Valentina's POV

At 1:10 the bell rang, dismissing my class from Placement Of Regions, just like it did earlier for Genes Of Pokémon From Kanto And Johto. I got out of my seat and exited the classroom, and started heading toward the cafeteria.

When I got there, I sat down in my regular seat. Grace wasn't there yet. She must still be in Mythical Pokémon : Advanced. I quickly grabbed my lunchbox from a nearby cart, and started unpacking it.

Then Falcon and Jace came and sat down in front of me. Now, don't get me wrong, I've never showed any signs of it, but ever since Falcon came here, I've had a little crush on him...

"Hey!" Jace said. I nodded at him, trying not to think about Falcon.

"I was wondering, did you go to Genes Of Pokémon From Kanto And Johto yet?" Falcon asked.

"Just came from it," I said. "Wasn't it about... Eevees? Aren't we something like... the Kanto Trio?"

Jace nodded. "Uh- yeah. I was wondering if we could be friends? And since me and Falcon are cousins, -and I got dirt on him- he wants to be friends too."

I looked over at Falcon, who was half-smiling. "Um. Sure. Friends," I answered. I smiled, trying to make Jace happy, but I couldn't match his enthusiasm.

Then Grace sat down, lunchbox in hand, and Falcons face went more red that normal. I slightly nudged Grace and nodded at  Falcon. I don't think he noticed because he was blushing, starting at his shoes. Jace slightly laughed at this, and nudged Falcon under the table.

"Well, we best go. Bye Valentina. Bye Grace," Jace said as he and Falcon got up and walked away. I waved goodbye; Grace did too.

"He likes you," I told Grace under my breath.

"You like him," Grace whispered.

"Shush," I hissed. Grace giggled and started eating.

Jace's POV

"You so like her," I told Falcon. I looked over at him, smirking. "I could ask her out if you want."

Falcons eyes got big. "No! She is so out of my league!" Falcon yelled.

"You mean YOU are out of Grace's league."

"Well... yeah.."

I smirked more. "I thought this was just supposed to be the Kanto Trio," I said.

"Well now it's the Kanto Trio plus Glaceon!" Falcon hissed, as he got up to throw away his stuff.

"The Kanto Trio plus Glaceon. Okay," I said as I followed Falcon over to the trashcan.
