Khushi was lying on her bed staring at the ceiling silently... everything kind of felt weird today. The meeting with Arnav and all went well but there was this one particular thing that was disturbing her.

When she walked into Arnav's room and found Saira there, it made her uncomfortable, she got it they were friends and all but why was she in his room and on his bed, and it just looked weird to her.

Of course, she dint say anything to Arnav but that moment was bothering her a lot, she couldn't stop thinking about it, it was making her insecure, Saira was so pretty, she seemed so perfect it made her wonder, why wouldn't Arnav choose Saira instead of her if he had a chance.

"Okay Khushi, stop thinking nonsense." She said as she sat up trying to brush off the thought, but they just kept on coming.

She wondered if yesterday was the only time they were so close or they spent time like that always, if it happened often, wouldn't that change things between her and Arnav?

"You aren't asleep yet?" Arjun asked as he walked inside the room as the door was open and he noticed her seated on her bed silently.

"I am not sleepy." She smiled faintly.

"What's bothering you?" Arjun asked.

"I dint say anything was bothering me, I just can't sleep."

"I am your brother Khushi, I've watched you grow up, I know when there's something bothering you. You can tell me, maybe I can help."

"I don't want to get an 'I told you so' from you." She said quoting the words with her fingers in air.

"I promise I won't. Come on, talk to me, tell me what's bothering you." He sat beside her and looked at her waiting for her to talk.

"It's Arnav... there's this other girl, he says they are friends and I believe him but... I don't know, she's just so perfect and then I saw then together today and I had weird thoughts. It's not like I don't trust him but I'm just insecure you know.

This long distance is just making it really hard, I thought it wasn't going to be that hard, we talk daily, we video call, we text and keep in touch but it's just... so hard." She looked at Arjun sadly.

"Okay, so do you think he is interested in this other girl or what?"

"No, I just dint feel comfortable about their equation, I don't want to be the jealous girlfriend that doesn't want her boyfriend to be friends with other girls but this one is bothering me."

"Then tell him, if he loves you like he says, he would do everything to make sure it doesn't bother you, even if it means not being friends with her anymore, or at least maintaining distance with her so you are secure." Arjun said.

"Wouldn't he get angry on something? I mean maybe it's stupid, maybe I'm being insecure for no reason."

"If he gets mad then what's the point of you two being together? He has to be understanding that insecurities would be there. You have to tell him how you feel otherwise you're just going to overthink things and make them worse."

"Okay, if you say so, I'll talk to him. Thank you for not giving me the lecture of we told you to stay away from boys and so." Khushi giggled.

"These are normal relationship problems Khushi." Arjun smiled as he moved closer and held her into a hug.

"I missed having you around, there was no one to entertain me." He laughed.

"Oh, so that is the only reason why you miss me huh?" Khushi pouted.

"I'm kidding." Arjun laughed, he broke the hug and looked at her with a smile for a moment and then stood up to leave so he could sleep and let her sleep too.

Khushi lied down once again trying to sleep this time, hoping that talking to Arjun helped so she might be able to sleep but she only kept tossing and turning around trying to get sleep.

She got frustrated and grabbed her phone, she scrolled through it a bit and then got bored so she decided to call jake and talk to him, he was always entertaining so she hoped maybe his talks would help her stop worrying.

She dialed his number and as soon as it started ringing, she disconnected it realizing that it must be early morning in Sydney and he must be asleep, she literally forgot about the time difference.

Her phone started ringing immediately and she saw Jake's name flashing on screen, that idiot was video calling her.

"Hey, sorry I forgot about the time difference." She pouted as she received the call.

"I was wondering who was missing me this early in the morning." He yawned as he covered his mouth with his hand. This guy looked hot even when he had woken up.

Seriously there were people out there who just looked that good, they would be all messy with messy hair, and Pj's and still manage to look great.

"I couldn't sleep so I thought I'd talk to you but then I realized it must be early there and disconnected, sorry for waking you up." Khushi apologized.

Arnav was lying on his bed when his phone rang, it was a new number so he wasn't sure whether to receive the call at first or not but then he just thought he should.

"Hello?"

"Hi... Arnav. This is Arjun, Khushi's brother." Arjun spoke.

"Yes Arjun." Arnav sat up nervously, why was Khushi's brother calling him? Was everything okay? Did something happen? He was so scared already.

"I think Khushi has been missing you a lot she doesn't seem to be able to sleep. Maybe if it's possible you can come visit her for a while and the leave? I'm sure it would make her feel better. I'm sure you know how to sneak in, also don't tell her I called you." Arjun said.

"Okay, but are you sure you want me to sneak into your house at the middle of the night?" Arnav laughed.

"As long as nothing fishy happens, I'll leave the door open." Arjun laughed as he disconnected the call, Arnav just sat there confused for a moment.

Did Arjun really want him to visit Khushi or was this some sort of a trap? Why would he set any kind of a trap for him anyway? He got out of bed as he got dressed and sneaked out of the house so his aunt wouldn't know, she wouldn't let him go out this late.

"No, I want to know if you were missing me or not." Jake said pouting like a baby, Khushi just laughed at him.

"Seriously? I woke you from your beauty sleep and instead of complaining about me ruining your sleep you are stuck on me missing you." Khushi laughed.

"Oh, she thinks I'm beautiful and she misses me, control yourself girl, you might be falling in love with me." Jake smirked.

"Aren't you a bit too overconfident about yourself?"

"What can I do? The girls here make it so obvious." He smirked making her laugh once again.

Arnav stood at the door of her room listening to the whole conversation until he felt like he could no more take it so he just walked in.

"Hey babe." He said as he sat beside her and kissed her on purpose so that this jake guy that she was talking to could watch and know that she's taken if he dint already and stay away from her.

"Arnav! What are you doing here at this time? Shit sorry, Jake, I've got to go, I'll talk to you later." Khushi said as she looked back at her phone.

"Yeah, yeah you've got your prince charming now you don't need me to entertain you anymore." He rolled his eyes making her laugh once again.

"Bye." She said as she disconnected the call and finally turned to look at Arnav.

"So, what brings you here?"

"I was just missing you and I thought since you're here for such a short time I should spend every moment with you, so I came, but you seemed busy." He said.

"Wait... is that jealous I notice?" Khushi cupped his face and looked at him curiously.

"Me, and being jealous of him? Please, I have what he doesn't. You." Arnav smirked proudly trying to hide the fact that he was actually jealous, after all she was talking to some guy at this time and he seemed to make her laugh, obviously that would make him kind of jealous but he dint want to admit it.

"You sound so proud." Khushi giggled.

"Of course, have you looked at yourself? You're the prettiest girl I've ever met, you're so amazing you care about me and you love me, so of course I am proud that you are mine." He smiled.

"Aww Arnav, that's really sweet." Khushi said as she threw her arms around him and hugged him tightly, maybe she was being insecure for no reason, he found her the prettiest that meant even prettier than Saira and he thought she was amazing, just whatever he said right now was enough to make all her insecurities go away.

"I love you babe... I always will, just know that." He said.

"I love you too Arnav, always." She said back still holding on to him.
