CHAPTER 13

So guys, this chapter may be a bit long. Scratch that. All of the chapters in this story are going to be long! Just avheads up. Any who, enjoy!!

( Eddys p.o.v)

It was Monday , which meant I have to go back to school... And listen to Edd continue to go on and on about Kevin. Which really hurts. But I guess theirs not much I can do. I don't think I'm trying hard enough.

So there's going to be some foot ball game that all the students are required to go to. I tried to talk Edd into ditching. And maybe do something else with me...
But he insisted that we go , since wjen is sockhead into sports?!?

I think he said it was because it was Eds first game. You know what u think? I think that he just wanted to go so he can stare at shovel chin. What does he even see in him anyways? He just keeps on talking about how great he is. *sigh*

But the games starting so yeah. I wasn't paying attention the whole time. I don't even like foot ball. O well. Edd wanted to come so....

Why doesn't he relies all the things I do for him? I guess I don't always make it obvious, but I think I have pretty good intentions. I looked over to Edd who looked like he was focusing real hard on the game.

( Edd's p.o.v)

I had finally talked Eddy into accompanying me to our schools game of football. To be honest, I wasn't that into foot ball. But Ed did join the foot ball team. So I thought I would show him some support. And Kevin too~.
I tried doing some research on the sport and how it is played before I watch. But I still don't fully understand. I looked at the field. I saw Ed sitting out on the bench. Were they not letting him play?

I don't fully know what's going on.. But I saw this guy standing on the feild waving to the crowd. He was tall and slender. Even through the padding I could tell he was quite muscular. He clearly gets a lot of exercise, probably from being on the team. He had short brown hair I think was the color of burnt umber. He looked very familiar, but who was he?

As he waved and blew kisses to the crowd they all went wild.
I stared at him. He was very attractive indeed! But where did I see him from?

( time skip)

The game continued, judging by how much our school was cheering and hollering. And the opposing teams school were yelling profanities, and BOOs. I saw a blonde foot ball player, I could tell through his helmet. He was running when another player came running from the opposite direction. He tackled him down to the cold hard ground! Ouch! He looked like he was in pain. Next thing I know the game had stopped. The ref ran out on the feild and men came out with stretchers.

I caught I quick glimpse of his injured arm. The slight made me cringe! Let's just say... He won't be back on the foot ball feild any time soon!

I felt a strong hand on my shoulder. I turned my head to see that it was Eddy.
" Ouch! Sockhead, did you see that fall?"
His voice sounder course and deeper than usual. It was kind of....attractive. Wait!! Did I just refer to my BEST FRIEND as attractive? I'm sure that means nothing. Right?

" Indeed I did Eddy, it seamed quite painful."

" ...and that's why I'm probably never gonna join the football team.. Or any sports to be exact!"

" probably?!?"

We then both broke into laughter. Eddy always knew how to make me laugh since we were small. He doesn't know how much I value our friend ship. With Ed too of course...

( Eddys p.o.v)

" ...and that's why I'm probably never gonna join the football team.. Or any sports team to be exact!"

I said, trying to start up a conversation with Edd.

" probably ?!?"

Then we both broke out into laughter.
His laugh was adorable ~. It was kind of like a childish giggle. I loved how his cheeks formed dimples and they way he covered up his smile.

As the laughter died down we turned our attention back to the game. Edd grabbed my arm and pointed to the feild frantically. He had a big smile spread across his face.

" Eddy look!!"

Hey! Would you look at that! Their puting lumpy into the game.

We saw how he walked onto the feild with a big goofy grin on face.
The crowed started cheering. I don't know if it was because of lumpy, or because the game wasn't going to be canceled. Maybe even both?

He waved his hand to us. I watched how Edd excitedly waved his hand back on the edge of his seat. It was kinda cute~.

Ed was great in the game! He even helped that guy who Edd had been staring at earlier score a touch down. Edd was so proud of him, and he didn't even know his name! All he knew was that he was super attractive and looked very familiar. But who was he? Who?
The game was soon finished. The Peach Creek Coyotes were the victors of the game. Leaving the opposing team , the West Park Aardvarks ( who also happened to be their rival school) beyond pissed.

People in the form of crowds started to gather their things and leave.
Edd and Eddy both gathered their things and left as well. They were heading toward the exit when Edd got pulled to the side by some unknown figure. He squirmed and tried to release himself when he reliesed who it was.

" K- Kevin?"

he pulled him into the empty locker room.

" Kevin, may you please let go of me at once!"

Kevin releised Edd from his grasp.

" W-why did you bring me back here"

" I wanted to talk to you dork..."

" About w-what!?!"

Kevin pulled him closer, and put one of his hands supporting his back. And the other cupped around his face.

He then pulled him closer to his face and gently placed a kiss on his lips.

He pulled away and looked Edd right in the eyes.
" Listen, I really like you Edd...."

" R-really?"

" Well yeah. That's kinda why I kissed ya."

" Oh." Now Edd felt kinda rudiculous for even asking.

" so.... Do you like me back? Or did I make a mistake pulling you back here?"

Edd thought about it for a sec. Then he thought about the guy on the feild. Heheh. Then he thought about Eddy. What about Eddy? Why would he even think about him in a time like this? Maybe its because he thought he was kinda h...

" I do... Like you back that is."

A smile of relief grew on Kevin's face.

" Good"

He pulled Edd in for another kiss. But this time, it was filled with more passion. Edd hesitated, he hasn't tmreally kissed any one. Except for Eddy, but that was a long, long, time ago. And even then he was filled with shock so he couldn't really kiss back.

Kevin kept on kissing him with little breaks for air. Edd soon started to kiss back with just as much passion. Kevin let his hand wander around Edd's lower back, giving Edd's small butt a sqeeze. When he did so, Edd let out a small gasp giving Kevin an opportunity for entrance. He slid his tongue in, even teasinly liking Edd's bottom lip. Soon Eddy did the same with his tongue.
Edd let out small moans hear and their causing Kevin to devilishly smile into the kiss. Edd put his arms around Kevin's Neck to deepen the kiss. And Kevin continued to let his hands wander.
After a little while Kevin pulled away give Edd a last small peck on the lips.

" Edd..."

" Mmm hmm?"

" Do you wanna go out with me?"

Edd couldn't believe what he was hearing. Did his ears deceive him??

Edd didn't notice he was staring off into space.

" ... So is that a yes or.... "

" it is!" He said while nodding his head quickly.

" good." He said whiles smirking.

Edd opened his mouth to say something else. When someone else with bright green hair came rushing in.

" HEY KEV-..." He paused when he noticed Edd was also standing there. In the football teams locker room.

" Hey, didn't see you there Double cutie~" he said winking at him making a small blush spread across Edd's face. Also causing Kevin to glare at him.

" Sorry for interrupting... What ever's going on between you to."

This caused Edd to blush even more.

" Anyways, coach wants you back out on the feild."

" OK, I'll be out in a sec."

Nat then left, Kevin started to fallow.

" Bye Edd. I'll pick you up on Saturday for our date at 6 o clock SHARP!! Be ready ok dorko?!"

They way Kevin said that so sharply made him jump!

All he could do was nod quickly.

And with that, Kevin was gone. Leaving Edd completely alone.

Hi its kitten1134 here! Hope you enjoyed this chapter. When I was thinking about the school mascot, I was thinking about putting with wildcats! And then I thought that'd be WAY to highschool musical.
" let's go, wild cats!" And then after debating it in my head I chose to pick an animal that started with c because peach CREEK. So yeah. And then I thought of Wile E. Coyote. Heheh 😅.
And also when I wrote ' people started to gather their things and leave' I put ' thongs' by accedent. Woops. But I changed it. But I was debating if I should have left it. But the other part of me .. The rated PG part of me. Won that debate.

Also, who do you think the guy on the feild was? Where does Edd know him from? Will he like HIM instead of Kevin?
