Chapter 9

Remember those fan fics I requested in the previous chapter? I wasn't kidding. One of you guys gotta write those for me. I NEED them!

-Also, I will take some new fan fic requests for you. So long as it's a ship I know, and also ship. (Just not the ones I listed in the last chapter)

(3rd person p.o.v)

It was night time, Marie was sleeping in the guest room across from theirs.

Eddy walked out of the washroom from brushing his teeth and what's not getting ready for a good nights sleep. He wouldn't have to work tomorrow because it was some kind of holiday that day in peach creek, and Edd wouldn't have to work either. No one would.

Eddy joined his lover in bed and saw him writing something down on a notepad with the lighting in the room dim since only the lamp was on.

"Whatcha writing there?"

"I'm coming up with names for the baby."

"So soon? Babe your only two months. We have plenty of time for this baby stuff."

"Yes Eddy, but seven months will fly by in the blink of an eye. We must use this time wisely. We still have to decorate the baby's room, buy baby things like a crib, a bottle, toys, diapers, a stroller......" He said listening off the things they needed.

"Yeah, I get it, we got a lot of things to buy and money we have to spend."

"Which is why I must start coming up with a name, our daughter or son will be stuck with this name for the rest of their lives, we must make sure that it is absolutely perfect. Would you like to help me?"

"Sure, what do ya got so far?" Edd passed him over the book. The whole page was filled with a seaming endless list of names.

He read the first couple names.

-Jane
-Lavender
-Lucas
-Rose
-Aaron
-Felix
-Blaire
-Bentley
-Megan
-Mason
-Violet
-Christopher

Etc...

"Those are nice names."

"Thank you, I'm trying to chose a name that works well with both of our last names." He said with a smile.

When Edd mentioned the last name, he thought of having a little baby and Edd with his last name.

Which got him thinking, if he and Edd were going to have a family, then, maybe, just maybe, now was a good time to propose to Edd. Not in bed whiles their in their pj's of course, but somewhere nice and romantic.

They've been dating for a long time now, and he loved Edd, with all his heart. He couldn't picture himself being with someone other than Edd. In fact, it was impossible for him to picture him with someone else, no matter how hard he tried. Not that he wanted to. And also, if he and Edd were married, it would ensure that Edd would be his and only his forever and ever till death do us part.

"Eddy?"

"Yes my love?~" He said dreamily.

"Do you have any name ideas?"

"Huh? Uh no, not yet."

Edd let out a sigh.

"Relax hon, we have plenty of time to think of a name, now let's get some rest."

Just then they heard a loud bang.

Edd and Eddy I mediated got out of the room and ran into the room from which the loud booming noise came from.

Edd slammed open the door to their guest room.

They saw Marie on her knees sobbing, looking as if she were about to have a mental break down. She was grabbing a first full of her hair arms if she were gonna rip it out of her scalp.

Edd feeling a mix of worry and terror ran to his friend kneeling down next to her.

"Marie! Marie what's wrong!"

Her breathes were deep and uneven like someone who was having a massive panic attack.

"MARIE!" Edd yelled in fear.

"I-I-I-I-I can't! They won't..won't.." She stuttered!

"Who?!"

"J-j-Jen w-won't answer me! Jen hates m-me! I'm an awful human being! For what I di-did. I deserve to die!"

"Marie! Don't say that! Why do you think Jen hates you!?"

"B-b-because, sh-she w-won't aNsWer ME!"

"Maybe Jen's asleep, we'll try calling in the morning, ok?" Edd said worried, he's never seen Marie in this state before. This must've been how she felt when I acted like this. He thought to himself.

Marrie just nodded and kept on nodding.

"O-ok." She said.

Edd was about to leave and go back to his room when Marie stopped him.

"E-E-Edd?"

"Yes Marie? What is it?"

"Can you sleep in here..with me?"

"Marie, why?" He said impatiently.

"Cause, I'm not used to being in the room alone, me and my sisters always lived in a trailer so we always slept in the same room, and wh-when Jen still l-liked me" she said with a pained expression. " Jen never let me sleep alone."

Edd let out another sigh.

"Ok Marie, I'll sleep with you."

"What?!" Eddy sniped.

"Eddy please." Edd scolded with a drowsy expression on his face.

"You? In bed? With Kanker? Nope, I don't think I can accept this."

"Eddy, can't you see she is clearing upset and afraid? I have to help her, now shoo, I'll be sleeping in here for the night."

(Time skip )

Eddy was just about to attempt, to fall asleep.

He could never sleep without Edd cuddled up next to him like always. He didn't know why, but that's just the way it was.

Just as soon as he started to get settled in, his cell phone rang.

He tell out a loud annoyed sigh.

He checked the caller id, it was Nat.

Yeah, that's right, Nat had befriended Eddy.

Most of Kevin's friends besides his gangs of homophobic athletic mouth breathers, had befriended the Ed's, especially Double D. Of course, after the word got out that their beloved star athlete was a psychotic nut. 

Even though for years they've senselessly bullied Edd, and sent him down into a path of spiralling depression which lasted him for a good while. They've still managed befriended him. Edd being the amazingly forgiving sweetheart that he is, looked past the fact that they've treating like a used napkin that desperately needed to be thrown out.

Even though they've done pretty despicable things to Edd, they felt as though what Kevin had done, kidnapping and raping a fellow high school student, was just a smidge worse.

"What d'you want Goldberg?" He said impatiently. He had this thing where he called people by their last name, or by a rotten nickname if he didn't like them very much.

"Jeez, I was just calling to ask you how things are going? Can't a guy give his friend a call?!" He said dramatically.

"Yeah, but what do you want?"

"Oh, Rave is out of town with Crystal at his aunts house and I'm lonely."

"So? You're a grown ass man and its fucking midnight! Now go to bed and call me back in the morning." He said harshly.

"Why are you so mean to me? I thought you loved me?"

"Oh please! G'night." He said hanging up.

Eddy spent an hour trying to sleep, but no sleep came.

He got up to go check on Edd.

The two were both sleeping, Edd holding Marie as if he were trying to comfort her.

He felt a pang of jealousy, but he knew that 1) Edd was super gay and 2) he was with Eddy and would never be unfaithful to him.

He let out a sigh and walked over to Edd giving him a kiss on the forehead. He then left and closed the door.

Welp! I hope you enjoyed! I WAS studying but I'm done for now, I quit. Wish me luck. The second half of this chapter will be up soon. Please leave me a lot of ideas. I have none.
