{Erza's POV}
"It's Mavis and Zeref's anniversary!" Lucy exclaimed ecstatically. I was so excited about it too. I never realized it up until now. "What should I wear? What should I wear?" She asked herself frantically.
I rolled my eyes to this. "Calm down. You're not the one having the anniversary." I said as I sat on the bed and crossed my legs.
"Sorry. I was just so excited."
"Palpably."
"Guys!" Levy stood on the door with a frown on her face. "We've got a problem." Her worried face caused me to worry as well. "Mavis can't seem to find her dress."
"This is indeed an emergency." I replied.
"Well, what are we gonna do?" Lucy asked as her excitement dropped down to zero. She flailed her arms. It was her hobby when she was worried about something. "We can't let the party be cancelled. I'm too excited." Her sad face made Levy sigh. Levy sat down beside me and shrugged.
"It's not like we have a short time for preparing for the party. We have five more hours, actually. I would love to finish the preparations early though." Levy answered, looking up at the ceiling. "I guess we'd have to find it in every way we can."
"Oh, but the boys are the one decorating, right?" Lucy inquired.
"As much as I really hate to say this, I need to. The boys are gone because they need to get the cake, which is two hours away. They told me that we should replace them."
"Then how are we supposed to find Mavis's dress if that's the case?"
"I don't know. Juvia can't help because she's too busy preparing our foods for the party later." We all sighed. "Mavis is sulking at a corner." We can't let the anniversary be like this. We can't let Mavis sulk at a corner.
"For the second time, what are we gonna do?" I asked in a monotonous voice.
"Do you wanna build a snowman?" Lucy laughed. She was already like this after the night of the story-telling. "Kidding aside, why don't we just lend her a dress? I mean, we all have dresses, right? I can lend her some. I don't use 'em that much anyway."
Levy facepalmed. "I haven't thought of that. Thank you, Lucy. That's what we must do." Levy grinned. "Okay, peeps! It's time to work!"
Three hours later, Mavis wore a white dress with black dots. She looked elegant. Zeref and the boys haven't arrived yet, which was pissing me off. Right, one more hour before they could arrive. We decorated the whole room for three hours and dressed up Mavis. When that was done, it was time for our own preparation. The boys had already prepared themselves earlier than us, so everything was solved. They just have to arrive.
"I can't be happier than this. Thank you." Mavis gasped, her eyes brimming with tears. We all did a group hug. Just in time, Juvia came out of the kitchen and removed the apron. She smiled at us and ran to join the group hug.
"The food is ready. What happened when I wasn't around?" Juvia grinned.
"So many, Juvia." I chuckled. "It's time for you to get ready, though." We hauled her to the dressing room.

"You have arrived! Thank goodness." I glared at the five boys who was in the gate, panting. "Five more minutes. Come in before I get angry." They all scampered inside, sweaty. I scrunched my face in disgust, but not before looking at Jellal who was looking at me too for some reason. It took all my will power to not blush. His red and blue necktie suited him.
"Wh-What? Get inside!" He immediately went out of my sight, and when he was out of my sight, I crouched and dragged my hands to my face. "He's handsome. Ah—why am I blushing? I'm such an idiot." I tried to calm down and compose myself.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the anniversary party of Mavis and Zeref." Lucy and Natsu both greeted as the audience smiled at them warmly. They were both the emcees of the event.
"Thank you for coming. As you all know, Mavis and Zeref are already engaged. They don't want to tell us the date of the wedding!" Natsu exclaimed as everyone laughed. "They're very sweet, aren't they?" Natsu whispered to Lucy though it was heard by the guests. He pointed at Mavis and Zeref and everyone laughed.
"Shut up," Lucy nudged him. "Anyway, I hope that soon, they'll have kids." The sweet couple blushed. "Let's start the program!" And the guests went wild.
"Jellal and Erza will sing, I see." Natsu smirked at Jellal who was just beside me. He offered me his hand so I could stand up, and I reluctantly took it. We went up the stage and started singing.

We bowed as soon as we finished singing and went down the stage. "That was a very wonderful performance!" Lucy exclaimed with everyone clapping.
"And sweet as well." Natsu added which made the people tease us. I couldn't help but blush again. "Erza Scarlet is blushing! Look!" Natsu shouted over the microphone. Jellal looked over to me and that's when my blush deepened. Oh man, why now?
"For the next part of the program, we'll see Gray Fullbuster have his very amusing dance moves." Natsu announced. By this, I became curious. Very amusing? What was he—
"Bwahahahaha!" Jellal laughed so hard along with the audience. I glanced at Gray and saw him dancing in a hotdog costume. I laughed and accidentally slapped Jellal's arm which made him stop laughing and wince in pain. But Gray looked so ridiculous! He was wiggling like crazy. Juvia was even rolling on the floor.
"Okay, to be honest, that was hilarious." Lucy said, out of breath. "Nonetheless, it was a wonderful performance." She laughed after she had said that which made the audience laugh, too.
"Oi, Luce. Stop laughing. It's... time for the games..." Natsu paused while reprimanding Lucy because he himself was stifling his laugh. Lucy's laugh was contagious.
"Right, right." Lucy mumbled, wiping the tears that had escaped her eyes. She cleared her throat. "Let's have the game question and answer." Is that even a game? "To answer everyone's questions, yes, it's a game. There's a twist in this game. If you haven't answered the question right or if you lie, you'll have to do whatever the audience wants you to do. The Eight Members are the only one included in this game." My eyes widened. That's not fair! "But of course Natsu and I aren't included in this game. Mavis! Zeref! Sit back and enjoy!" We all frowned as the six of us went on-stage.
I suddenly felt that I stepped on someone. "Ow! Hey!" I turned to see Jellal glaring at me. I gave him a peace sign.
"Let's start the game!" Natsu grinned. "Gray. You're first." Natsu showed us the name of Gray. "If you'd have kids, how many do you want?"
Gray immediately blushed and bit his lip. He was preventing himself to look at someone. Who, though? "Three." He answered.
"Triplets?" Lucy chortled. "Well then, he didn't lie." She turned to Gajeel. "Mr. Redfox, you're next." She held up a cardboard which had Gajeel's name in it. "Who is your idol?"
He didn't become flustered and, looking straightforward, he answered: "Blue Maiden a.k.a. Levy McGarden." He didn't look like he was lying, and so Lucy let it off the hook. Levy couldn't seem to recover—she looked surprised.
"You know your greatest fan, Levy." Natsu smirked. "The next question is for... Jellal Fernandes. Who is that girl that might be your wife in the future?"
Jellal, bashful as ever, shook his head. "I don't know. I'm a drummer, not a fortune-teller."
"Who is that someone you like, then?" The two boys looked relieved that they haven't got that question. Jellal trembled, his face beet-red. Hm, I don't know about that, too.
"In three seconds—"
Lucy held up a hand. "Natsu, it's time for the buffet. We'll leave each one of us curious for now."
"Food!" Natsu's eyes glimmered and he quickly went over to the table of food.

"Now, now. Stop eating." Lucy told Natsu as she pulled him to the stage. "Everyone. May all of you have the time of your lives. Music please!" And a loud music came in the scene.
People started standing up and they danced in the middle of the backyard while I started yawning. "I'm getting sleepy." I mumbled to myself. Maybe I should go rest for awhile.

"Don't sleep 'cause we gotta enjoy the night!" Lucy pulled me up making my sleepiness go away. I looked at my friends as they danced to the beat of the music.
The music suddenly changed into a slow music. Some got their partners and some went back to their own seats, and I was included in the second one I have mentioned.
"Uh, Erza." I whirled my head to see Jellal walking towards me holding something. "Merry Christmas." He gave me a little brown bear. I hesitantly took it from him and thanked him. I was about to walk upstairs to my room when he held my wrist. "Uh, Erza. May I have this dance?" My eyes widened and I blushed. What will I say?
"I'll just... put this upstairs." I pointed to the teddy bear I was holding and ran to my room.
I closed the door and leaned on it. My heart was racing and I felt so nervous. My mind was in a frenzy, and I don't know what to do anymore. Dance with him. My subconscious mind told me. There'll be no problem with that.
I heaved in air and nodded. I saw Jellal standing outside my room. "Wha-What are you—" I trailed off when he offered me his hand.
"Shall we?" Blushing, I took his warm hand. "Why is your hand so cold?" It is? "Yeah." I didn't realize I spoke out loud. "Are you nervous?" I nodded. "Then let's dance here." He placed my arms around his neck and he placed his hands around my waist. My heart's gonna burst. We then did a few waltz in the hallways of our rooms. I still hear the faint music from the backyard.
"Merry Christmas." He mumbled as he put his forehead in mine.
"Yeah, Merry Christmas." I replied, blushing.
