11 : you really are boyfriend goals
"Constanze."
She raised her hand from her phone and smiled when she saw that it was Rafael.
She was waiting for Thiago, who was going to bring her home but was looking for his keys car. She didn't want to wait inside because even though Valéria and Iomar tried to talk to her nicely during the lunch, she knew that they still weren't okay with her.
"Hey, is everything okay?" she asked, and he nodded.
"Yeah, I just wanted to tell you that...you shouldn't take what happened personally."
"That's kind of hard," she said honestly. "You said it yourself, they weren't like that with your girlfriend. It's just because I'm 18, and it's okay, I mean, I understand that it's not common. But that doesn't define me."
"They are usually very supportive, I guess Thiago told you that before," he sighed, and she nodded. "But...they are our parents, and they just want what's best for us. And they just need to understand that you are what's best for Thiag. Meanwhile, you still have Thaisa and I's support."
"Thank you, Rafael," she smiled, "really."
"My pleasure."

When Constanze walk back into the bakery, no one was in the main room.
Which was weird.
She was about to call Mark's name when her phone started vibrating.
He was so nice to her that she could forget everything that was wrong. He was so perfect that people's opinion was the last of her problem. They were happy and they were in love.
"Hello, Constanze," her father voice's said, and just like this morning, she was surprised.
"Um, hello."
"So? How was the meeting?"
"Well, Thiago's parents have the same opinion than you about our relationship than you do. You must be happy to hear that."
"I'm not," he said, and she had to look at him to make sure that he was sincere. "Listen, Constanze..."
"If you're about to tell me negative things about me dating Thiago again, don't waste your time."
"I'm sorry."
"What?" she asked, puzzled.
"I am sorry. It's just...I'm just worried for you. You're an adult, and I just feel you're growing up so fast, and suddenly you're dating a boy and it's really hard for me to accept it, then I learn all of the sudden that this boy is actually a man, it's just...I want you to be happy, really, and if you are happy with him, I'll accept it eventually. But I'm sure you can understand that it can take a while."
She sighed.
"Thank, dad. I just want you to stop thinking that he's older and to focus on him instead. Because he is a really good person."
"Yeah, Mark told me a bit about him," Hank nodded.
"He did?" Constanze frowned, surprised. "That's...sweet of him. Where is he?"
"In your kitchen, he wanted to cook while you weren't here."
She thanked him and almost ran to her kitchen, where Mark indeed was, making cheesecake.
"Dad is usually the one taking care of the cheesecake," she said, and Mark turned around with a smile. "You didn't have to talk to dad, thank you."
"Of course I did. I just want my sissy to be happy."
"Thanks, Markus," she smiled, and he rolled his eyes.
"So, how are Thiago's parents?"
"Not really into me," she shrugged, and he raised an eyebrow.
"You seem pretty chill about it."
"I'm not dating his parents, I'm dating him. And he loves me."
"Did he tell you that he loved you?" he asked, a hand on his mouth, and she laughed.
"He did. But I suck so I didn't say it back. Oh my God, I just realized how stupid I am."
"Fix this asap, sissy."

"Uh Thiag, can Thaisa and I-why are you smiling like that?" Rafinha frowned, and Thaisa entered the room to look at his older brother's phone. "Don't, what if Constanze sent nudes?"
"Ahhh, did she?" Thaisa yelled, her hands on her eyes.
"Of course not, dumbass. I'm not even smiling because of Anze."
"Aw, look at you being shy, weren't you calling her baby girl earlier?" smirked Thaisa, and Rafael cooed.
"Oh but wait Rafa, remember how you called Kate the other day? Oh yeah it wa-"
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he said, alarmed, and Thaisa took that opportunity to steal Thiago's phone.
"Oh my God, that's so cute! You really are boyfriend goals!" she squealed, and Thiago rolled his eyes. "I've never seen you in love like that," she said more seriously, and Rafinha nodded in agreement.
"Yeah. Probably because it's the first time."
"It's mom and dad's loss not to accept her, because she's amazing and I really ship you two."
"I know," he nodded.
It's their loss.

"Babe?" Thiago said, sounding alarmed, and obviously, all his teammates started to tease him and/or ask questions about who was on the phone. "You okay?"
"Are you still in training? You say it ended at 3," she answered, and he could almost hear her pouting.
"It's fine," he smiled. "I'm in the changing room. Ignore the voices in the back, my teammates are children."
"I just wanted to know: do you like cheese or ham more?"
"Anze," Thiago frowned, "what are you doing exactly?"
"Nothing it's uh...for a survey."
"Babe."
"Oh my God, Thiago, it hurts when you do that."
"When I call you babe?"
"I'm-" she said, and he laughed.
"Okay, okay, I like cheese more."
"Are you 100% sure?"
"Yes, Anze. Don't make a thousand sandwiches if it's just the two of use, though."
"Wh-what? I don't know what you are talking about."
"I'll act surprised when you'll propose me a picnic later today. Also, it's a date."
"Stop spoiling!"
"Sorry. I gotta go because I'm just wearing a boxer though. Have fun making sandwiches!"
"Have fun doing whatever you're doing without your outfits on," she said before hanging up.
She looked at her sandwiches, proud. Yes, she made the sandwiches before asking him what he wanted inside. But she had a feeling that he was a cheese person. And she was right.
"What are you doing, honey?" her mother asked, coming in and looking at the mess.
"Picnic with Thiago," she said simply.
"Aw, I didn't know you were romantic."
"I'm not," she shrugged. "But Thiago is."
"Look at you, making effort for the person you love," Anneliese smiled. "He's lucky to have you."
"Nope. I'm lucky to have him."
