{Juvia's POV}

Gah, Halloween's just not me. I hate it! Good thing it was now finished. Hello, November!

Anyways, I want to find something to do. I just finished practicing the guitar chords of All Of Me, and now I couldn't do anything. Write a story? Nah, that's just not for me. Play COC? It's boring sometimes. I already upgraded my troops yesterday, so there's nothing to do about it. Maybe asking Erza, Lucy, and Levy should do it.

"Hey, Lucy? Do you know something fun to do?" She looked up from writing her novel on Wattpad. It was entitled My Prince Charming. Basically, the story just described her a lot.

She beamed, "Mhm. You should write a novel, write a song, or maybe even read a story. You want some books? I can lend you some, if you'd like. There's tons to choose from." I thought about reading a book. Hmm, maybe reading some won't be bad at all. I nodded at her, and she led me to her room with a mini library.

"Here you go! The Lost Boys! It's fun and thrilling at the same time. It's my most recommended book. It has at least 500 pages, and I'm sure that's where you could spend your time. You could return it anytime you want. After you read it, tell me what you think, okay? Oh, and one more thing. It has some r scenes too. You could skip it if you'd like." 500 pages? Now that's many. I just thanked Lucy and went out of her room.

I flopped down on my bed, reading page 1. The cover of the book was pretty interesting; a graveyard with a couple in it, and so I decided to read it. Tristan... and Joey. Hm. I like their names. Hey, Joey is a girl, mind you.

After a few more minutes of reading, I gave up. Sorry, but reading's just not my thing. To do more, I went to Erza. "Erza? You know something fun I can do?"

"Fun? Try taking care of a pet."

"A pet?"

"Yeah. Dog.. cat.. parrot.. bunny." Erza sighed dreamily, her eyes twinkling. I pursed my lips into a thin line. It looks like fun, taking care of a pet. I have seen a cat, and my eyes twinkled at that moment. It was so adorable; its eyes and its 'meow.' I have decided. I'm gonna buy a cat.

I grinned at Erza, "I like your idea. Where can I buy a cat? I'd like a cat. It's just so cute and adorable."

Erza rolled her eyes, "In a shoe shop." She said sarcastically. "Pet shop, of course. Cross the street and you'll find the Rogue's Pet Shop."

I just nodded at her then went outside the house.

"Yes, ma'am-Cerulean Mermaid?!" A guy with black hair gasped after seeing me. I just told him to keep quiet. "Okay. What can I do for you? Do you like to buy a pet? You've got tons to choose from. It's surprising to see you here."

"Ah, hehe. I want to buy a cat or kitten, actually." I shrugged, thinking of a name for my cat. Juvia the second is a nice name.

"Wait here. I'll get all the cats we have in here."

"Sure."

I wondered around the store. I saw hamsters, turtle, and snakes. Is snake even a pet? I thought it's poisonous and might make you die if you got bitten? Whatever.

Wow! There's a cute chick there! Hey, I meant a chicken's son/daughter, all right? Don't think of any weird things like I'm a lesbian or something.

I continued to explore the place full of animals when I saw a dog. I knew it was a poodle, and I admit, it's cute. But nothing is cuter than a cat!

I heard a very familiar voice behind me. "Hey. You want this food, JG?" OMG. I'd know that voice everywhere. Don't tell me that's him. What is Gray Fullbuster freaking doing in here? With a dog named JG? (A/N: Comment if you noticed what JG stands for ;))

I turned around slowly only to find him carrying a dog breed: beagle. I think that's JG.

He caught me staring at him and so I looked away quickly. That was very embarassing. What now? He might assume that I like him or something.

"Hey, isn't JG adorable?" My eyes widened when I saw Gray standing beside me. Woah. That's fast. I didn't see him coming. He... he might tease me!!

Because of my nervousness, I blurted out an idiotic question. "Nani (what)? Are-are you talking to me?" I jabbed my index finger towards my body. He chuckled and nodded. "No, he's not cute." I replied, regaining my senses.

"Hey, he's cute!"

"Nope. A cat is cuter." I retorted.

"Nah-uh. A dog is cuter."

"No! I said cat."

"Dog."

"Cat."

"Dog."

"Ca-"

"Miss Cerulean Mermaid, here's your-oh, hi, Mr. Ice." The black haired guy greeted. Gray greeted him back and at that moment I then knew that his name is Rogue. Oh. So he's the owner of the pet shop.

"Uh, the cats?" I demanded, almost forgetting my argument with Gray. Rogue nodded and pushed a cage full of different breeds of cats. Waaa~! I want to take all of them back to the house! Sadly, Erza would scold me if I bring all of them home. Hm. All of them are adorable, but I think I'll go for the white persian cat.

After I bought the cat, I decided to think of his name. Yep, it's a boy! I must give him a name that I'll totally remember. Water. Ice. Water + Ice = Wice! That's it! Wice would be his name! I rapidly took Wice outside the pet shop but then came to a halt when I saw Gray crossing the street. Right. We're not yet done. We shall continue our Cat vs. Dog debate in the street.

"Hey!" I yelled at him as I slapped his back. He almost tripped and let go of the dog he was holding. He faced me with an annoyed expression.

"What the hell was that for!? That was harsh, you know!?"

"I don't care. The cat's a lot cuter."

"So you've decided this ain't over yet, huh? Well a dog's much more adorable. Many people love dogs more than cats. As you can see, dogs are called man's best friend."

"You know I'm not a man, right? I'm a woman, for pete's sake. Oh, and what if dogs are man's best friend? I still don't like them. They bark all day and night-so noisy. Not like cats. They are quiet, and their meows are not enough for the people to wake up."

"Uh-huh. The cat's scratches hurt. They bring rabies."

"Hello? When dogs bite, they bring rabies too. Also, we have something called Anti-Rabies. So stop yammering that dogs are better because cats are. They have lesser rabies than dogs."

"Oh really? Then-"

"Watch out!"

What?

Before I even knew it, a guy pushed us to the other side of the street. What happened? Oh. We were almost smashed flat by a car. We'd be dead if that guy hadn't pushed us.

Oh-kay. This position is awkward. Gray was on top of me, and our faces were so close-an inch? I think so.

Of course I was embarassed, and so I pushed Gray away from me, screaming, "Get off of me!" And I just remembered our pets. They're all safe but... oh no. The cat and the dog are about to get in a brawl. Tell me why I remember Natsu and Gray in this one.

"Hey. Don't fight now." Gray and I exclaimed in unison. We looked at each other, blushed, then looked away.

That's when I saw all the people around us-including Zeref and Mavis. Oh dear Wice. Save me.

"Are you okay, JG Mermaid?" I heard Gray ask his pet, JG Mermaid. Wait, Mermaid? Reminds me of myself.

I tapped his shoulder. "Don't act like you're not noticing the people in here. Look around. We're surrounded." He became pale as soon as he saw the people around us.

"Isn't that... Ice and Cerulean Mermaid from Color of Girls and Elemental Boys?"

"Yeah. Are they secretly dating?"

Dating? Yeah, right. We were fighting for your information, you damned people.

I was so pissed off that I didn't noticed that someone grasped my hand and is now pulling me. Wait. Pulling me?

"Gray? What the heck do you think you're doing?!"

"Dragging you?"

"That'll make the people more convinced that we're dating!!"

He shrugged. "It's none of their business. Besides, we're not really dating, right? Unless if you want to. I can heed your request." I playfully smacked his shoulder then I let go of his hand.

"I should be going now. You're getting in my nerves." I said, strutting my way towards the Color of Girls's house. I heard Gray's dog bark a few meters away from us, then suddenly, Wice meowed.

When I reached the house, I saw the Color of Girls watching news on tv. I let go of Wice.

"Breaking news: Ice of Elemental Boys and Cerulean Mermaid of Color of Girls are now dating! Look! They even have their pets together with them! Ice held Cerulean Mermaid's hand!"

I wish I have just gone somewhere but here.
