He was bullied in school, until a popular boy at school intervened after he found out, and they became close friends. They are still good friends today, and said boy recently visited him in Korea.

He use to call his sister in tears when he first moved to Korea, because it was scary not understanding what people were saying 😣😔

He was scared of Aaron when he first joined Starship, and would ignore him. Until one day he built up the courage and asked if he wanted to get Thai food with him. They were out for hours and became close afterwards.

He has recurring nightmares, he always goes to Hannie and Chul's room after he wakes up from them, and sleeps there instead 🥺

He personally asked his father to have his mother cremated so he could take some of her back to Korea with him. She is neatly placed on a shelf in the dorm, it's tradition that the members touch the shelf when they walk past (to pay respects) 😭
