Part 12
"Hey." He smiled as he walked towards her and greeted her with a hug, which was still kind of awkward for Khushi. When was she ever going to learn how to greet people with a hug?
"Are you following me?" She asked as soon as Arnav broke the hug.
"Seriously? Why would I follow you?" He laughed.
"Maybe because you like me that much."
"Well even if I liked you that much, there was no point of me stalking you, like who knows if we're ever going to meet after this or not?"
"Point. Anyway she's Krystle and that's my friend Suman." Khushi pointed at Suman who had just walked out of the changing room.
"I know you." Suman said.
"Yeah, he was in our school that one day when I bumped into him."
"Yeah." Suman agreed as we all laughed.
"So... What are you doing here?" Khushi asked.
"Nothing, I just came to shop for my cousin, and then I saw you. It's like destiny. I keep bumping into you wherever I go." He smiled.
"It's actually really strange, out of all the people in the world, we end up bumping into each other every now and then." Khushi agreed.
"Umm excuse us, we have some shopping to do." Krystle smiled as she walked away with Suman so they could give Khushi and Arnav some time alone.
"So, how long are you here? Maybe I'll bump into you again." Arnav smiled.
"Just a day, we leave the day after tomorrow."
"How about we make a deal, if I bump into you once again after this, I get to kiss you." Arnav smirked.
"What?" Khushi looked at him in shock with her eyes wide open.
"I'm joking. You should have seen the look on your face, you were horrified." Arnav busted into a fit of laughter and he wouldn't just stop laughing.
"You are such an idiot! Why would you even say anything like that, we aren't even together." Khushi shrugged.
"I was teasing you, calm down. Anyway I need to get going, my friends were waiting for me in another shop, I'll just talk to the owner and see if he has what I was looking for. And yeah, it was nice bumping into you, I hope I'll bump into you tomorrow again, if it's really destiny." He smiled.
"Let see." Khushi nodded.
"So can I at least get a good hug? Not the awkward one?"
"Sure." She smiled as she moved closer and wrapped her arms around him, he grabbed her so tightly, it felt so good. It was the most beautiful feeling in the world, although it was just a hug, it felt really good, maybe because she had never really hugged any guy before this.
"Wow." Arnav said as he broke the hug and looked at Khushi in surprise.
"You haven't also hugged anyone before?" Khushi asked.
"No... I have. This just felt different."
"Well I am different." Khushi smirked.
"Okay if you say so. Anyway I'll get going." Arnav smiled as he waved a goodbye at her and walked towards the shop owner, he talked to him for a moment and then turned around to leave. He stopped at the door and turned to wave at her once again before he left.
Khushi just stood there speechlessly for a moment, she dint even want to move, she dint want to touch anything or do anything, she wanted this feeling to last with her forever, the feeling of the hug, it was beautiful.
"Wow, that was quite a long hug." Suman teased as she walked back towards Khushi.
"What do you expect from a girl who's never been hugged before?" I pouted.
"Oh poor Khushi being kept away from romance." Suman laughed.
"Shut up." Khushi rolled her eyes and looked towards the door once again as if Arnav was magically going to appear once again.
"Get rid of that look, you aren't meeting that guy again so don't let those feelings get to you." Krystle said as she grabbed Khushi's arm and pulled her outside while Suman rushed to pay for the top she had tried on, she liked it so she wanted to buy it.
"Am I ever going to have a real boyfriend? With my bodyguard brothers, I'm ever surprised I went on a date, the sad part is I'll never see him again." Khushi pouted.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll meet someone else in the future, beside you're just a kid right now." Krystle said.
"Excuse me, I'm turning eighteen soon." Khushi folded her arms and looked at her seriously making her laugh.

"You won't believe this, I met her again!" Arnav said to his friends excitedly.
"Why are you so excited, wasn't it just a onetime thing or so?" Ronit asked.
"It was... but I am feeling things. Shit, I never knew I could feel this way about a girl that I dint even like when we first met. And now I'm just feeling so happy. I like her, I like her more than you should like a girl just after one date and when you know you'll never meet again.
I'm in deep shit. What am I supposed to do now? I should have never asked her out on a date, this is your fault, you convinced me." Arnav said to Ronit.
"Dude, calm down. It's not like you're in love. You'll get over it." Krrish said.
"Besides, you're moving to Mumbai in a few months anyway, if this feelings don't go away, you can always try to contact her once you get there, I'm sure being in the same city you can go out on dates and get to know each other better and thins can progress. So chill."
"You are right. I should talk to other girls, and try to get rid of whatever I feel for now" Arnav agreed. He immediately pulled his phone out and the only girl he could think of texting first was the talkative girl.

Once they were all done with shopping, everyone headed back to the car, Rudra, Arjun and Prem had many shopping bags as opposed to Khushi who had none.
"Surprising that Khushi hasn't bought a thing today." Arjun said as he looked at her curiously, it was so unlike of her, anytime they went anywhere, Khushi was the one to shop the most.
"Are you okay Khushi?" Rudra asked as he walked towards her and looked at her worriedly.
"Yeah, I'm just trying to save your money, see I'm such a good sister." She giggled. Only if she could be honest to them and tell them that she dint shop because he mind was just stuck on Arnav and the hug, it wouldn't get out of her mind and she dint know what to do about it.
"Liar!" Prem said.
"Relax Prem, she just dint like things around here, your sister is too choosy." Suman came to my rescue.
"Seriously, you dint find even one thing that you liked?" Arjun asked.
"Nope, everything was just too common." Khushi shrugged, if she had actually put her mind into shopping then she was sure she'd be carrying more bags than anybody.
"Surprising but okay." Arjun shrugged. They all got into the car and continue with their tour, as for Khushi, she couldn't just stop thinking about that one stupid hug.
Her phone vibrated in her pocket suddenly bringing her out of the thoughts, she looked at her three brothers who were busy taking a short nap so she pulled her phone out and read the text she had received.
"Hey Talkative girl, too busy with your holiday?"
"Looks like someone is missing me." Khushi typed a reply while she smiled like an idiot, maybe this was what she needed, just a little bit of distraction.
"You wish!"
"I know you did, why else would you text me?"
"To make sure you don't find a boyfriend on your holiday while I'm here trying to impress you."
"Seriously, would you never stop flirting?" She giggled.
"You know you like it." This text came along with a couple of wink emoji, before she could reply though she saw Rudra sitting up straight so she quickly put her phone back inside her pocket deciding to text back later.
This was one hell of a holiday.
