"I love summer time." Amelia chirped, taking another lick of her ice cream from the bench where she and Spencer sat.

"I love food." Spencer sighed, taking a scoop of his cup of ice cream and sliding it into his mouth to savor it.

Amelia smiled, bumping into Spencer playfully. "I love you." She muttered, winking at him.

Spencer's face flushed and he smiled nervously. "I love..." his eyes suddenly seemed to focus on something behind her, and his face brightened substantially, "DOG!"

"What?" Amelia asked in disbelief, before turning and looking behind her. A French bulldog had gotten loose from it's owner, who was trying to chase it.

"DOGGO!" Spencer yelled instantly forgetting his ice cream and sliding off the bench, landing on his knees and opening his arms. "Come here, puppy! Hello, puppy. You are so cute, yes you are!" Spencer spoke in a baby voice as the dog ran right in his lap and began lapping at his face. Spencer let out laughs of glee.

Amelia sighed, smiling as she watched Spencer pet the excited dog. "I really do love you."
