{Levy's POV}
So.. the boys have decided that they are gonna cancel their bonding with their parents.
And.. it's.. the day. The day we've all been waiting for. It was the day when Gray has to reveal our biggest secret to the people around us. Not only Gray, though. He's not the only one who has to reveal and face all the fan fights first. Heh.
"Juvia, wake up. We have something very important to tell you," Erza said, combing her hair. She was going somewhere, but I don't know where. She told us that she'll be back by dinner time. As much as how curious I am, I can't stalk Erza. I have to witness everything today. From Gray's announcement to the fans' reaction.
"Oh. It's Gray announcing." she mumbled then sat up on her bed. Lucy smirked, shaking her head.
"It's not only Gray announcing, sweetie." Juvia's brows were raised in an instant. She looked at each one of us inquisitively. Heh. Erza, it's time to tell Juvia.
Erza brought out a small photo and handed it over to Juvia. Juvia gaped at us with a perplexed and annoyed expression. "Tell me. What's going on here? Why do you have this picture? When was this photo taken? What is this for?" she spoke too fast that I think I never understood anything.
Lucy raised her hands, telling Juvia to calm down. "Chill, girl. This photo was taken yesterday at the van. You and Gray were asleep, and you looked like a real couple with your heads leaning against each other, so we decided to take a picture of you and Gray.
"Aaaand also, we have decided to make you and Gray the ones who will announce the big revelation. Atleast if you're with him, you could also answer some questions regarding the old issue between you and Gray. You can be the ones who will close the issue."
Juvia remained tranquil for some time, then later looked at me with an expecting look. "What?" I queried.
"I thought you were also gonna say something." she replied, sighing. "I don't want to. Besides, I know that the issue between us was gone already. It's been months, you know. Also, Gray can do it. He can always do everything by himself. He doesn't need me by his side everytime." she reasoned, crossing her arms.
"Okay. Just.. do it." I insisted, pursing my lips into a thin line. She stared at me with a bewildered look, and shook her head.
"What's with you guys, persisting me to announce the revelation with Gray?" she inquired.
We answered her in chorus, "Don't ask, just do it!!" she backed away, not really liking the noise we were making. I could tell that she was getting flabbergasted and irritated at the same time.
"Okay, okay!! No need to shout!" she replied and walked into the bathroom.
-*-*-*-*
"You better announce it properly." Erza demanded with a stern look. I couldn't help but feel sorry for Juvia right now. I mean, who wouldn't be? Erza never let her rest. Eat, even! And the fact that she's being scolded by Erza every time she mispronounce words... how sad.
Gray was just watching her announce according to my peripheral vision. It's like he's in a deep thought while watching Juvia as well. I wonder what could he be thinking right no—
"Shrimp, Lucy told us to buy snacks." Gajeel told me, cutting my train of thoughts. Now what is this? Lucy is ordering us around? Bossy girl. "Hey, you coming or what?"
I pouted, "Coming." I stopped in my tracks when I remembered something. I pulled Gajeel's collar and gave him a pair of sunglasses and a blue hoodie. As for me, I had sunglasses and a blue hoodie as well. Wait. We look like a couple. Gah, whatever. Who cares, right? It's only a disguise anyway. You know, people might recognize us.
As I walked down the street with Gajeel behind me, I had a very strange feeling that someone was looking at me. Watching my every move was the more appropriate term, I guess. I frantically glanced around me and was muddled and baffled to see Gajeel was the one who was staring at me. He slowly strode towards me.
He removed my hoodie, tied the sleeves around my waist, and put his arms around me. The effect? I blushed. "H-Hey."
"Shush. You have a red mark on your white pants." Holy Broccoli! That was super embarrassing! I wish I never asked. I didn't know I had my period today. What now? Should I zip my mouth or protest? Ugh. Why did I even wear white pants in the first place?
"C-Can you.. uhm.. not mind what you saw?" I queried in a low voice. He took a quick glance at me then nodded. I sighed. Of course he's gonna continue to mind it. He might never forget it, actually. I could hit him with a stone in the head so he could forget what he saw, but I'm not a sadist. "Look, I'm trying my best to forget what I saw, okay? Never mind. Just buy a napkin later." I blushed when he said the word 'napkin'. How could he say that with such a calm voice!?
After we bought the snacks and the.... *ehem* napkin, we went home in complete silence. He was walking right behind me as usual. I couldn't shake off the thought of what he did earlier, too. When he snaked his arms around me, it was like, we were in a relationship. Oh, Levy. What the hell are you thinking!?
"You 'kay?" I almost jumped when Gajeel spoke. I nodded whilst still walking. The feeling of being ashamed washed over me again when he draped his arms around me. What is he doing now?
"H-Hey—"
"Don't talk." I opened my mouth so I could talk but then I closed it again when no words came out. My face feels so hot right now. I bet I look like a tomato.
When we were in front of the gate, he let go of me, "Go ahead. I'm gonna close the gate." I obliged immediately without any word. I could hear the gates being closed with a creak, so I couldn't help but peek on what Gajeel is doing now. And because of my stupidity and clumsiness, I tripped on a rock. Ugh, way to go, Levy. I have my period this day, too. This day couldn't get any better.
My face lay flat on the cement. Ow. I hope he doesn't—
"You and your great clumsiness. Same old Levy I know," I shut my eyes in embarrassment. He'll tease me, I know. "Don't worry, I will not tease you." he snickered. I squealed when he picked me up and carried me all the way to the house—bridal style.
"Put me down!" I blurted out, my face becoming redder as each second passed by. He shook his head as I protested. I didn't notice that we already entered the house. The gang were looking at us like we were aliens from outer space or something.
"Please don't get the wrong idea," I told them, then they suddenly had their creepy smiles. This is embarrassing. Now they're thinking that we did something dirty. Typical for this group of friends, huh?
"Hey, why are you carrying her like that?" Natsu snickered, grinning evilly. "Gajeel, I never thought that you're a man with dirty thoughts. I thought you were pure, man. So much for the good impressions." he said.
"No. It's not like that, you guys," I shook my head frantically. Oh dear, no one's gonna help me at this rate. Gajeel is more silent than me, and there's only a chance of 37% for him to speak up and defend me.
"Denying, my dear?" Juvia giggled, accidentally bumping Gray. She's hyperventilating! This is not good. When Juvia hyperventilates, she goes crazy. It's like, it's not Juvia we're having here. It's a whole new Juvia.
Erza had an astonished look, which got me bewildered. What's up with her? Why is her eyes wide and shining? "Just when did you two get together? When's the wedding? Can I plan the wedding? Can you please make the wedding the same day of marriage with Mavis and Zeref? Can I do the list of the invited guests?"
"Shut the hell up!" I hissed, annoyed. "We are not together! I sprained my ankle because of my oh-so-great-clumsiness, okay? He helped me. And you saw it with your two eyes! He carried me."
"Well then, why does he have to carry you bridal style?" Lucy smirked, quirking an eyebrow. Ugh. Do I always have to explain every single detail? The question wasn't intended for me because I don't really know the reason as to why Gajeel carried me in the first place, but it's just so irritating. It's not like they're our parents.
"Levy, you're annoyed. Do you, by any chance, have your period today?" Lucy asked shamelessly. If I could, then I'd punch her. Talk about blunt. There are boys around us, and yet she has no shame.
"I have. Seriously. Gajeel even helped with my matter awhile ago. I had a red mark on my white pants." The boys looked at Gajeel in awe. It's awkward to talk about things like this.
"We get it. Why carry Levy bridal style, Gajeel?" Lucy repeated.
"I carried her bridal style because I am carrying plastics of food, and there's not much time to think about how I should carry her." Gajeel spoke, which startled me at first. He doesn't like explaining that much; he's not a blabbermouth. And I think it's because he's irritated now that he spoke. And when he's irritated he's.....
"RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!" Gray and Natsu screamed, and the gang went crazy.
