Eva's POV

"Eva! Wake up, it's time for breakfast!" I hear Flair shout. "Coming!" I shout while rubbing my eyes. Before I reach the door, I trip on a toy. "Ouch!" "Hey, you okay?" I hear Poppy ask. "Yep!" I say.

"Oh, finally! You have to eat quickly. We don't want to be late for the first day of school. Again..." Icicle says. I don't know what she meant by again.. We're normally pretty early... "Eva!" I hear Taima shout. " Okay, okay, I'm coming..." I say. You do not want to get shouted at from Taima. He wants things done quickly. Mainly because his nature is hasty.

After breakfast, we get our school bags and make sure we get everything.

"Hurry guys, the school bus is here!" I hear Bay shout. We all rush to the bus but sigh missed it again...

"Ugh. This is why you have to hurry up." He says, pointing to me. "Never mind that, let's just run there. Vivien, you and Eva come with me. Triton, Fifi and Celeste will go together. And Flair, Icicle, Poppy and Taima will go together." Bay says. "Let's go!"

I also don't get why we had to go separate ways. We rush over to the school in the quickest route Bay knows. And it just so happens to have jumping on rocks involved. I wonder where the others are going...

Celeste's POV
Since me and my companions can look over the trees, I ask Fifi to use psychic to lift me up while I drag them in the air as well. I tell Fifi to bring me North, which is the direction school is.

Poppy's POV
"Come on guys, let's go this way! I haven't discovered this place yet and it looks exciting!" Flair says. "But Flair, it's going South, opposite of the direction we're actually supposed to go." I say. "Guys! I found a really quick route to school! It's just this path right here!" Icicle says. "Let's go then!" Taima shouts, running down the path.

Eva's POV
Finally here! I go separate ways with my family- except Vivien- we're in the same class. I walk down the hall to my locker. Vivien also goes to hers. I leave my books there. We don't learn stuff on the first day.

I go to my class with Vivien. Since she's so smart, she's actually supposed to be a grade higher than me. But she's too shy to be alone so she stays with me instead.

"Alright class, it's the first day of school you know what that means?" Mr. Farfetch'd announces. "Yes, Mr. Farfetch'd ..." everyone replies. "Introduction time!" Mr. Farfetch'd says enthusiastically. "Woo...." everyone says.

"First, please." Mr. Farfetch'd says. "I- I'm Goomy...." Goomy says quietly. "Next!" Mr. Farfetch'd says. "I'm Eva!" I shout. "Next!" Mr. Farfetch'd says. "Um- I'm- I'm- I'm Vivien." Vivien says nervously. The next subjects went on like that.

Lunch

"Ugh... Finally!" I say in relief, eating with my friends and Vivien. "Well, I agree it's tiring, but maybe it's to know each other better." Espurr says. "Espurr. We've known each other since kindergarten! We know each other well enough already." I say. "Well, maybe you should be thankful we're not doing any stressful stuff yet." Deerling says. "Y- yeah!" Goomy says. "That's true Eva!" Vivien says. "Ugh... alright.." I say.
