A single woman was seen standing alone barefooted as it appeared as if she was walking amongst the stars. She was a slender young woman with red eyes and black hair with diagonally cut bangs, and has two pairs of longer bangs, each on the front and back of her head, respectively. She wears a red qipao with a cherry blossom pattern that exposes much of her back, and a lily flower on the right side of her head.

"My name is Xiaomei. Someday you will learn more about who I am. For now, think of me as the narrator of the series. Last chapter...we skipped 20 thousand years into the future? Don't read too much into it. You see...in this story...."time" doesn't really mean much."

~With Yuuki~
"What do you want?"

"It's like Becky said. We're here to see a man called Weisz."

"I see. You work for Sibir, don't you? If you leave right now, i'll let you walk out of here alive."

As the man claiming to be Weisz spoke, Yuuki and Shiki quickly looked upwards. Yuuki looked upwards due to hearing a gun clicking from upstairs. Shiki looked upwards as he still had on the goggles and saw someone upstairs holding a gun. Soon the two boys nodded at each other as they both screamed out for the group.

"TAKE COVER!!!!!!"

"I'll take care of the bullets!!!!!"

Using his Ether Gear, Yuuki increased the sound of his voice and matched its frequency with the bullets in order to cause them to shatter when they came into contact with his amplified sound. While he was doing that, Shiki used his own Ether Gear to cause himself to stick to the ceiling of where he was. When he used the googles in Weisz's lab, he found the shooter's location.

"Magimech Attack:Gravity Fist!!!!!"

As Shiki's arm glowed momentarily, he delivered a punch with all his weight behind it onto the ceiling as the sheer force caused blunt damage not only to the shooter, but to his surroundings as well. Just when Shiki stopped the attacker, Yuuki heard the sound of a motorcycle starting up. The moment he turned around, he saw Weisz leaving the area.

"Did he run off, Rebecca?"

"Yeah, Shiki."

"Are you people working with Weisz? Then give him this message."

~A few minutes later~
Yuuki and the group were now eating at a local restaurant. Though Yuuki was suffering from a minor headache while Shiki was admiring how the underground civilization had a river. However, Rebecca was confused by the situation the group found themselves in. 

"We came here to ask the professor to lend us a ship, but he's not at his house and some weirdo attacked us."

"They have the exact name though. Are you sure that wasn't him?"

"I'm sure. This is what Professor Weisz looks like."

After showing the picture of the professor, Rebecca noticed something off. Yuuki was being unusually silent. When she looked at the boy, she noticed how deep in thought in he was.

"What's wrong Yuuki?"

"Nyanmaru was so soft. I wonder if i'll meet him again."

"YOU'RE JUST THINKING ABOUT THAT MASCOT?"

"But it's weird. Usually Nyanmaru's mascot is out to promote the series, but it supposedly ended 50 years ago. I wonder if it got a reboot?"

Rebecca's eyes widen a bit when Yuuki mentioned that. As she tried to search something up on her phone, she noticed that she couldn't connect to the internet. Soon a screen appeared in the restaurant as a news anchor had an announcement.

"Onto our next news story. Blue Garden, a planet known for attacking immigrants, has seen the birth of a new adventurers' guild. This new guild, Shooting Starlight, has already brought in several members and with them, high hopes for blazing new trails in space."

"Hey. That's our guild! I didn't know it was brand new!"

"Is that true, Becky?"

"It was....50 years ago."

"Shiki....Yuuki....we're in a world of 50 years ago. This is Norma 50 years in the past!!"

"Did we slip in time?"

"I don't know how it happened, but we're definitely in the past. Happy, what year is it?"

"It's Cosmic era x492..."

When Happy said that, everyone looked at the signal that was in the center of Norma. The year they saw displayed wasn't x492. The year currently displayed was x442, an exact difference of 50 years. Realizing this, Yuuki slammed his right fist onto his left palm.

"I see. That would explain the situation. The guy we met earlier was Weisz 50 years from the past. It also explains why he wouldn't recognize Becky or Nyanmaru since they actually never met."

"What do we do?! It's 50 years in the past! I don't think i've even been born! Anyway, just calm down."

"Take your own advice Rebecca/Becky."

While everyone shared the same thought, Yuuki suddenly looked behind them as he heard something approaching them. Soon a large shadow was being cast onto the ground as Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy all saw the source of it.

"Where is Weisz? That scumbag stole my money? Are you lot scumbag too? Huh!!!!"

As Sibir was inside of his Knight Gear, his pet bird Payo was flying next to him. When he looked at Yuuki and the group, he was prepared to attack at any second.

"Payo."

"Yes, I know! My language isn't that foul, you know."

"We should run away while we can. Shiki, Yuuki, let's make a break for it."

"Hold on, the red haired one is still in our sights. You're not getting away!!!!"

"I was worried of leaving the others behind since i'm a lot faster. But since they're ahead of me....I guess I can go a little faster!!!!"

Yuuki soon used his Ether Gear as his speed drastically increased, allowing him to catch up with Shiki and the others in a matter of seconds. Seeing this, Sibir scowled as he fired missiles at them from his Knight Gear.

"Eat shit!!!!!!"

"We're in trouble! What do we do Shiki?"

"Don't worry Rebeccca. Yuuki!!"

"I'm on it!!!!!!!"

The moment Yuuki screamed, he used his Ether Gear to boost the power of his voice. This resulted in Yuuki's screams being so powerful that the missiles exploded the moment the sound made contact with all of them. While this happened, Sibir quickly got behind Shiki as he slams the Knight Gear's fist towards him and Rebecca.

"You're mine!!!!

"Sorry, but you're in our way!!!!!"

"Shiki, Becky! This way!!!!"

"On it!!!!!"

As Shiki landed on the ground with Rebecca and Happy, Yuuki led the way since they now had a chance to hide. Due to his hearing, he heard a lot of people speaking yet there was no one around on the streets. While he lead the way to find the group a place to hide, Sibir got out of his Knight Gear along with Payo.

"Payo payo."

"I know. He'll definitely come back. You can count on it."

~Meanwhile~
Yuuki and the others were seen in a bar that was in the slums. While Yuuki sat down and drunk some water, he looked around and saw a lot of different species of people. However, him and everyone else need to handle their situation for now. Soon Shiki was the first of them to speak up.

"Ok, so the professor stole something and escaped. Not only that, but we're 50 years in the past."

"Yeah. Though i'm more surprised how you knew where this bar was, Yuuki."

"I didn't know. I simply heard a lot of people talking but saw no one else on the outskirts. I simply followed the noise."

"I see. The Professor once told me about this bar. He said it was like a hideout for him. That's why....I thought for sure we'd run int-"

Rebecca suddenly felt someone bump against her and apologized. When she looked at the person she was apologizing to, she saw the person that held a gun at her and the others earlier.

Soon Rebecca began to explain the situation to Weisz. From how he fixed Happy to how he's her benefactor and that her and the rest of the group were from the future. She even showed him a photo of his older self, causing him to freak out due to how thin his hair got.

"Well, when you tell me that all at once, it's hard to believe. But at least you aren't with Sibir."

"So what exactly did you steal? Is it in that case?"

"That's none of your business, red head. You shouldn't poke your nose in my business any further. If you really came from the future, all the more reason not to. Be a good kid and go back to the future."

"I told you we don't know how!"

"Why should I car-"

As Weisz looked around, he no longer saw the case on the counter of the bar. He quickly looked at the ceiling after hearing someone laughing. Soon he saw Shiki standing on the ceiling as he was holding onto the case.

"I've changed my job to thief!!! Now what's in this thing?"

"You bastard!"

Suddenly, Shiki noticed that he was no longer controlling gravity and he fell onto the ground. He noticed that couldn't use his Ether Gear for a moment. Soon the case he dropped began to open up. Seeing this, Weisz immediately tried to get to the case.

"My money!!!!!"

"That was quite the rough way to handle me, Master."

When Yuuki looked in the direction of the voice, his eyes lighten up a bit with what he saw. In his sight was a small robot, having "hair" styled similar to a bob cut with an upside-down triangle symbol with a stylized "P" in it. She has a small set of eyebrows and has eyeliner with little blush on her cheeks. She wears a small blue and green dress with a white collar, a pair of small fairy-like wings from behind, and a pair of shoes. Additionally, she has a pair of antennae resembling rabbit ears and has multiple joints along her arms and her right leg. However, her left leg was not even a leg but a mere screw.

"Oh, I do not see my Master's figure."

"First a big robot and now a small one......"

"I am an anti-machine android for your information. My name is EM Pino. Please call me Pino."

As Pino stood up and saluted, the bar was suddenly experiencing a black out. While this happened, Yuuki stared at Pino as he heard the small robot talking to Shiki.

"I apologize. It's the effect of my EMP."

"EMP?"

"Electromagnetic Pulse. They're electromagnetic waves that temporarily shuts down electronic equipment. That would explain why your Ether Gear suddenly stopped working, Shiki."

Soon the lights came back on. Shiki looked at Pino with a smile on his face. When he walked up to her, he crouched downwards to get a closer look at her.

"You have such a cool power! Be my friend!!!!!"

"Friend....the definition of friend does not seem to match the circumstances of this situation, but i'll allow it."

"Alright!!!!!!!!!"

"So this is how Becky and Nyanmaru felt when he did the same thing to me."

"Weisz, be my friend too!!!!!"

"Like hell I will!!!!"

"Could it be that Sibir plans to use that EMP to make money?"

"What do you mean, Wiseman? Like hacking electronic currency?"

"Oi! What's with that lame nickname, red head?! Anyways....I should take this chance! Luck is on my side once again!!!!"

After saying that, Weisz left the bar in a hurry. Soon Yuuki, Rebecca, Shiki, and Happy left the bar as well. As they roamed the streets of Norma, Yuuki noticed something in Shiki's hand.

"Shiki, is that a B-Cube?"

"Yeah, I found it in that case that Pino was in."

"Do you mind if I see it for a bit?"

As Shiki nods his head, he hands the B-Cube over to Yuuki. The moment Yuuki activated it, everyone saw a holographic cube appear before them as they saw two figures. The larger one being Sibir and the other being Pino.

~Flashback~
"Dance for me, scum!!!! Did you forget that I picked you up from the streets?"

"I'm sorry, but I am not programmed with that ability. I am an anti-machine android."

Angered by her defiance, Sibir picked up Pino with his left arm. Since she couldn't dance, she had no use for legs in his eyes. Soon Sibir used his mechanical right arm to crush Pino's left leg until it tore off. The man and the rest of his gang laughed at this spectacle as Pino was in tears. Sibir soon began to look down upon the small android that had tears in its eyes.

"Who is your master?"

"My master is......."

"ME!!!!! Erase all memories of your previous master. Erase them yourself, delete your memories!"

"That is the one thing I can't do. Those are precious memories. Anything but that! Please don't erase them!!!!"

Soon Sibir began to order one of his men to take out Pino's memories and erase them. While this happened, Pino pleaded for them to let her keep her memories, but her plea fell upon deaf ears.

"I want to go home.....back to my master."

~Flashback ends~
"I'll take you to him, Pino!!!!!"

"Shiki!"

"Don't try to stop me, Rebecca! It doesn't matter if we're in the past. My friend is in tears!!!!!"

"I'm have no intention of stopping you. I can't forgive that guy either. The latest maintenance date is recorded on the case. The year it has listed is x492. While we don't know the specifics, Pino is an android from this time's future. It came to this era just like us. If Sibir is using it for evil purposes then I can't sit back and watch!"

"Aye! The past is already ruined by Sibir. Let's stop him!!!!"

Soon the group looked towards Yuuki as he was still silent. As the boy walked forward, they saw the boy had a calm look on his face. However, his eyes were as cold as ice. Soon, Yuuki began to speak his mind as he was heading to the bar.

"I have unnaturally strong hearing. I've heard many things with this hearing of mine. However, even so, the one noise I hate listening to the most are tears falling to the ground. Let's head for the bar and try to find clues to Sibir's hideout. We'll do everything in our power to save Pino, and when we do, we'll beat Sibir to a pulp!"
