It was the day, the day that they both dreaded, it was the day when Khushi was supposed to leave for Australia with her brother, it was the day she was going to see Arnav for the last time, who knew when they were going to meet next?

She woke up feeling extremely sad, she dint even feel like getting out of the bed or doing anything else, she dint want to leave, only if her brothers would try to understand her and let her stay here but they were too stubborn.

She heard a knock at the door of her room, a few moments later the door opened up and Arnav walked in.

"Good morning sleepy head." He smiled as he walked towards her bed and sat down waiting for her to sit up.

"I don't want to go, I'll pretend to be very sick." Khushi said in her sleepy voice making Arnav laugh about her excuses.

"You know it's not going to work, now come on, get out of the bed, take a shower and get ready, I don't want the last memory we have together is of us being sad, we cant change this so let's just be okay with it, you would soon finish your studies and come back." Arnav smiled.

"How do you make it sound so easy?"

"I am writer remember? Your Mr. writer."

"You don't always have to be so deep and meaningful, sometimes you should be stupid like me." She giggled as she finally sat up.

"Who said you are stupid?"

"I did."

"No, you aren't, now go take a shower first, we'll talk after that, I'll wait for you downstairs okay? If your brothers find me here while you are in the shower, they might kill me." Arnav joked.

"I really don't want to go Arnav." Khushi pouted as she threw her arms around his shoulder and hugged him tight.

"I really don't want you to go either, but it's not like we have an option, here do we?" He broke the hug and looked at her sadly, he did feel sad that she was leaving, he was going to miss her so much, and if he had any other way out of this, he could get her out but they had to do this and he just wanted to try and make it easier and less sad for the both of them.

"I know. Anyway, I'll take a shower and get ready, see you downstairs." She smiled as she got out of the bed and headed to the bathroom while Arnav headed downstairs where he found Arjun seated. He sat opposite him and pulled out his phone to do something so it wouldn't be awkward.

"You must really hate us." Arjun said as he looked at Arnav seriously.

"No sir, why would I?" Arnav asked.

"There's no need to call me sir, Arjun is fine." Arjun laughed at how nervous Arnav always got around them.

"I just thought, we've been terrible to you, and now we are making Khushi move away, you would miss her a lot, wouldn't you? I can notice how much you are into her just by the way you look at her always." Arjun smiled faintly.

"I don't really hate you for it, I mean if I didn't know why you guys were doing all this I most probably would, but knowing the reason and knowing that I too have a cousin sister at home, I know I would do anything to protect her, and that's what you all are doing, so I am sad and a little hurt but I don't hate you for it."

"For a person of your age, you really are mature Arnav."

"Thanks." Arnav smiled.

"I really hope things work out for the both of you though."

"I hope so too." Arnav sighed as he looked towards the staircase because he heard footsteps, he saw Prem and Rudra heading downstairs.

Prem frowned immediately as soon as he looked at him, he really hated him for reasons unknown to him.

"Where's Khushi?" Rudra asked.

"She was getting ready, she's been here anytime soon." Arnav replied.

"Okay." Rudra nodded as he sat down beside Arjun and they all waited for Khushi to come downstairs.

A few minutes later, she walked down and joined them, she sat down beside Arnav and smiled at him.

"Can we have breakfast? Then we'll see what to do later, we still have time." Rudra said. They all nodded as they stood up and headed to sit at the table, the breakfast had already been cooked and placed on the table by Arjun, they all just had to sit down and eat.

"Hey." Krystle smiled brightly as she walked in, Khushi stood up immediately and rushed to hug her, she was so happy to see her here, it meant that Arjun had solved the problems between them.

"I thought I should come say goodbye to you before you leave." She smiled.

"I am so glad you came. Is everything okay between you two now?" She whispered so only Krystle could hear her.

"Yeah, perfect." She smiled.

"Sorry for dragging you into my mess, I never thought my brothers would react like this."

"It's okay, it's not your fault." She smiled.

They both walked back and sat down on the sofa talking about random things, it was just like a small get together before Khushi and Rudra left, meanwhile Rudra kept telling Arjun on what to do and what not to do at work and Arjun just listened.

A while later, Rudra stood up looking at his watch.

"It's time, we should leave for the airport." He said.

Khushi looked towards Arnav immediately and her eyes got filled with tears, she hugged him as she started crying.

"I don't want to do." She said sadly.

"It's okay, we'll make it work, trust me." Arnav said trying to control his tears.

"We'll leave you to say goodbye." Arjun said as he stood up and headed outside and the rest of them followed him leaving Arnav and Khushi to say their goodbye.

"Promise me you'll call every day?" Khushi broke the hug and wiped her tears.

"I promise, I will also video call whenever possible okay babe?"

"Okay, I love you so much." Khushi said as she hugged him once again.

"I love you too, I always will." Arnav smiled as he held on to her for a while.

"Can I get a goodbye kiss?" She asked cutely.

"Sure, I was just waiting for you to ask." Arnav laughed, he then cupped her face and bent over slowly as he kissed her softly.

"I'm going to miss this." Khushi said once they pulled apart.

"Me too, hopefully, time will fly and you will be back here in a blink." Arnav smiled

"Hopefully. Hold my hand and done leave it until you have to, please."

"Sure, anything for you babe." Arnav smiled faintly as he held her hand into his while they walked out.

"You ready?" Rudra asked.

"Yes, but can Arnav come along till the airport? The driver can drop him off after dropping us, please?"

"Okay fine." Rudra agreed, Khushi smiled as she looked at Arnav happily.

She bid Arjun, Prem and Krystle goodbye as she got into the backseat with Arnav while Rudra sat Infront with the driver, she waved a goodbye at her brothers as the driver drove them to the airport.

"You let me know as soon as you reach okay? And be safe and take care of yourself, I'll wait for you to come back." Arnav said.

"I will, and you too, study well and call me daily and text me nonstop and don't look at other girls." Khushi pouted.

"I won't but you shouldn't too."

"I won't." She giggled.
