, so stay the hell away from me!" He said as he walked away from her, he might have been really rude but he dint care. He wasn't going to let anyone come in between them.
