America is hardly ever nervous, but for some reason, Shelby really gets him anxious and flustered.

II. Feliciano

Italy is pale compared to his older brother. Seborga is on the same boat, which makes him feel a bit better, but Feli gets frustrated that Shelby is far less Italian than he is, and she looks far more Italian.

III. Feliks

It's no secret that Poland likes to dress up in traditionally feminine clothing. However, Feliks likes to avoid seeing Shelby dressed up, because it makes him self-conscious of his lack of curves.

IV. Gilbert

Prussia doesn't really like thank people for the stuff they do, but he's very grateful like Shelby is a vocal supporter of #TeamPrusseamz.

V. Ivan

Russia really wants to convince Shelby that he's not mean, scary, or creepy, but he's not sure how to go about that, so he acts like nothing's wrong or bothering him.

VI. Jett

Australia is fully convinced that he can cure Shelby's arachnophobia, and fully intends on doing so in the future.

VII. Juan

Mexico is convinced that Shelby has it out for him because of the America-Mexico rivalry. He's not scared of Shelby... But he doesn't want to be caught off guard. So even though he seems relaxed when he's around her, he's really just waiting for her to pounce.

VIII. Kiku

Japan keeps his emotions to himself, but he's also slightly jealous of Shelby, because ever since America and her met, Kiku and Alfred hang out less.

IX. Loung

Hong Kong wants Shelby's eyebrows. He's jealous of how scarce they are when they don't have makeup on them, whereas he's stuck with cursed eyebrows from England.

X. Lovino

Romano doesn't necessarily hate Shelby, as it may often come off as. He actually likes her, because they are so similar. But he'll never admit it, so don't ask him.

XI. Ludwig

Shelby scares Germany quite a bit. From what's he's heard/seen, she's like an American version of Dreamz, and it's too much for him to picture.

XII. Matthew

Canada is always prepared for the possibility that Shelby might turn around and spontaneously punch him in the face.

XIII. Yào

China believes that Shelby is a bad influence on Sammi, and doesn't really trust her all that much. However, because he wants to keep up trades with America, and doesn't want to upset Samantha, he keeps this to himself and remains pleasant.
